It seems like where there is much corruption/illegal way of making money, competition from top politicians and top traditional ruler's tend to be high on the need to fix their candidates.

Too many long-legged candidates may be confusing Nigerian Custom recruitment team.

Which top politician or top traditional ruler's candidate will shift for who?
