Politics › What Evil Has APC Done, What Good Has PDP Done? by Code213(op): 2:12pm On Nov 09, 2014 |
I am not a card carrying member of any party, am simply a pissed Nigerian. PDP has ruled this country since our return to democracy in 1999, save for the brief period Yar'Adua was president, all we've seen so far is massive corruption and impunity. For this singular reason, I refuse to vote for continuity. PDP can shove their deceit up their arzes!!! We need a party that is willing to build viable institutions, inspire change, and give the country a sense of direction. Enough of all this senseless blackmailing, pretence and sycophancy. |

Spending billions on 5 megawatts is progressive to you.
You are dull indeed Phooooolish idiat!!!!! Fashola has been carnvassing for States to be allowed to generate and distribute their own electricity. Why do u think the Power plant built by d Akwa Ibom state government stays fallow? PDP has been in government since 1999 with nothing to show for it!!! Grow a brain fuuuktard!! |

MrMann1: Bro. buying generating sets isn't the solution, the greedy politicians aren't ready to solve the issue, we have everything needed to generate power, from the constant production of gas in Nigeria, power generation only need turbines and distribution channels. BTW electricity isn't a new innovation, it has been long, my point therefore is our leaders are just wicked. Thank you. Our leaders are wicked!!! They've got stand-by Gen Sets in their homes and offices. |

Akpan107: Sorry, i'm not very good at name calling... I must not believe in everything you say here and i must not force you believe me too. We should all debate contructively. Let me still repeat what i said earlier. ''The Northern Politician should keep watching while there region is being destroyed'' at the end of the day, we would see who will lose. Sometimes you think you can disqualify GEJ with bombs, never! He's already on the seat and must continue till 2019 then, handover to whoever he likes. So live with that fact. Must everything be about GEJ? Have u tried looking @ stuffs 4rm varying angles? My friend, Do not limit the use of ur brain!! |

there are more pressing needs to be fixed that have nothing to do with the post of the first lady...
if i was president i would focus more on power because in my opinion you fix power you have touched a few other sectors...
I might be wrong but really i still think the office of the first lady still has nothing to do with our suffering..
sorry for the insult My friend, you don't get the point. The money being sunk into that office can be better utilized for something more meaningful. That's the point. |

this is exactly they dont think we the youths can lead this nation..
God help us all All I needed you to do was say something like -I'll reduce the number of Presidentials aides, and the number of people in the presidential entourage during foreign trips so as to reduce cost of governance!! I wanted u 2 be specific about how u're going 2 go about institutionalizing change, but here you are generalizing, and labeling me on top of it. HealthCare for instance, one proper thing to do is to decentralize the government, and grant more autonomy to Local Government so as to let them provide adequate Primary Health Care services, and also sensitize the people on what each tier of government owes them as a duty, as regards Healthcare! *May God forgive you for labeling me. I no wan abuse you. Enjoy* |

If I was Nigeria's President, for a start, I will
1. Scrap the Office of The First Lady of Nigeria. -the office is wasteful, pointless and unconstitutional -I'll rather encourage my wife 2 pioneer or help promote d activities of an existing NGO. -i won't ask state gov'nors to do same. But I'll only set an example for them
2.
*I'll be back with more! Feel free to add yours.* God Bless Nigeria |

alabiyemmy: u must be in self denial. How much did they pay for your soul? Well, if u must eat, that's none of my biznex. But why not earn your pay by mentioning a single sector GEJ has revolutionized? Let's scrutinize it 2geda. |
Politics › What Is Jonathan's Vision For Nigeria? by Code213(op): 3:38pm On Oct 30, 2014 |
We must face the hard facts, and tell ourselves the truth! Jonathan has no Vision for himself, neither does he have any for Nigeria. The height for him was becoming Deputy Governor!!! Being Gov'nor, V.P, and President was regretably pushing a little-minded man beyond his mental/intellectual capacity/capability. People who want GEJ to continue as president are being very selfish, unreasonable and economical with the truth.
Can anyone pin-point One sector that Jonathan's policies/actions has revolutionarized? Or a single thing he has accomplished that has postively impacted on the lives of majority of Nigerians?
Can we as citizens even tell which direction dis great nation is headed? The answer is 'NO'.
Jonathan has no vision. He has nothing to prove, he has no innovative fire/spark in him, he is not an inspiring Leader. He is vindictive and primitive.
Please Nigerians, I beg u in the name of Jah, Vote Out Jonathan. |
