100 bags of cement is approximately #1M.

Do you know how many bags of cement he will use for just the sub-structure?

Do you know how many bags he will use for just the decking slab of the superstructure?

Then appropriate amounts for the rods and all sorts....
thats enough cement to support 100 X 50 =5,000 blocks

He said: “There is reverse medical tourism these days fundamentally because of the level of care at some of our hospitals. Recently, thirteen patients from the United States came to Nigeria for kidney transplants at Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre because it is much cheaper here, and they receive the same level of expertise available anywhere in the world.”
Hhat6a contradictory paragraph.

Politics › Re: States Will Get $30m To Boost Food Security – Minister by CodeTemplar: 7:08pm On Feb 06, 2025
femisplash:
Well, we can't keep sulking about a system that's not federal enough, we have to make do with how we are currently constituted. I particularly commend this initiative, in a very long time, Governors will be committed to roads that leads to farms within our communities. These roads will get attention once again in a very long time. These Governors are always motivated by more money and end of the day, the farmers, logistics, villagers, commuters, sellers, buyers, etc would be the winners.
No,we must improve the structure instead of just saying it is manageable. You said that because you are eating.

As citizens, we have failed in our responsibility to hold our Governors to account, how many pressure groups do we have in each state with the primary duty to watch dog Governors to a particular standard?. We took often shift attention on the center allowing the state embezzlers get away too many times. We want food security, perhaps, we are a few steps closer. Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project scale-up initiative (RAAMP) could drive it home.

This is reminiscent of what a former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun came up with at the time when almost all the states were indebted and had to be given some tranches of bailouts. She got them committed, had them open an account and held them accountable. Unlike the ritual of monthly allocations whereby the Governors get away without accountability. This commitment would enable the FG extract transparency from the state Governors, trust me, we are talking $30 million, Governors will jump on it but this time, there is a watch dog sniffing at their heels.
Where there are so many internal roads that are bad and lying in poor conditions, where these roads leading to farms are inaccessible, Governors has to be committed in repairing the roads leading to farms in the hinterland before unlocking the $30million. That would ensure that our farms are open up to good roads and promote value chain.
The federal system is suppose to be the driving force that motivates the states to be productive but unconditional transfer of funds to useless and purposeless states has made the states part of the party structures they use to control the masses.

I have been telling people, if we sit down to analyse all our budgets, 70% are irrelevant. Yet people are being taxed to death to generate revenues that will be squandered. grin grin grin grin grin
from highways people wont travel to airport they wont fly to flyovers that will only change city skylines for better view to idle earners to nonexistent hospitals and projects to outright transfer of funds, we can run this country smoothly on 15-20% of what we budget and claim isnt enough yearly.
