i intend using two different Noc's my present place of work; my current and former.
My current basically is customer service but its tilted towards some technical aspects i was able to come up with a certain job description which aligns with a technical aspects of my job which actually is what i do at work,i requested a letter of reference and pleaded with them to include it as my job description but they said that they have their own template as to what a customer care rep does and that is what they'll work with
As for my other place of work i resigned 2 years ago i can actually use that and provide them with payslips but just that we were paid in cash for the whole time i worked there and my fear is that if the visa officer should ask for bank statement showing salary deposit i wont be able to provide it just pay slip and a letter of reference which they have promised to assist with

For my old place I have 4 years experience and my current place just 2 years
i intend to base my application with my old place of work because my job description there matches a particular Noc,just yesterday i thought about using my current place of work because i have payslip and proof of salary lodgments (Bank statement),I cant provide that for my former place as we were paid in cash.
when I based my application on my current place of work even with just 2 years experience, my crs did not drop. please do you advise i continue in that manne

You only need to submit a work reference letter that matches ircc standard. No need for payslips and all that. Keep your application simple.

I worked in company for 4 years and resigned
And then moved over to my new company where I currently work now .
With this I am qualified for two Noc’s but I can only use my experience and job description from my former place of work because of my 4 years experience and not my current place because it’s just 2 years.
If I am to provide proof of employment am I to submit letter of introduction and payslip , would that be enough or do I have to show evidence of payment showing my salaries being paid into my account even though it’s been about two years ago I resigned.

once the school has replied WES for verification and evaluation is completed. (Wes has said that they are evaluating my result and will communicate an estimated date of completion).
Is IRCC meant to receive a copy of the report and if yes how am I supposed to get it to them ?
Because someone said I have to pay my school for them to send my documents(Transcript and Certs) again via DHL so they can can send to IRCC.
