Family / Re: Which Is Better: Boy Or Girl As First-born? by Classique27(f): 10:08pm On Jan 06, 2014
I prayed for a female child as my first but God gave me a male. Female kids are generally easier to manage and help out around tthe house earlier. But my dear I pray u have a male child first to avoid unhappy marriage and it will also eliminate the problem of looking for a male child later. But please try to get your footing early in your marriage otherwise u will always be pushed around at the detriment of your own happiness. I wish u a happy marriage

Me: sexy huh?

Ex:I was just indirectly telling her her dressing is indecent

Weeks later he told me d girl was disturbing him for a relationship

Politics / Re: Boko Haram On Yoruba Soil Is A Declaration Of War - OPC by Classique27(f): 11:02am On Jun 24, 2012
Seunn11: igbos are the greatest casualties among the southerners affected by boko haram so far. Yet, they prefer to stay in the north or move to south west. The reason could be attributed to the fact that their native land, i.e south east of Nigeria is:

1. Over-crowded
2. Infested with diseases,
3. Having no or very little economic opportunities,
4. Socially backward
5. Having rampant cases of kidnapping
6. Higher rate of armed robbery than anywhere else in Africa
7. tradittionaly known for cannibalism. The darker ones among the igbos prefer not to go back to states like Imo, Abia, and Ebonyi as they would be barbequed.
8. Land-locked.

It is therefore more reasonable for them to claim other people's land.

The word foolish idiot strongly comes to mind. Dude, u r so braindead

What one's doing at any time (enjoyable or not) is a topic that can branch out into multiple conversation points, just so you don't know! Just to add: if it was i asking u those questions? you'd all over yourself begging for more! tongue
Hahaha, for your mind. Some guys can be boring eh! They don't even notice when a girl is just trying to be polite by answering. They don't notice the girl never calls back and keep asking why she doesn't ask after him. *yawns* questions should be asked depending on the level of r/ship

Romance / Re: We Have Run Out Of Things To Talk About by Classique27(f): 10:04am On Apr 23, 2012
sauer: Never fail to ask what she did during the day, or what she's doing at the moment. Ask what she ate, what she drank! can be a little too interrogative, but you can take a cue from there. Just be friendly and not demanding when asking. Extend the discussion to other related topics. For instance, if she ate meat, ask if she's thought about being a veg. You guys can then talk about the advantages/disadvantages of being a veg. There's a lot to talk about there!

This is even worse. It always bores me to death when a guy calls daily with d same questions.'What r u doing, what did u eat, have u eaten, if not why, if yes what?' Phew!

dayokanu: Try and be logical here

I am not in the room with them

But when your husband was told you were at the door, it took him 30mins to open the door, Do you think if he was sleeping with the girl, He would wait for that long to open the door?

Do you have any evidence like ruffled clothes or any hard evidence, A "Look of guilt" is too subjective to be depended on.

Imagine is someone says "Otosdd, from your looks I suspect you have been cheating"

How smart does that sound
Yes dear. I dont think it would have taken your husband 30mins to open the door if he was really banging ang yanking the girl. He would have used that time to hide the girl na. Just calm down and reason with your husband. You only saw what u wanted to see. Just discus it maturedly with your hubby dear. All might not be as it seems.

Sijo01: Gudday folks.
Am nt a fan of religious section, i decided to come in here due to dis liru issue i hav. Wanna kno if wat am abut to do is ok.

My brother who has never asked me for financial assistance b4 is really in need of money &has asked me to help out. I in person, am nt always confortable wen sombdy ask me for somfin n am unable to giv.

D issue now is dat, am nt boyant @d moment but i hv my tithe which i kno wil be reasonabl enof to giv out because hv nt been to my church for some time now (went on a visit to another church, was on duty, went out of d state etc) so, i did nt pay my tithe neither did i spend it.

If i give out this money (my tithe) to my brother, wil i b on point?
Plz folks ur opinion is seeked here.
Thanks!
my dear, your neighbour/brother is the God you see. Ask yourself, if you were God, would you tell someone to neglect his brother in dire need of assistance in favour of the church who is not going to break down cos it didnt get dat money then? Whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, that you do unto me. Ask yourself, the church or your brother, who would appreciate the money most?

My dear, give that money to your brother. The church is not going to collapse cos u didnt give them this money. God sees all and knows your brother needs the money. Besides, tithe is what u give to God at d end of every harvest season and I'm sure tithe giving is not the only offering you make in your church or elsewhere. God will understand and support u
Nairaland / General / Re: Nigeria Drops From 1st To 101st In Happiness Index. Denmark Is New No. 1 by Classique27(f): 9:27am On Apr 04, 2012
ndu_chucks: Nigerians were hailed as being the happiest souls in the world not very long ago, but according to new research, Denmark is the new No. 1 in happiness, while Nigeria, not surprisingly is now ranked 101st

May God continue to punish the leaders who contribute to the sadness of Nigerians, regardless of the states of origin of the said leaders. angry

Let me add that we were number 4 in Africa behind Libya 82nd, Tunisia 88th, and South Africa 91st. Egypt is ranked 102nd, and Ghana ranked 109th - we are happier than them. smiley It is noteworthy that Ghanians are not as happy as the people of Bangladesh who were ranked 105th and the poorest in the world. No wonder, ghanaians get bad belle.

I can't recall a time Nigerians have ever testified to been happy. It's always "Nigeria is the worst country in the world","this leader is very wicked and corrupt", "nothing goo ever comes out of Nigeria", bla bla bla. And you say we were number 1? Hmmm, that's very hard to comprehend. Anyways, goodluck to una
Car Talk / Re: Why Do People Always Advertise Their Car Keys? by Classique27(f): 9:19am On Apr 04, 2012
::Andrew:::
I have been wondering for long never to find an answer to this. Could it be an Automotive anathema?
Every car owner flaunt his or her car keys even if there are 50 keys on one holder, the car key
Remains pointed at people during conversation. I noticed that not only in nigeria but even worse
here in Ieland. Am not trying to be egotistic but i own an X6 with a beautiful remote key yet
I always adumbrate my key when not in need of it. This morning morning a guy came to my office with a honda
key in his hand talking and pointing at me, not knowing my car can buy 5 of his ivtec. Wat is the exact
antecedent behind this?
it's an unconscious gesture. People most times forget they are holding their keys and I think they mostly do it when their next destination is their car.
