That is still a mistake on their part. Rate is not 680 but 580.

That’s what they stated on their website. Don’t act smart. The 12M only covers applicant. She needs to present another statements for her dependents.

Guys please I wanted to ask ! is it possible for UK to ban someone without stating it on your refusal letter. A friend was refused visiting visas last year and they stated insufficient funding on his refusal letter, however his student visa was recently refused stating he has been banned by submitting a fake Statement of Account in his last application.

Note: it was the agent that sent the refusal to him last year cause it was DHL to the agent, as such he’s not sure if the refusal the agent sent us real or not probably the ban was sent to the agent and the agent documented another letter for refusal to him. He just want to be sure as he has lost contact with the agent.

The agent took that part ni. If you know you use an agent without you involved in your application, do reapply for via o. Find out if you had a ban. You have to be involved with your application with any agent. Any agent that refuses you access or promises to run account for you is a fraud. UK and Canada especially aren’t joking. Don’t present fake documents. Run your account yourself for 6months for visit visa. No magic anywhere. No agent knows anybody in house. Follow the rules and you are fine. I feel bad for your friend.

No, they actually got across to the bank, bank confirmed same day (9th August)

They then didn't reply emails till end of the month.. About 31st August, asking who owns the bank statement, I replied immediately stating its for my Dad

They replied the next day saying account is now
outdated, that i need a new Statement

We printed a new SoA the next day, and i attached birth certificate showing owner of account is my Dad and letter of consent

They replied again saying there's an issue with the statement and there's no time for me to correct the statement..

They have not been able to give a tangible reason why they have asked me to defer till now and I don accept my fate

And yes, its Teesside smh

Teesside sha!! It’s because of time. Please if you are considering Teesside University, apply very early and don’t rest till you get answers. They also showed me pepper. It’s a nice school though. Just graduated from there.

No school will issue CAS earlier than 6Months to your start of your course.

That guy is right. Only someone who has been with Caucasians will understand what he is saying. Those guys can dig your history in order to get at you out of envy especially when they see you work very hard with alot of overtime. They are too lazy and envious. Africans show genuine love and genuine hate but Caucasians will laugh and smile at your face and stab you at your back.

Avoid all kinds of friendship at workplace. Your supervisor will be quick to report you even if it's just ordinary phone call or chat during work hours but won't do same to fellow Caucasians.

Most of all, avoid Indians too at all cost.

No. She said they told her 10th and 11th of August are the ones they are attending to that Friday. She also mentioned a lot of super priority had issues with their application. I wonder why super priority when it's not an emergency sha.

Are you trying to say you can remember everything in your questionnaire if you get called suddenly for an interview. Especially one that last for almost an hour. How do you even convince a visa officer, who already flagged your application without any preparation?

What we need to do better on, is passing blame games.

You are right. Teesside university mandatory questions is to prepare you. As an applicant, it’s your responsibility to know how to answer these questions just so you can defend yourself. Those are valid questions. Once you applied, you have to be prepared at all time.

You are right. My sister did on the 13th asked her to go to Ikeja to day to know what’s up and they told her her collection date is Monday. That it’s in batches.

Big lie. Read and understand the policy. I applied 10 days before maturity and I have my Visa, I know about 5 person with same. Demonstrate that you have held the funds for 28 consecutive days. The closing balance should not be 31 days old as at when u apply. The 28 days is usually counted backwards from ur closing date, and more importantly ur date of application becomes important because it is the oanda exchange rate for that date that will be used. I almost cancelled my application because of ur kind of advise. But I downloaded the policy note and was very sure I understood it. Pls note: do not submit your documents until you have printed your complete statement. In my case I uploaded my statement and submitted a day to my biometrics.[color=#990000][/color]

I think the visa process show who we are as a people. Some of us like to act and play smart and at the end enter wahala. There are set rules. Follow them and get your visa. If you don’t have funds now, wait till when you can afford it. Stop trying to cut ways. They are smarter than you think. They aren’t fools. From what I have gathered living here, everyone obey the law, Respect the rules and that is why their country is attractive. Don’t have a dubious or fraudulent mind. Follow the process and the outcome will be positive. Good luck!

So guys i feel you can avoid paying for walk in by starting your application early.

This is what I mean. Starting the visa application say 2 weeks before your POF matures .
Pay for IHS and Visa fee then select biometrics appointment date which will be 2weeks ahead.

In 2 weeks time when your statement matures. Print the statement and upload all documents

Then go for your normal appointment.

I'm not so sure how long the application is valid after creating the account but I think you will have about 2 weeks to complete that. So it should work.

By the way, You are free to criticize this. Let me hear what you think

Please go to the he website to read the rules. You can not apply for visa before your money matures. Most times you won’t even get CAS before it matures because you need the Statement for CAS. Let be guided. Don’t apply before your POF matures. It’s their rule
