Shut up! Nobody is fighting Palestinians but Hamas, they're not the same... Did your Allah send Hamas to kill innocent Israelis?? Head slamming be making y'all move mad. How many aid have Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and the whole of Arabs contributed so far? Oh they don't care about them, they just want to use them to claim Jerusalem and chase Israel out of Canaan.
You rambling abt Muslims facing adversaries when you Muslims are the adversaries the world is facing.
Ishmaelites forced Islam on the whole of the middle East, used Islam to decieved them into fighting needless war with Israel which without external they defeated the whole of you combined yet u drooling over the place stupidly. Why did Egypt block the border with Gaza. Y'all blatantly claiming Israel never existed in Canaan but ur Quran acknowledges Moses and Jesus Christ, where did they live. Egypt and the whole neighboring countries knows Israel very well including Turkey where Abraham first lived when he left his fathers house in IRAQ. Iran is using Hamas to create unnecessary strife and tension between Palestinians who are Canaanites and migrants from Lebanon Syria Lebanon and Jordan with Israel while Ishmaelites ( Arabs) are busy sponsoring them but can't provide humanitarian aid to the same Palestinians they are putting at risk just because they want the religion of Ishmael to claim Jerusalem and the house of David. Israel even merciful enough to consider providing them with water something you head slamming terrorist will never do so shut the Bleep up. You Muslims are terror everywhere you go. Y'all claim the west are pro LGBTQ+ yet y'all rush there in droves to seek assylum. Why can't y'all go to Saudi Arabia and the rest there? Spreading your evil ideology with violence, killing innocent people all over the world and taking their land even here in Nigeria. Y'all killed Deborah over WhatsApp chat yet u claim religion of piss! All the Ishmaelites in the Persian Gulf should first of go back to IraQ where Abraham is from then we christians 'll jointly grant your request of asking the Israelites to leave Canaan as well. It's very simple. They're both of the same father and their father has no land in the Persian Gulf or Canaan. Both of them should head back to IraQ, when they get there they can both kill themselves and nobody 'll give a Bleep! Nonsense

Palestinians are the most resilient people, with or without UK aid.
God's people will be victorious
Allah, in His infinite wisdom, tests the faith of Muslims. When Allah tests their faith and believers remain steadfast, His assistance surpasses human comprehension.

The oppression faced by Muslims under Israeli rule, while significant, is not the most formidable challenge they have encountered.

Throughout history, Muslims have triumphed over numerous formidable adversaries.

The solution to this issue lies in the concept of Tauheed and also maintain your physically well-being, for Allah's forgiveness may be closer than you think.

Hamas fighters are roaming about southern Isreal and have neutralized one Isreali major.
They should leave women alone and face Hamas. Seems the victory over this overhyped IDF flexing muscles on unharmed Palestinians will happen sooner than we expected

Politics › Re: Lagos State Government And The Evil Tribal War. by Codepain: 2:37pm On Aug 25, 2023
ezechi242:
And the Lagos State Government Demolished Chido's Dream

Chido relocated to Lagos from Onitsha two decades ago.

His dad was a lace fabric mogul in Onitsha, and he wanted to replicate the same success in Lagos, the city famous for its cultural melting point and its diversity.

He came here with the little capital he could afford at the time and then pitched his tent at Idumota Market in Lagos Island, where fabrics of all kinds are sold.

Brick by brick, mortal by mortal, he was able to grow as the God of wealth favored him.

He got married here as well, and all his kids were born in Lagos.

He just built his first house in the same estate where I live in Lagos and moved into the property three years ago.

A remarkable accomplishment for a man who came here with virtually nothing but his dream

Business was moving fine, and one day he had this wave length, a master stroke that he believed would change the fortunes of his business.

Why not build a plaza that will serve as an additional revenue stream for his business?

An agent introduced him to a family from Lagos State willing to lease their land for such a venture on Lagos Island.

A sum of 30 million naira was agreed upon between Chido and the family that owns the land, and a lease of 15 years was also agreed upon with an option to renew.

With the agreement in place, the necessary approvals and permissions from the Lagos State Government were sought and given.

Work commenced on site sometime last year. The idea was to build a 90-stores plaza, a befitting modern plaza that could rival Tayo Amusan's plazas.

Work was completed on site last month; traders have paid for all the shops, and the property was penciled down to be commissioned this Saturday, and that is when the drama started.

Unknown to Chido and his wife, Amaka Okoli-Chidozie, LASBCA (Lagos State Building Control Agency) has been sending notices of outstanding payments to them to pay up.

Even though they paid all the necessary dues before they began their buildings, they did not know that another payment was waiting for them to clear.

They only knew about the payment last week on Monday, and on Tuesday, the sum of 4.5 million naira was paid by Chido.

The money was payd through bank transfer and a receipt was instantly issued to him.

But more drama is on the way for the 42-year-old businessman.

It was on a Saturday night when his phone rang, and he picked it up. The caller on the line was calling to inform him whether he was aware that LASBCA (Lagos State Building Control Agency) was coming to demolish his new plaza.

He rushed to the site only to meet bulldozers, armed police, and men of LASBCA (Lagos State Building Control Agency) pulling down his hard work.

A project that cost him over 200 million naira to erect.

For proper context; there was no notice by this agency that they were coming to demolish.

It was more or less an ambush.

When he tried to call the GM of the agency, the man was not picking up his calls.

In that state of confusion, he was dialing the number of anyone he believed could help him, but help was not forthcoming; rather, he was told that the governor gave approval for his building to be demolished.

It was a sad Chido who went to meet the GM of the agency that demolished his plaza the next day, Monday, to understand what his offense was.

He was told that the building was demolished because he did not pay the necessary building regulatory fees.

I paid, and I have my receipts to show what he told the man.

Seeing that Chido had his receipt of payment, the Oga quizzed Chido to understand who cleared and accepted his payment.

He mentioned one Mr. Tunde.

But Tunde was with us the day we deliberated on how to demolish your building, the GM said.

He didn't even bring up the subject of your payment.

He was even with our men when the building was brought down.

How come?

What kind of man is this? The GM wondered.

So a call was placed by the GM to Mr. Tunde to understand why he kept him in the dark when Chido had paid his fee.

Tunde on the other line started stammering.

You know

I'm sorry, sir( Ana ede ebe Nile).

The deed has been done and cannot be reversed.

Chido's 200 million naira dream has been demolished by the Lagos State government.

I spoke to multiple traders in Lagos Island before writing this to understand what Chido’s crime was; the general consensus is that Chido's only crime appears to be that he is an Igbo man who chose to invest in Lagos.

Unfortunately, there won't be any consequences for those who intentionally choose to demolish a commercial building, even if the owner did nothing wrong.

For the Tunde of this world, life moves on.

The evil they are happy about will one day make them the saddest.
Is this fiction?

Dear Nairaland community particularly Abuja residents.
I seek your guidance and insights as I consider buying land in Gwagwalada, Abuja.
I met someone through a friend who claim to be working for a real estate company
He said they have 500sqm of land for sale at 1M close to University of Abuja teaching hospital Gwagwalada.
Before I make the purchase I am interested whether
1. The land isn't government land.
2. How can I verify that I'm not about to be scam as I have never buy land before.
3. What are the documents I need to collect after I bought the land.

I appreciate your inputs

Anambra lawmaker takes up teaching appointment in secondary school

Tony Okafor,Awka

A lawmaker representing Awka South 1 State Constituency in Anambra State, Henry Mbachu has taken up a teaching appointment.

He is to teach physics at Igwebuike grammar School, Awka, the state capital.

This followed his oversight visit to the school on the 27th of June 2023.

Mbachu had taught in the institution as a physics teacher earlier in his career.

The Lawmaker had written to the state's Commissioner for Education to be a volunteer teacher of physics in the school.

Consequently, the Commissioner who was pleased with the determination of the lawmaker to teach school children, and his quest for academic excellence, assented to the request and gave him appointment letter to that effect on the 13th of July 2023.

Speaking, the Lawmaker appreciated the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, for the Employment of 5000 teachers to improve the workforce at the public Secondary Schools in the state.

He said the idea had impacted positively on the development of the State's educational system.

While charging the students on the need to remain steadfast in their academics, Mbachu told them that he was an ex-student of the school who later transcended as a teacher in the same school.

He said, "I was an ex-student of this great citadel of learning, I also started my career as a teacher in this school. The foundation of the educational qualities I possess in this life was laid here. I achieved it through dedication and steadfastness.

The management of the school, teachers as well as the students were pleased to receive their new teacher who volunteered to impact knowledge.

After teaching the students, Mbachu later returned to Anambra State House of Assembly complex for the day's plenary session
Good one from the lawmaker,

He would definitely include s.easterners in other areas or maybe in the future when the heat goes down.

When it comes to security you don't give room to emotions, a great sense of logistics and high level of intelligence is required and you will want to be surrounded by your perceived loyalists.

At the moment the government of the day will not want to make itself vulnerable to attacks ( I guessed you know examples of such attacks?).
So loyalists over people who can combat insecurities.
So competent generals should not be appointed because they come from a tribe that is deemed unloyal.
