No country became perfect overnight, people made sacrifices with their lives when confronting evil leaderships, check the history of many of these countries and educate yourself, don t be ignorant.

Countries in Europe were and are allowed to disintegrate peacefully unlike African countries.

Most African countries are under indirect rule. So the "evil leadership" you see in Africa is the doing of Europe.
