DeOTR: That's the mindset of the average Nigerian. The people in power are looting instead of spending right. You give them the opportunity to do better, they'll end up worse than the people they criticized. If the government have all the resources they need, the word "budget" would not exist.
DeOTR: Like everyone else, the government doesn't have all the resources to do everything they want. Like everyone else, they have to set priorities. I believe you have 1001 things you desire to do right now, na money dey hold you. We should try to make things make sense abeg.
Lack of money has never held them back from looting or sponsoring pilgrims.
Acekidc4: That Navy Town Rd na eye sore before, one of the worstest road in the entire Amuwo odofin. To pass that road before na big wahala. Kudos to the Lagos state Government for rehabilitating that road.
and kudos to who for not fixing it for four good years? You are gone.
He talked about the double standard in resource theft management between oil bunkering militants and other solid minerals all over the country.
He also highlight the need for accountability in military procurement and expenses. Also talked about the need to put a cap on ever increasing military budget but not results.
ZombieDredd: If I talk now you go say I be IPOB. You should have waited for conclusion of the exercise before praising.
Should I tell you what happened during buhari time with this same exercise that money was spent and the facilitators travelled round nigeria for this same recruitment? Oh well, may Nigeria be great again
Efficiency unit too was silenced. After saturating the civil service with men who know men, they are doing a dummy transparent system.
BreconHills: It's not about affording the price, it's about production. How much does Nigeria produce per day minus how much is pre-committed to pre existing oil contracts.
The oil market is not like Oshodi market.
where did they suddenly get the crude oil they are using for local refining? Riddle me that.
God has really used this refinery to expose the rot in our system. Who would have thought Nigeria cannot afford to sell crude to local refiners even when they are willing to pay intl price for it?
The way it is now, the NNPCL are willing to terminate their own lies about our refinery being comatose just to deny Dangote refinery local crude supply and open the door for another type of scam which probably involves under-reporting public refinery performance and output.
