The concept of good and bad is a universal one and not contextual or circumstantial as many like to interpret it. When you start creating a law thats not generic to all, you open the door for .ultiple interpretation of same issue and thus injustice.

If they were silent when their brother was in power, that does not stopped the SW, SS and SE from criticizing Buhari?

Did the SW criticize Buhari? Absolutely not!

Its this same reason of 'protect my inept brother' I'd advocate for the major nationalities to be in separate countries because whenever a president comes from these major groups, there's tribal protectionism
You are talking like a fool.

Those that know Kagame already know who and what he is.

But I hope he keeps running his fingers and mouth at South Africa sha.

He will soon understand that the Rwandan Defence Force is a little more equipped that the South African Police when SA decides to man up and act.

Kagame should also know Nigeria is watching and waiting for an AU pronouncement before his glass house gets broken
Theories. Rwanda has a strong foot on DR Congo's resource rich east, most of DRC $24 Trillion minerals are sitting there and war is an expensive venture. Though small, they are battle hardened.

no, they should build it and hand over the power structures instead. Our leader will loot 90% of it and ask us to pay inflated bill for the remaining 10%.

They need to stop handing the money to our leaders. Instead, build it at industry-competitive cost and hand it over.

Idiotic tactics. After conspiring to kill farmers and sustain insecurity they play the victim card and have done just that once more.
