I've seen police use taser on an aggressive black man just to demobilise him, but unfortunately, man was well built and somehow didn't feel the effects of the taser. He ended up injuring the cops just because they resisted using live ammunition on him. Sometimes,we are the cause of our problems. I've learnt never to argue with an armed person cause there's really a very thin line between life and death.
