Taxing Churches because you think members are being exploited is counterproductive. Abeg, where would the tax come from?
Same "exploited" members of course.

You end up exploiting the already exploited members of the church for the benefit of same politicians that destroyed your past, your present and your future. That arrangement is like robbing Peter to pay Satan.
Stop replying people who are out to destroy the church

24 billion Naira is equivalent to 65 million dollars and for the EFCC to say it spent over 65 million on this high rise contraption is very overpriced and questionable.... I I put the modest value of that Build at about 8.5 million dollars ..

See below picture of some other better built and better equipped building in Africa built for a lot less than the cost EFCC built this.
Sir have u been to Covenant University before? Each building there was built with less that 2.5m USD. or N1Bn.

This is why we are stagnant as a nation.

See this childish OP. After sorting 30% of your workload and cheating through another 30% you think you have arrived?
The op is suffering from inferiority complex. He thinks private uni confers big boy status on the undergrads there.

KennethBen:
For those of us still in the university, probably a private one, forming big boys and girls.. How are you holding up with the experience, I was in a private school since 2011, I purposefully left in 2013, and I did not regret my actions one bit. To be precise (Caritas University, Enugu), one of the most hyped private universities in Nigeria, making the youth not to explore their God-given talents, I later enrolled in another university, and I just finished my service last year December I finished with a good result though.

If I still stayed back in my previous university, I would not have graduated I guess, because of the way the strictness of the whole environment is, believe me, private uni students are mostly dull and they come out unprepared for the future and job market.

let us know your own take on this, quote me wrong as well.

Will you prefer a private uni, over a public one? shocked
You come here and try to give what we fully know is false witness account. Maybe the public uni system made you realize one or two things your old dull self didn't know. That doesn't give you the right to generalize in order to spite what is making you insecure.

The main difference between public and private uni is cultism, and that is in secondary schools so change your hating strategy and be a little bit more self confident.

I have seen tons of insecure public uni grads before.
Have you ever seen anyone with a fake private uni cert?

Politics › Share Your 2018 Voter Registration And PVC Experiences. by CodeTemplar(op): 3:05am On Apr 23, 2018
I invite all aggrieved Nairalanders to come out and share their PVC experiences so far.

It has been stories of slow registration by INEC so far as people who have approached INEC registration center have complained bitterly about limited slot registration per center per day. At this rate I am afraid regions that didn't respond swiftly to PVC registration may be shortchanged in the 2019 polls again.

Laziness connotes knowing what to do but being unwilling to do it. Buhari is plain clueless and partisan on most issues.
Yusuf should be talking to his dad.
Politics › Re: Buhari Is Lazy For Failing To Solve Nigeria's Problems– Senator Amori by CodeTemplar: 7:40pm On Apr 22, 2018
Buhari is lazy or should I say crooked in a sense. Example is the herdsmen issue, he knew what to do but didn't do it properly. Same thing also for the anti-corruption war.
He is also clueless because he didn't know what to do with the economy.

Blogging of copied stuff from media houses was even more sensible than blogging of untested ideas that's prevalent today.

Oyedepo is just one man and not a group of gun carrying men wiping out villages.
Christianity Etc › Re: Bishop Oyedepo: "You See Where Change Has Brought Us Since 2015" by CodeTemplar:
The bitter truth is the northerners have already systematically rigged this election.

I say this because the distribution of PVCs and validation of registered users is already rigged in favour of the north.
We have a case where one northern minority can own multiple PVCs by reason of multiple registration in time past but the southerners who are just waking up are being rigged out of registration by limited number of registration currently being carried out by the INEC.

Uncle Daddy freeze did not criticise any building but rather what is done inside...
1. No body will ask you to pay tithe inside.
2. Offering is my choice not by force. (don't even dare say Christian offering too is by choice cos some Christians i know don't goto church if they don't have offering money, including you)
3. It is not an entertainment centre where musicians, comedians, and dancers come to perform fir money.
4. Anything work you decide to do in that mosque you do it for free, even the job of the chief iman suppose to be free and with his will.
5. The imam is not above the law, unlike pastor that make mistakes and misleading with out nobody questioning.
6. It is not a place where they brain wash people like you.
You only succeeded on breaking down your confusion into 6 parts. Daddy Freeze criticized expansion of churches and building new church centers. He also attacked those who called for donations towards new church buildings. Stop deceiving yourself.

The same constitution that permitted you to practice Islam is same constitution that mandated the hand shake as part of the ceremony.

It is like a man who allows you. into his home on friendly terms then you get there and try overriding his own way of life with yours.

Muslims should learn to realize that the constitution gave them room to practice in the first place and this Islam isn't the first religion but one forced upon their forefathers.
