Exactly @ the bolded. Reason why I said you can't sack someone midway through the season when he delivers result just as ole does. If he goes trophyless and the board still renews his contract then it's the board that's not serious. Oh wait! I heard the board gave him an improve contract sef .
The only thing is if only have a very bad run of results just as lampard had, then in that case he can be sacked. Cos I think Chelsea is just fortunate enough that lampard have a very bad spell of poor results while still getting confused in the process. If ole has such result and/or worse this season, he would have been sacked. But las las, like both of us agree, ole is doing just enough to secure his job. It's up to the board show ambition at the end of the season (just the way they did with van gaal even as he won the fa cup)
