Peter Obi mapped out a clear strategy to almost won him the election had it not been the manipulation of APC and INEC.

The strategy was to dominate the SS and SE , winning Lagos, Abuja and 3 states in NC . That would have given him 15 states and the F.C.T. He also targetted 25% in eight other states with good Christian population including Ogun, Ekiti, Ondo, Taraba, Kaduna, Osun, Oyo, Adamawa.

With that, he would have won the election as Atiku and Tinubu will cancel out each other in NW/ NE.

The strategy was about 70% successful. That was why Obi won 11 states and the F.C.T. States like Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa were taken from him due to the desperation of their Governors to make a political statement. Benue was a case of the people not knowing the different between a presidential election and a guber election.

In Lagos, Obi's votes were suppress to limit the humiliation of the state landlord. He won the State with a landslide .

Hence it was a success story for Obi. With Tinubu, APC reduced from 19 states that Buhari won in 2019 to 12 states. Atiku reduced from 16 states to 12 states. Obi went from zero to 12 states.

Structureless party. APC stoke votes meant for LP and INEC connived with them.

0 - 12 states in one election and it should be more.
