Nonsense. In democracy police collude with corrupt people to secretly sieze/auction off power unlike military rule when soldiers sieze it openly.

Lol...instead of joining ASUU to demand FG fund state universities, it is better they look inwards.
My only problem with this is the choice of venture they choose. With all the big grammar and magnificent research topics centered around complex concepts, they choose bread to be baking. Why not build electronics device to solve a unique problem like a malting device that controls humidity, temperature and can handle roasting of malted grains. It is well.

Like you said little or nothing that is a significant capital.

Investment is the main option and only saturated businesses like hairdressing saloon, cafe, copy centre, grocery store, gaming centre, cafteria etc can be comfortably set up with N1m.
Agric is another profitable business it can do a lot for and where demand is almost always high.

Don't attempt this if you don't know how to recognise fake transfers, a simple method is to always add a transferred amount to your previous account balance, if your present balance shows that the new amount has been added, then it isn't a fake transfer. All these criminals that do fake transfers don't know your account balance, that is why fake transfer never carrys account balance. please be wise.
don't reveal your banking line to potential clients or money transferee.
Use app to confirm new balance. Bank app cannot be updated by scammers when money hasn't beennpaid to you.

Stop taking cash to banks. Give it to someone at the back of the queue and let him transfer to you for a commission.
Crime › Re: Abductors Of 56 Niger Farmers Demand N200m Ransom by CodeTemplar(op):
Imagine how this money will be recovered by increasing the cost of their services, farming, and passing it onto the consumer of the food - the general populace.
Now how is this different from what is happening in Lagos where thugs extort drivers and by extension the populace, industries in Lagos and their own customers also?
Or ND where development levy 'deve' increases final prices of goods far away from production point?

Nigeria urgently needs restructuring.
Crime › Abductors Of 56 Niger Farmers Demand N200m Ransom by CodeTemplar(op): 9:19am On Mar 30, 2023
Bandits have reportedly demanded N200 million ransom to release the 56 farmers abducted in Adunu, Kwagana and adjoining communities in Paikoro Local Government Area (LGA) of Niger State.

Daily Trust gathered that the abductees, among them women and children, have spent three weeks in captivity.

Residents said bandits called on Tuesday to inform them that one of the abductees had been killed, threatening to kill more people if ransom was not paid in time.

A resident, Joshua Bawa, said “The people of Adunu and environs have over the years been left to their fate in terms of infrastructural development and provision of basic amenities. Our roads are dilapidated and school buildings have all collapsed, yet we cannot go about our farming activities peacefully for fear of being kidnapped or killed by bandits. We want the release of 56 members of our community kidnapped on the March 14, 2023 in Adunu by bandit.”

Add to that about N200B NEDC is stealing and mismanaging.
Add another N200B accountant general alone cornered.
Add the Over N1 Trillion about to be wasted on census.
Add the NNPC hundreds of billions being wasted on project unrelated to petroleum industry.
Add to that average N50B for state govt looting.

Corruption is the largest industry in Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Whose Child Is It? Interim Government by CodeTemplar: 8:52am On Mar 30, 2023
OP tried in spinning the issue as a political one against the oppositions but I will try and open you to another perspective you are not seeing.

The APC came to power on the strenngrh of a poor PDP performance. Now eight years down the line, APC has shattered that bad performance in all ramifications. Security, health, education, sports, economy, agriculture, transportation and more but magically they want Nigerians spread out over 900,000 sq Km to believe every other Nigerian preferred a worse case scenario of what they rejected in 2015.
APC is the mother going for the split of the child here and Nigerians are saying no, preserve the child. They are saying it via complaints and grumbling because:
They are hungry to come out and protest.
They know the devilish APC will kill them on the street(endsars and NURTW examples).

Politics › Re: Re: Nedc: 146 Billion Fraud, Abandoned Projects Rock Nigeria’s North East Commis by CodeTemplar: 8:36am On Mar 30, 2023
Corruption must rock such fraudulent commission.

You used ND money to establish NNDC and then pretend to be victims in the NE only to use ND money to establish a NEDC. The NEDC are aware it is fraudulently (abi na technically I go call am) stolen funds from ND and so they do justice to the funds.

It is noteworthy that all these are happening at a time the nation is heavily indebted, planning to borrow even more and nobody is going to jail for financial crimes.

That's why riggers of elections and thugs with faces captured on picture are free and opposition is whom DSS is seeing their minds.

This is my confusion. How can police work with thugs to fight hard working drivers on peaceful protest? That is why I find this news hard to digest.
The army is equally allowing bandits to milk farmers up north and the trend will only worsen because they feel any injustice that benefits southerner should be replicated in the north too. They are still fighting for amnesty and will say, the south is about to tax them again via thugs artificially inflating finished goods prices coming from Lagos. Bandits will tax farmers and foodstuff prices will go up further.
Nigeria under Tinubu promises so many chaotic reactions to injustice.

What a country. The idiots who voted APC because of tribe will spend the rest of their lives regretting it. grin grin grin grin
Nobody voted for tribe. Those who voted voted because they were forced to on one hand and for self interest on another hand. Denial of LP voters does equate to approval by those denied.

The police is now officially an arm of bad boys working for a certain political party. This is what Tinubu is all about. Crushing dissenters to milk the masses. Nigerians are in for it.
All those shaky shaky flashy PPP projects they using to tunnel public funds into private pockets will backfire spectacularly if replicated in Abuja.
