Atiku and Tinubu’s presidency will set dangerous precedence that will not be well for Nigeria and might change Nigeria forever.

Atiku’s presidency will give the north the impression (a real one) that they can switch the presidency among themselves with useful southern idiotic region to always help them. They used Southwest in 2015. They are hoping to use Southsouth in 2023.

On the other hand, Tinubu’s presidency with his Muslim Muslim ticket will give the Muslims the impression (a real one) that they can install the president of Nigeria by themselves and that they can do without Christians. The implication of this is that Christians might not stay quiet anymore. That’s even excluding Tinubu’s frail health, drug history and a past shrouded in secrecy.

Only Peter Obi’s ticket is viable and balanced enough to fly. Then talk about equity and fairness and justice for Southeast as added advantage.

Unfortunately for Atiku. The first thing about restructuring is actually resource control. That is what will make every state be able to manage their states in the manner they want.

Resource control/restructuring means states can be able to plan based on what they can acquire in terms of IGR. it means they can have as many local govt as they want, pay their own police, mange health and educational policies as they want and even invest in other things to generate more money. They only need to pay a certain percentage to the center from whatever they generate from their lands/ resources.

In schools those days we were thought about the factors of production which is land, labour capital and entrepreneurship, just add ICT now and every state is good to go because every state has what it takes to survive on their own.

The oil in the Niger delta is still what this Atiku is banking on.

These guys are just obsessed with oil. Am sure even if you show them a presentation of how they can use their lands to make more money than what they receive from this sharing formula, they will still be fixated on oil.
