My cousin who is a graduate of Animal Science just finished her service. She has been applying for jobs everywhere but I think as a graduate of Animal Science who has experience of 1yr in Poultry farming, cassava farming and tilapia farming, she should be able to get grants to start her business.

Is there any government program that give grants to female graduates who want to venture into Agriculture?



Please help as she is getting frustarted everyday . She has a second class upper in Animal Science and she is a very good manager.

I believe there are people out there who might be in her shoes.

Hello good day OP, I guess you where to direct and since you know he is your boss you probably should have chosen your words carefully, and also hit the nail on the head without sounding rude. My advice write him a short mail and apologize for the way you addresed the first mail that you where under alot of stress, Do not say pressure as that is one of those things that is supposed to make you better even in decision making that's one of the reason you where employed anyways.

I happen to be in a dilemma right now. Some months back I went to one of our branch offices to help my colleagues ,it was our Company's peak period and the Customer Care guys needed some assistant.

As a data guy,with less work to do( My peak period is always the first week because of lots of reports I get to do).So i volunteered to help them,
what are friends for?

So I met this woman , she seemed dissatisfied with the service. I approached her and quickly called a couple of people(MAnagers) and in no time her issue was resolved. We requested for her payment history , I told her I would get to her before end of business. So we exchanged numbers

After the day's work , I sent her her accounnt history via whatsapp, she was delighted and grateful.

After a couple of months, sales went down and the company decided to roll out a promo to increase sales. I was also invloved eventhough I wasnt a marketer because our salaries depend on the volume of sales we make. I quickly remembered a post the customer posted on whatsapp and a picture of her in dubai. I dialed her number ,talked to her and did my best to convince her about taking advantage of the promo.
To my greatest surprise she paid a big sum of money, I thanked her and we do say hi once in a while.


Last week, I got series of messages from her, she said I dont chat with her and I have been ignoring her. Maybe she is right,I don't really like chatting with customers and even when I chat I like it formal.

She said she doesnt like how I address her as MAdam,she prefers I call her by her name.

She said plenty plenty things on how she likes the way I do my things and all of that. She finally said she would like us to be very close and I shouldnt be scared of her husband that he knows she admires me alot and he knows the kinda wife he married.

How do I handle this issue without sounding rude to the customer,making her feel bad and keeping the relatioonship. The woman in qestion is quite wealthy and I hope to cash in on that someday.

Help -one Of My Bosses Said I Should Never Send Him A Mail Again


I am currently in deep shit. I happen to work as an analyst with the overall manager of a company in Kaduna . I am a data guy and not really a Manger,not interested in being one either. Today, We needed information from the branch managers,3 of them to be precise. I was tasked with
ensuring they send the information on time.

I got a mail from the Regional office threatening to carry out disciplinary action if they didnt send the information. From the mail I got to find out our State is the only one that hasnt sent theirs.

So I sent a reminder to the Branch Managers requesting urgently for the said inputs, I told them the delay was becoming quite embarassing to the state and we need to send this information out urgently.

To my surprise a branch manager called me and clearly told me I shouldnt send him such mails again, he said I insulted his office and I can tell my boss what he said.

Fellas, Nairalanders, this is frustrating, i know I have issues with the way I dish out mails and I always sound too straight forward.

I feel like resigning, maybe it's not really my thing. I need advice on how to handle this issue before they probably gang up against me.

The best way to learn programming is learning it on your his own.
You said a GOOD programmer ,no good programmer would charge you less than 100k for this service .
So he should invest 20k on internet and download as many tutorials as possible ,especially video tutorials
MIT has free opencourse ware videos he can download
Programming is not hard ,as far as he has the passion(without this he can't learn it ,no be curse),invest time ,and keeps practicing

MODIFIED : However he can get a mentor ,just to point him in the right direction(for learning materials ,choosing programming language etc ),not a tutor .

Lols. How can u learn on your own, funny. Best way to learn programming is to be an intern at a programming firm, where u gt u learn from different programmers various ethics,principles and methods of programming. Getting someone to teach him programming is not a bad idea as far as they get to work on a project which will keep his programming skills useful
