Gistmedia10:Meanwhile, the same Shettima in the video knows that the reason why the naira is crashing is because they have continued to print huge quantities of extra naira notes and shipping them in containers to the CBN! Why can't they just stop printing more naira notes for at least 6 months? HYPOCRITES everywhere! Somebody, please save us from this irresponsible printing of money! Let us look for ways of generating income for the government instead of merely printing the money needed to settle naira debts owed by government! |
fuckingAyaya:Didn't Buhari's defense Minister of Defence and Chief of Army staff get up to $4 billion dollars from the Excess Crude account to buy advanced weapons for our soldiers? Where are those weapons nah? Everyone is just cashing out with the mayhem happening in Nigeria! ![]() |
Supremos:Nigerians should rise against these people! In this hardship, they will now demand 10 million naira from the impoverished parents of these children or else they will kill the little children! Enough is Enough! Nigerians should organize their communities and go after these people now! Depending on the Police or compromised Nigerian army will get everyone killed by these people. |
Jcoleworld911:Why do I support open drainage systems? It's simple! They are easy to unblock and maintain in our environment. I will support closed drainage gutters if it's in high-brow, low-density areas where the homeowners of the mansions would never want to dump heaps of trash in front of their houses. Therefore, it would be very difficult for such covered drainage systems to be clogged with trash. Soludo is sensible for keeping most of his drainage gutters open for now. he understands our people and the problem associated with cleaning blocked sealed gutters.

0bjpmb:Yes, but they are spamming the thread and making it an unattractive place to come and read/contribute ideas to the state's development. Which may indeed be their real aim. Especially if you follow their modus operandi. The same people who insulted and belittled all Obiano's achievements to discourage him are now doing the same to Soludo and funnily now promoting Obiano! So it is very clear who these people are and what their evil agenda is. It is simply about rubbishing anything Anambra and discouraging whoever happens to be leading the state from taking any bold steps to move the state even further in development. They are bitter but don't help them derail the thread by predictably reacting to their silly antics. |
0bjpmb:Abeg we don tire for una madness. it is becoming very childish here. |
Tradernaija1:He is not Yoruba. If the officer that committed the offense were Yoruba or Igbo, EFCC would have published his name and with long grammar how they won't tolerate their officers abusing the rights of Nigerians in detention and other blah blah blah.... But since the offending officer is Fulani, they will promote him secretly and release a silly statement to Nigerians that the anonymous officer has been punished. That is the country called Nigeria today under these people. |
![]() Ohaneze ndi oshi na ndi ama. Is it not clear right now that APC has perfected plans to rig itself back into office unless you get a candidate with groundswell support both in the north and south to defeat APC's plan? So it is better to have an "Igbo candidate" and merely lose to the APC to continue their impunity in Nigeria? Instead of someone who is guaranteed to return PDP to power and help prevent chaos in Nigeria? Even if the person is from the northeast? So Igbos will join Prof. Obiozor and vote APC abi? Instead of voting PDP that clearly see them as an important unit of the federal republic ? The same people releasing this statement will still declare "ofe nsala day" on election day. The present crop of thoughtless people who claim to speak for igbos makes one shake his head. |
Another fake monarch. "Obi of Awka capital territory" What type of title is that? Awka capital territory includes Amawbia and even Nteje town ![]() As long as Eze uzu Gibson Nwosu is still alive, all these 419 kings carving out non-existent housing estates as their territory are wasting their time. |
DeltaFire:The entire aim of the ILLEGAL so-called constitutional amendment is to hand over people's land to Fulani. It is great that these things are happening because it will finally provoke a confrontation that will allow people to take control over their land and their own affairs. I remember when Russia invaded Chechnya and then Georgia and then Crimea, people kept telling Putin that his invasions to restore the former Soviet Union would someday lead to a determination of one of the smaller states to resist Russia sooner than later. When that finally happens, he would have ruined the Russian economy by his inability to know when to stop the incessant invasions. Like Putin like Fulanis. |
EFCC does not care. It's not about fighting corruption or not. It is about you being in the good books of the cabals calling the shots in Nigeria. Nigeria is a land of mindless impunity and corruption. It is better for a governor to steal money and than work had to improve his state and leave lasting legacies. That is why the country is upside down. |
Why the harassment of Gov Obiano by Malami using EFCC has become a watershed in the abuse of power is that everyone was aware of his legendary hard work and achievements. Even up till this moment, EFCC is citing every available source of revenue to the state as what he stole. Clearly showing you they have zero evidence against the man and are frantically looking for something to justify this grave injustice done to one of Nigeria's finest administrators and achievers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBrzqvH1Axw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FO6r7HWES3k |
JohnBullMySon:You and your silly FULANI Unknown Gunmen will achieve NOTHING! Your goal is to frighten people not to vote so that you will write numbers that won't conflict with the total number of registered voters as you did in Imo state. But you won't succeed because people already know your plan and are already out to frustrate it. So bring more FULANI terrorists from the Sahel to confront the soldiers in the southeast pretending that they are "Unknown Gunmen", it will not save you. ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSwXgT_ULas |
I just love the design of the main entrance gate and the modern airlines' check-in counters. Instead of using locally fabricated wooden counters seen at several Nigerian airports. They really made an effort to use modern designs seen in US and European major airports. Kudos to all those who designed and built this international airport. They just need to hang the neon-lit sign with the name of the airport as suggested in the main gate picture.

micellgevity:Oga Yemi Kale, No need to expantiate ![]() Everyone always knew that the NBS data was cock and bull stories. Believe Nigerian government data at your peril
|
PapillodeKing:Don't waste your time replying them. It is sooooooo painful to their wicked hearts even if it's one well returned to the owner. These are the comic characters that hate justice and fairness in anything. The reason I totally hate Nigeria is that even ordinary citizens have become so wicked too. It's not even a question of the politicians anymore. An average Nigerian does not have any sense of justice or equity. In fact, they hate where they see justice, yet they expect justice to be done to them when they are oppressed. Little wonder why nothing ever works in such a society where people condone and support evil. That is why the country is totally doomed. The wickedness in the heart of an average Nigerian is just too much! |
real1000:Why are you crying? Did he or Did he not start and complete 3 massive flyovers in Awka ? I know a southeast governor that has been building a single flyover in Aba for 6.5 years now. Yet, its not completed. Even oil-producing state governors except for Wike never came close to such achievement within his first 3 years in office. Only Dave Umahi comes close to the types of structures that Obiano built. That is why despite Umahi's recent misbehavior, i bite my tongue in criticizing him because he was another great achiever.
|
OreMI22:I don't blame him for challenging them to go and build their own if they think this truly modern international airport by every standard is a small achievement. Since 1982, Anambra state airport in Onitsha/Oba had been on the pipeline of so many regimes. Yet, none had the guts to dare doing it. Even when the economy was much better then. In fact, the need of an Anambra airport close to Onitsha was so great that Gov. Uduaghan took the opportunity of the unseriousness of Anambra governors to build an airport and he built the Asaba airport. In fact, those questioning why Obiano should land in a virtually completed airport should tell us how they plan to build other infrastructure that Anambra desperately needs and stop their wasting time blaming someone he did excellently well in government. Infrastructures like: 1. Anambra light-rail project 2. Anambra / Orient Petroleum Refinery 3. Anambra / Nestoil gas-to-power independent power plants 4. New Anambra International market 5. Onitsha River port. We all know a typical southeast governor prefers to give one school computer or sink one borehole in one market as their total legacy achievement. Obiano was the first to dare building 3 massive flyovers to change the face of Awka amongst many other massive achievements he recorded. Nobody can say in all honesty that Obiano isn't a true warrior that dares the most seemingly impossible projects and somehow manages to accomplish them. He deserves every right to brag about his achievements and i like how he challenged those criticizing him to go and build something tangible too if its that easy to do. |
InternalAuditor:Obiano has really outperformed even the most hard-working governors. I'm still shocked how he pulled this off while still paying salaries and maintaining services. The Vice President was there two days ago to commission a huge electricity sub-station he built and the giant shoe plant he built in partnership with CBN. |
ChimaAdeoye:White color on the roof will definitely enhance natural illumination. But, I don't think they should hold up the commissioning of the project just to paint the roof white. Unless if they can easily accommodate that in their budget without delaying the project. They can spray white paint on the roof subsequently after commissioning. In fact, using the type of paint used to paint cars and steel, it shouldn't be a big deal to change the roof color to white subsequently. |
OdokoTobou3:NO PART OF ANIOMA LAND WILL BE ANNEXED INTO ANY SORRY ARRANGEMENT OUTSIDE OF NIGERIA. YOU GUYS ARE DREAMING OF USING THE LOOSE TERM "NIGER-DELTA" TO INCLUDE AND ENCUMBER ANIOMA. OUR PEOPLE HAVE RESOLVED TO EITHER REMAIN IN NIGERIA AS A STATE / REGION OR HAVE OUR OWN SOVEREIGN TERRITORY. WE ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN ANY ARRANGEMENT WITH IJAWS TO MAKE US THEIR SUBJECTS. |
Lol...Ijaw, wants an Ijaw nation.....PLEASE, LET THEM HAVE IT! THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY LACK THE NUMERICAL STRENGTH TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. Thus, it will remain a pipe dream until everyone in this contraption has some sense. I am from Anioma and we have Ijaws in Delta state. They are one of the most troublesome group in Nigeria. Personally, I dread to leave Nigeria and get into a nation with Ijaws where all the present ills of Nigeria will be magnified. Let us work towards fixing Nigeria than break into countries with the worst characters as your citizens. Then you end up in a civil war. If Nnamdi Azikiwe and others had allowed Fulani to have their own country in 1957 when they demanded it, Nigeria would have avoided all these troubles we have today. PLEASE people, learn from history, have some sense and see that some things aren't supposed to mix at all. Let Ijaws have their own nation so that a future unworkable failed state is avoided now. |
Biafranboys:Totally barbaric for IPOB to be punishing poor struggling people. That woman might even be a widow and her tiny mama put could be all that keeps hunger at bay for her children. If this type of behavior is not addressed quickly, people will form their own anti-IPOB vigilante on the so-called "sit at home days" to ensure that innocent people are not attacked by these thugs. It is so sad that some thugs within IPOB are doing everything in their power to turn the people against IPOB. Even Fulani could not do as much harm to IPOB! |
post=104100527:GBAM! You took the words from my mouths! In fact, even the airport fire station and the fire station tower will be bigger and better than many airports terminal building and control tower ![]() By the way, i have subscribed to your youtube channel. Looking forward to the massive content that will come out of that channel! |
I had been wondering what the side tower in the Anambra Airport Fire Station was for? Then I google Category 9 Airport Fire Stations, and realized they were required to have their own Fire Commander's tower at the fire station to be compliant with the requirements! Wow! They are truly not cutting corners. They are sticking to international regulations and best practices.

OreMI22:You couldn't have said it better. There are people whose only talent in this world is HOW TO COMPLAIN! The worst part of their evil nature is that when someone takes the bull by the horn to solve an age-long desire they have complained about, they suddenly switch sides to find another way to complain about it. Since solving the problem would invalidate their talent to complain always. I love your analogy with the character of those wicked people in the village that would pray with kola nuts for God to bless their village with success and development. Then turn around to poison their own illustrious sons who are successful and investing in developmental projects to improve the quality of life in the village. The same exact thing they had purportedly prayed for! Their anger with those illustrious people being that their prayer to god was to bless their own son and not anybody else from the village! Exactly what I have observed with some Igbos in this forum! All the things we clamored and prayed for are finally being done in this project. Yet, some of them are bitter and angry because if it didn't happen in their own village or state, then they can't be happy for the Igbo nation getting a decent facility. Yet in their sick mind, they think they are normal. |
Looks like the Gatehouse or Tollgate being built is similar in design and style to the one at Enugu. In fact, only recently did our international airports have decent entrance gates rather than police/army checkpoints put together with sandbags and old tires. I love how they are putting up only standard facilities in this airport. Rather than makeshift shanties.
|
OreMI22:One of the reasons i clamor for restructuring rather than total break up is that most of these so called Biafran activists do not see Biafra as their own. They are so attached to Nigerian cleavages of silly states. How awful would it be that after a bitter war for Biafra, we end up against ourselves? Imagine how some people here are so bitter about an airport that will obviously give the region access to international air travel, just because the facility is not in their state? It's pathetic! In the past they did everything to promote Ebonyi airport and condemn Anambra international airport as though their silly concoction would somehow make the project to become abandoned. What is so hard about both airports succeeding? Why must it always be i must succeed and you must fail? This attitude we learned in Nigeria where one region believes that the only way to succeed is to undermine another region must die before we think of a country that will be different from Nigeria. It's so shameful the attitude of these people. I suspect one of them that types in capital letters will be here to give another silly reason for their shameful conduct. As if every one is so foolish not to see through their pathologies of unwarranted envy. |
Philipxxxx0:Don't be fooled by those people claiming to be Igbo. THEY ARE NOT! It is the same people that have been on the Igbo case since the 1960s. They are just playing on themselves claiming to be proud Imolite or Proud Enugulite. It is the same enemies of Ndigbo claiming these silly names to deceive naive folks into erroneously attacking themselves. It's the same strategy that they are using for IPOB now. They are ALWAYS helping IPOB to point out which Igbo politician or businessman is a "Sabo". So as to instigate Igbos against themselves while they are plotting how to destroy them. Meanwhile, they never mention the atrocities of Fulanis in the military or DSS, attorney general, their herdsmen, or their customs agents against Ndigbo. |
