This is primarily one of the causes of insecurity in the north and until we take a more serious stance against multiple child births like China did, we will continue to be plagued by this menace. It is clear the level of poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and lack of exposure have contributed immensely to the problems of the north and this honourable member has contributed his own quota to this problem. In this present age and time when it is difficult to train even 3-4 kids, a man can openly brag and proudly say he has 28 kids!. It is not rocket science to understand that Multiple child births has systemically turned the north to a breeding ground for criminals over the years. So the earlier we know this, the sooner we know peace. Otherwise this fire will consume us all in time to come. If the religious leaders cannot convince their congregation to limit child births to a minimal number, then the government should enact a law to limit each family to 4 children. This shouldn't be about politics and votes, but the will to survive in this country before we all get consumed by the offsprings of those who confuse logical reasoning with religious backwardness
