Are you trying to compare the possession game Barca exhibit to this spiceless rubbish we display.

When Barca arehave possession its usually in the opponents half they only go back to recycle back to having the ball at the edge of the opponents goal looking for that thru pass that would set up somebody to score.

In our case a good number of minutes is spent by defenders passing the ball amongst themselves before it is eventually moved forward. Even when we have possession at the edge of the opponents its sometimes frustrating the way the ball is being possessed, as if that's the essence/aim of the game.

Real don't freaking care about possession 3-4 passes and they are attempting to score. Although I have not watched them under oga Benitez.

I know we are a work in progress but teams now feel United is there for the taking unlike the way they see Real, Barca or even Bayern.

As Manchester United, we should be able to top that group.

The problem is we seem to have lost some of our fear factor coupled with Platos philosophy where having possession is more important than imposing ourselves and putting pressure on our opponents from the onset in games. That's just my concern, we will lose some games if we always attempt to impose ourselves and dictate the game but we will win more games especially MUST WIN games.

In a game like this, a schneiderlin or teiger shud start in that middle.

A carrick/herrera/Januzaj in the middle is quite soft.

I will like to see Mata/herrera start even if Mata plays on the right with Herrera in behind the striker.

Having Herrera on the field definitely means he plays in the middle, it still leaves Mata on the wings, that's why I am of the opinion the team aint balanced. We lack a natural RW player. I personally feel a player like Januzaj should have been a backup to someone like Nani on that RW.

Anyways, thank God we have been winning with all these changes, but how long will it last.

Darmian might just be our best signing this season.

Chelsea paid Man Utd £12million as the transfer fee for Man Utd to sell Mikel Obi to them because there was a legitimate deal between Lyn Oslo, Man Utd and Mikel Obi to join Man Utd for £4million before he appeared on TV crying that he wanted to join Chelsea.
