"Hold me back" is a solidarity song for those who suffer in oppression and poverty.Should he have shot his video in Maitama Abuja where the very people responsible for the thievery and poverty display their ill gotten wealth? His video gives a voice to the voiceless who have been oppressed and deprived by the wickedness of Nigeria.

ACF is the unseen hand using Kogi to lay claims on Anambra oil and not the other way round.But i wonder how they hope to pull this one off. They benefit from citing bogus population figures to corner more federal revenue from other people's resources.We need to have true federalism before wasting more money on census.Then,we would have removed the incentive for some people to count their goats and chicken as human beings

President Obasanjo and Late President Yar'adua in their wisdom resisted this immoral AU pressure to send another batch of Nigerians to die in another thankless African battlefield.Now, why should Nigerians keep dying thanklessly for Africans? Does it mean the Nigerian life is cheaper than an average African's life? 140 officers of the Nigerian Police Force have arrived in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia to participate in the ongoing Africa Union (AU) Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) peacekeeping operations.

A statement by the Peace and Security Department of the AU Commission on Wednesday said that the Formed Police Unit (FPU) from Nigeria would join other unit from Uganda who were already in Mogadishu.

The Special Representative of the AU Chairperson for Somalia, Boubacar Diarra in a statement said the arrival of the second AMISOM Formed Police Unit was a clear demonstration of the AU’s commitment to support Somalia in its endeavour to improve the security situation in the country especially in the liberated areas.

Mr Diarra thanked the AU Commission, the government and the people of Nigeria for honouring the pledge to provide additional police personnel to the mission.

He said that the deployment of the unit would provide the needed support to the people of Somalia as they strive to improve on the security situation in the country.

“Nigeria already has some Police Officers in Somalia and the deployment of this unit, clearly demonstrated its strong commitment to peace and stability not only in Somalia but also in the other part of the continent,’’ Mr Diarra said.

The statement said that the two units provided by Uganda and Nigeria, would ensure improved security in the liberated areas in the effort to boost Public Order Management, VIP escorts activities and providing protection to camps for Internally Displaced Persons
(IDP).

Nigeria does not need to have more than one senator per state. Making a total of 36 Senators for the country.We know we are wasting our resources maintaining 109 Senators (Even Abuja, a federal capital territory has a senator too!) and 360 House of Representative Members.Yet, Nigerian Senators and House of Rep. members are the highest paid in the world inspite of Nigeria being amongst the poorest countries in the world per capita.A Nigerian senator earn more than 8 times above an American Senator, inspite of USA being the richest country on earth! It is the height of looting a nation in the name of democracy.Imagine the billions of dollars Nigeria shall save every year if we had a unicameral parliament made up of 36 senators, no more, no less.

No matter what Obasanjo might have said or did not say, truth remains that Abacha looted the treasury.Unless you can tell me how to explain away a whopping $5 billion dollars that found its way into his bank accounts. Obasanjo could not explain what he did with $16 billion dollars he spent on non-existent power projects. Knowing that OBJ isn't stupid and nobody ever went to jail for that whopping sum,i know OBJ might have stolen the money. But, nobody can say for sure if he stole more than Abacha.

Indeed, there is also an Ibaji area in Anambra. Indeed,Anambra had always had two native languages Igbo and Igala. Go and research the history books.While i support the National Boundaries Commission to demarcate the exact border between Anambra and Kogi, let me sound a serious note of warning to Anambra people not to accept any new map drawn after 1st October,1960. We all know on Independence day, 1st October 1960,the border in dispute today is the border between the former northern region and the former eastern region, clearly demarcated by the original British map. That border has not changed since 1960 inspite of all the state creations, so Anambra should not accept any abrakadabra new map drawn after the original British drawn map at Independence.That original map must be found and used,not all the useless maps generated by dubious people with computers manipulation of the scales.

The National Boundary Commission should use all the latest satellite utilities and technology available now to pin point the border. Since where the southern border of the defunct Northern Region and the Northern border of the former Eastern Region has not changed since independence,Anambra should not accept any map drawn before 1st October, 1960 when we still had regions.All these fake maps made after 1960, are not acceptable.Let us use the original map drawn by the British who have no interest in this issue and didn't even know there was oil there when they made the map.That is the least biased map to use to know the historical border. That way,the bias of using recent fake maps by all the interested parties would not work here.Let us know where the British put the line dividing the southern border of the northern region and northern border of the Eastern Region and settle the matter once and for all.

Since oil is now involved, a lot of big money corruption will already be taking place now to bribe the NBC officials. Thus,International border experts should also be involved to make sure our local officials are marking the spots the coordinates indicate. If you leave this sensitive matter to corrupt Nigerian officials or judges,then wahala is the result.

Kogi is just trying to play an untenable 419.So where were they all these years to come and say Anambra was searching for oil and drilling on their land? Suddenly on 30th of August after Anambra was declared oil producing state, their jealousy and 419 was hatched? They know very well the oil wells are well inside Anambra border.They are only making noise because they want Anambra to give them something for the piece of the oil field said to have entered Kogi.(That is if seismic data truly prove the same field extends into Kogi).Kogi state has coal and some oil coming over from the Anambra field.(If we are to believe the data).So, Kogi should go and invest almost N4.5 billion and develop its own oil.Then Delta shall send their deputy governor on the day it shall be commisioned to say the oil actually belong to Delta since part of the field enters Delta's territory under the ground.This is just the height of 419. I hope Anambra people completely reject this type of koro koro cheating them of their God given resources.

Abacha might have been less corrupt than OBJ, i really can't argue who stole more. But that he isn't corrupt at all? That is stretching it too far.
How did he come about all the billions (More than $2 billion dollars) his family has so far relinquished to the Federal Government in order to keep more than $ 4 billion discovered? Do you want to make me believe his salary as Chief of Army staff or 5 years as Head of state would have amounted even up to $1 billion dollars in savings?
