Hi. smiley
Yes.

If you’re familiar with tomato stew, I made it just like regular naija tomato stew with lamb instead of beef. And fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme and green onions). Fresh tomatoes and also canned tomato paste.

Jobia:
hello smiley
Pls can I get a recipe for this?

Yes I’ve read varying reports of how much is too much and the numbers tend to be up there.

But individuals are really different and my heart is so sensitive to it that I can’t do more than 2 cups a day.

rogerbell:
I'm a coffee addict myself. Luckily, I'm not on meds or something nor drink too much. But I was worried about too much caffeine consumption. There's this article I found about how much coffee is too much https://coffeesesh.com/how-much-caffeine-is-too-much-caffeine/ . I drink 5-6 cups, so I guess I'm okay.

Little trick to get a kid to stop eating plain bread.
Did I succeed? Nope
Had to eat it myself. I was yummy.

Who doesn’t like bread with butter, peanut butter, fruit preserves, jam or fried eggs? Anything but plain boring bread.

Yeah I cook every single food that I eat, I don't think I've eaten in any restaurant in the past five years. Even as old as my dad is, some days he owns the kitchen, cooks the food and washes the dishes too. For me, being a guy is not an excuse to be lazy in the kitchen.

Yes we do have the resources.

Our resources are for things like that amongst other things. Not for buying mansions for all the government officials and their relatives.

Realbarc:
The US and agencies have the resources, time, energy, and the technologies to successfully mount a manhunt over a period of time.

Do you think the Nigeria govt have that kind of resources? They have warn and they didn't listen.. now they are now focusing on the govt rather than the culprit.

Even if there is anoda scam and Ponzi scheme, some will still venture into the scam.

For example, Do you know how much you need to pay smuggler across the Libyan deser and into Europe..3million. yet people engage and still expect the FG to assist when things go wrong? Abeg let call a spade a spade

I

You’ve made no sense.
midolian:
No need to dig deep, you are Igbo. You don't even know what you want. when you fight, you don't even know why you fight.

if the government had brought the perpetrators to book, it is people like you (who will never see anything good in this administration) that will cry foul. Comments like "Is it their money?", "what has the government done for us?" bla bla bla will flood the cyberspace.

You guys are the problem with this country..

Rabbish!

More misogynistic rants with no substance

Martinez39:
Lol. Have you been oppressed today? Have you been a victim of sexism and misogyny today? Seems you can't successfully complete your day without those things as a professional victim. I hope, by now, that gravity and the atmospheric pressure are now sexist and oppressive to the female gender and men are the cause of it.

Anyway, I never said the only thing a woman can bring to the table is sex and cooking. I said that for a woman who has nothing to offer in a relationship other than sex, taking up the responsibility of cooking is a way to make herself useful. Seems you can't comprehend simple things.

If a man bears the financial responsibility alone, the woman must make herself useful by cooking real good; organising the house and giving her husband and lord his peace of mind; look after the kids; and pleasure her husband in the other room at least 3 times per week. These things are okay even though they don't measure up to the difficulty of making money and financing the household. However, it should be noted that if a woman doesn't want to live this way, she has the right to walk out of the relationship as no one is forcing her to stay.

What else can the govt do? Maybe they can try finding the criminals like foreign govts do.
Realbarc:
But the goverment warned you about the scam.
Many including people close to me never listen. I did listen and Neva participated.

Or what else can the government do

Kingosytex:
That MMM guy scammed many Nigerians because they are too gullible and greedy.cheesycheesy

Didn't the government warn them prior their doom? They thought that the government didn't want them to progress. Just a simple google check on the meaning of ponzi would have saved many from the hands of MMM.
martineverest:
didn't federal government warn u?....u all calledb them 'enemies of progress'
midolian:
Your government didn't warn you? undecided

If the government had prosecuted those promoting the Ponzi scheme, it is people like you that will still call Buhari names.

You can never be pleased and you will never be pleased.
danjumakolo:
Bro...CBN and fed govt warned you guys but una no listen.
Is the warning enough reason for the Nigerian govt to not try to find the culprits? You don’t think foreign govts warn their people against international crime? Yet they go the extra mile to catch the culprits.
Nigerians and victim blaming mentality. Never snag action against perpetrators

Asian delicacy.
They have dried seaweed in their shops.

Koreans use seaweed soup for birthdays like we use cake.
The day I will find Asian shop around me, I have a lot to buy as I prefer their cuisines to English and they prefer healthier food though I can get some of their stuffs in regular malls around here.
I am jealous wink

I was watching this Instagram video where a few of them were shown before their arrests spraying dollars at various parties with MCs and others cheering them on. Like this money na water. I know people can be legitimately wealthy but those kinds of people are not the kind of people you see at parties spraying $100 bills to the tune of hundreds of thousands.
There’s only so much money you can make in a day given the per/hr rate of pay here and the fact that there’s only 24 hours in a day.

And of course I know that business may yield more income than paid jobs but guess what? Every business doesn’t succeed overnight and when they do, only a stupid businessman will spray hundreds of thousands of dollars at one event to impress people thereby risking his capital. Those are just hallmarks of people who didn’t work hard or smart for their money.
They make us hard working class folks look bad to other Americans.

Those internet come-see caused them to get caught amongst other things.
sassysure:
Unless I see their faces, as many families answer the same names up there.
But, I wouldn't be surprised I will know some.
Or some of my people must have met or know some of them.
It's so humiliating.
