This is a bad time for NA to have negative PR with Nigerians. This remind me of my service year in Edo.

The church I went to then is apparently fond of offerings. At least five offerings if I remembered right.

You will dance and dance and dance to the front for each offering.

But I don't succumb to such. Only one offering each Sunday is enough for me. The rest I will just sit alone while the whole church is dancing their way to the front. Three sundays of doing that some other people started doing like me.

Needless to say the Pastor came to see me in my lodge saying "Corper pls stop doing like this. You are encouraging others to do so too"

I remember how one particular woman went about solving 'problem' of multiple offerings in my church while growing up. She would simply come to church with coins, plenty of that. She was undetered even when aluminium trays were brought. You would hear those coins as they dropped into the trays while she gladly danced her way back to her seat. She didn't send nobody, even the pastors knew her.

There's nothing like reformation going on in our prisons. In advanced countries where some for of therapy are administered, some of the inmates come out worse than they were when they went in. We have so much evil in this world cos we condone so much under the guise of right to life etc. Prison terms are not much of deterrents these days.
