I swear, the madness continues, no be small thing

I am using techno G9. The tab is cool as it helps me run my daily activities smoothly. But it has a fault that i doubt if there is any remedy to.

I just installed few apps on it, i still have space in my internal storage but when i get to playstore to download any important app it will give me a report that i dont have sufficient space. I have to finally go back to my list of installed app and uninstall some of my important apps before i can be able to install the app from playstore.

This is really painful because i only have my most important apps on the phone nw, the apps that i cant risk for any other new app again.

Pls is there any remedy to this? If u know of any just speak up.

Omo Alokwe, of Woodchurch Road, West Hampstead, will ride from Land’s End (England) to Lagos, in Nigeria, in November to raise funds for Medicine Sans Frontiers (MSF).
The business change analyst is taking on the challenge on his own and aims to raise £20,000 for MSF.
He will start from Land’s End and ride to Dover where he will travel on the Eurotunnel to France and then onto Morroco and through Senegal, Mali and Togo before reaching Nigeria.
In Nigeria, Mr Alokwe aims to break the world record for the longest motorcyle ride in a single
country. Over 16 weeks, he will aim to cover 30,000 miles through the country, where he grew up.
“I’ve always liked travelling and I wanted to do something different and really challenge myself,” said Mr Alokwe. “I’ve been riding motorbikes for 18 years.
As a child I used to muck around on my friends’ bikes and when I was older I got my licence. I love the camaraderie between bikers, the freedom and the wind in my hair.”
Mr Alokwe said he has chosen to support MSF as it is not “politically or religiously-affiliated” and “just deals with human crises”.
“I’ve always admired the work of MSF for their selflessness. Anywhere there’s any problems in the world, they are there. They are one of the best organisations working in Africa. I’ve always wanted to do something like this so I thought I should come out of my comfort zone

At St Albans Crown Cour, Judge Stephen Warner passes judgement on two teenage girls and 2 other guys for the kidnap and torture of a 14-year-old who was kidnapped on her way to school and tortured for 17 hours by two the teenage girls who held a knife to her throat and made her strip while recording the ordeal on their mobile phones.

The acts of ‘degradation and violence’ towards the terrified teenager were encouraged by two youths – one who arrived at the flat and another who urged on Caylen Candy and Chyanne Powell via social media.

Here is the story

Candy and Powell, now both 18, had been drinking for 12 hours when they went out intending to rob children on their way to school. They came across the victim, who was in her uniform and did not know either of them.
She was taken to Powell’s flat in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, where she was made to strip and was filmed as bits of her hair were chopped off.

The girl also had a knife put to her throat as she was made to shave off her pubic hair, forced to carry out a sex act on herself and to sit in a freezing cold bath.

Her head was pushed under the water for up to 10 seconds on three occasions, her body was written over and table salt poured down her throat, St Albans Crown Court heard last Friday.

Afterwards she was made to clean out the bath and was forced to drink alcohol and smoke.

Prosecutor Michael Speak said Candy and Powell made films, stills and audio recordings. Candy was recorded as saying: ‘You will get killed if you snitch us.’

Two other guys got their palms dirty on this case by passing awful comments on the 14 year old girl when her abductors sent the images to them. One of the guys, Sanjay Kalia, 18, who responded with comments such as: ‘You lot should f*** her up,’ and ‘Make the most of it – she is p****’

He went on: ‘I would cut her breast. LOL. I would carve my name on her back.’

The second guy, David Appiah arrived at the flat and was shown photos of the girl naked. He said, ‘Make her strip. I am bored.’ Powell laughed.

Appiah went on: ‘Or make her do press ups. You are her boss.’ He went on: ‘She is p****** me off. Make her fully strip.’

He described the girl as ‘the worm’ and said: ‘I don’t want to f*** her. I have standards.’
Candy, of Leabank Square, Hackney, was sentenced to six years three months in a Young Offenders Institution after pleading guilty to attempted robbery, assault with intent to rob, kidnap, false imprisonment, two charges of actual bodily harm, causing a child to engage in sexual activity and taking and distributing indecent photographs of a child. She had no previous convictions.

Powell, of Riverpoint, High Street, Waltham Cross, was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years, with a three-year extended licence, after pleading guilty to attempted robbery, false imprisonment, three charges of causing actual bodily harm, causing a child to engage in sexual activity, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and taking and distributing indecent photographs of a child.

She had previous convictions for street robbery and for wounding when she bit the top off a female cyclist’s finger in Birmingham.

Kalia, of Macoma Road, Plumstead, south east London, was sentenced to five-and-a-half years’ detention after pleading guilty to false imprisonment and making and sharing indecent photographs of a child. He had no previous convictions.

Appiah, 21, of New Road, Chingford, was sentenced to eight-and-a-half years in jail, with a three-year extended licence, after being convicted of false imprisonment and causing a child to engage in sexual activity.

All the defendants will be on the Sex Offender Register for life.

This type of thing is up and it is happening everywhere. Rick Ross will be facing a fresh lawsuit from hip-hop photographer Armen Djerrahian. This type of thing happened last year the photographer sued Rick Ross for using a picture that he’d taken without his permission, and now apparently the same thing is happening all over again.

TMZ is reporting that Armen Djerrahian is suing Rick Ross for using a photo of Jay Z that he took of him back in 2003 in his latest video for “Movin Bass” in which the Boss features Hov.

The photo is a famous pic of Hov throwing up the Roc-a-fella sign with his hands, but it only appears in the video for literally like half a second.

Armen Djerrahian says the shot popped up in Rozay’s new video, which it does quite alright , and he wants ALL the profits they made off using the Jay Z image, and a court order to block them from further use.
According to Djerrahian’s lawsuit, he was never contacted about the photograph’s use and was not credited in any way. Thus, the lawsuit.

Water is the world most important substance, without water one can barely survive for just a day. , and across the country millions of people are reaching for bottles of water to keep cool.

But when you’re faced with a bewildering choice of different brands, how do you decide which is best value, which might be healthiest — and whether any of them are better than a simple glass of tap water?

When you’re paying for water, it’s important to read the label carefully. If a bottle boasts that it contains ‘natural mineral water’, its contents must be sourced from a recognised spring, be safe and free from toxins and not be doctored.

‘Spring’ water, meanwhile, must have come out of the ground ready to drink, but can be blended from different springs.

However, if the label simply says ‘bottled water’, it can come straight from the mains — just like Del Boy’s infamous Peckham Spring variety from the TV series Only Fools And Horses. Believe it or not, around a third of bottled water sold in supermarkets is nothing more than re-processed tap water.


The taste of bottled water varies with its mineral content and acidity — and that depends on local geography. If it comes from a deep aquifer (an underground layer of water-bearing rock) it will probably contain more minerals, such as silica, potassium and sodium, than one from a shallow aquifer. And, for example, water from granite mountains will taste different from water from chalky rocks.

If water has lots of calcium and magnesium, it will be ‘hard’ and have a crisp taste on the tongue. If levels are low, it will seem softer.

You can see how many minerals are in a bottle by looking on the label for what are called its total ‘dissolved solids’, or ‘residue value’. The higher the number, the more minerals, and water with lots of minerals may taste saltier.

The natural acidity of water also alters its flavour. Water that is more acidic — with a pH value less than 7 — will taste more bitter. Alkaline water — with a pH above 7 — will be sweeter on the tongue.

Even so, while the natural minerals in spring water will alter its flavour and feel, do they make it any ‘healthier’ than the stuff from the tap?

Well, the minerals in water include calcium, magnesium and sodium, which taken in the right quantities have a positive effect on our health.



Calcium (recommended daily amount: 800-1,000mg) aids the nervous system, regulates the heart rhythm and lowers blood pressure. It also helps guard against tooth decay and osteoporosis.

Magnesium (RDA: 300-400mg) aids bone growth and also protects against heart attacks and heart rhythm disturbances, as well as asthma and kidney stones.

Sodium (RDA: 1,100-3,300mg) regulates blood pressure, and aids muscle and nerve function. As it is found in many foods, it is easy to exceed the daily allowance. An excess of sodium can lead to high blood pressure and strokes. British Dietetic Association spokesperson Rin Cobb says: ‘Everyone has their own tastes and preferences, but tap water is safe to drink and a good way to meet your daily fluid needs.

‘The minerals found in bottled water are not nutrients we are lacking in diets, so it’s not essential to get them from drinking bottled water.’

But drinking any water is better than drinking none. So which one should you go for?

The bodies of eight soldiers have been recovered from the wreckage of a U.S. military helicopter lost on an earthquake relief mission in Nepal high on a mountainside, Nepali officials said on Saturday.


The remains would soon be transferred to Kathmandu, Jagadish Pokharel, a spokesman for the Nepali army said.

Six U.S. marines and two Nepali soldiers were on the helicopter when it went missing while distributing aid on Tuesday, the day a strong aftershock hit Nepal.

The crew had been heard over the radio saying the aircraft was experiencing a fuel problem.

“Together we mourn as our nation and the Federal Republic of Nepal have lost eight courageous men,” said Admiral Samuel J. Locklear, commander of the U.S. Pacific Command. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the families.”

The helicopter was assisting with relief operations in the Himalayan state after it was hit by a big earthquake last month that killed more than 8,000 people, while hundreds of thousands of buildings have been damaged.The Huey, a helicopter dating back to the Vietnam War era, was completely destroyed, Nepal’s top defense ministry official said.


After a three-day search crash debris was found 8 miles (13 km) north of the town of Charikot near dense forest and rugged terrain at an altitude of 11,200 ft (3,400 m).

When the sons of late Afro-beat legend, Fela Anikulapo-kuti, Femi and Seun announced that they were both going to perform at concert titled 2 Kings in Lagos, many were excited. Followers of Afro-beat music were eagerly anticipating the event.

But what many did not know was that the siblings, apart from awakening the Fela spirit, would also bring back their father’s trademark hand salute with a different twist.

Fela was famous, among many other things, for his double fist-hand salute on stage, which has become a sort of tribute to the late activist. The Causes of infertility in women includes the following:

Infections

Bacteria, virus and fungi infections has proved to be the main causes of infertility in women. About 35% of this type of case has being recorded to be caused by infections from harmful microorganisms. They usually inflict inflammatory changes on the oviduct and peritoneum, interfering seriously with ovarian functions . This is called salpingitis. Early detection of infertility related infections has always proven to be a wining advantage when treating and preventing the infection from causing infertility in women.


Endometriosis

This is a condition which occurs when the endometrial tissues is found elsewhere than in the smooth lining of the uterus. It usually grows on the abdominal – pelvic pain. Symptoms if present includes a painful menstruation, painful intercourse, heavy bleeding. Oestrogen which is increased during the peak of childbirth age is believed to be the cause of endometriosis.

Hormonal Imbalance

Most women have problems with ovulation, which is the release of an ovum (egg) from the ovary. Some hormones control the mechanisms at which this phenomenon works. The eggs release and thickening of endometrial doesn’t occur like normal. Fertility drugs such I.V.F is currently being used as remedy for this.

Poor quality of eggs

The number of eggs produced by a female is limited. While in the male it isn’t. In fact the male’s testicles continue to produce sperm, ready at any giving seconds to procreate. This explains why some men will go on and on even when they are far gone when it comes to age. The number of eggs the ovary produce during ovulation and the quality of the eggs can decide whether she will take in suffer from infertility in women. Most women with this difficulty will either go for I.V.F or they enroll for eggs donations.

Blocked tubules

This is another factor. The blockage of fallopian tubes will prevent the male’s sperm from through to meet with the eggs or the fertilized egg from getting to the uterus to implant on its wall. This blockage may be caused by pelvic inflammations which can be caused by an S.T.D’s

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)

This is caused by the inability of some small follicles inside the ovary to develop into larger ones that has the capability to release eggs. Symptoms include, excessive hair growth, obesity and acne. Various fertility drugs and I.V.F can help in the treating this disease.

Nemesis caught up on the four (4) suspected drug traffickers who have excreted 171 wraps of cocaine after being placed under observation by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).


The suspects includes- Ejiofor Eliezer (46), Obah Francis (30), Akpa Sobuzochukwu (27) and 36-year-old Ike Okechukwu, according to NDLEA, were apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos after attempting to smuggle cocaine to Brazil.

Eliezer, who excreted 100 wraps of the drug - the highest single ingestion since January 2015, told investigators that poverty pushed him to commit the crime, adding that he had intended to use the expected money that will come out from the biz to fend for his family of four.

He said, “I live in Brazil, where I work in a supermarket and lived with my wife and four children. Life in Brazil is tough because I live from hand to mouth. It was poverty that made me to smuggle drugs. I took risk by swallowing 100 wraps of cocaine for N200,000 because of poverty.”
