The amendment does not mention adults, and therefore presumably they could be forced to undergo such examinations by anyone.

At the same time there is more exposure of them by the left. This has obviously resulted in declining numbers of church goers. Don't forget that the left has a near monopoly of media, the clergy cases are amplified in comparison to the other faith.
