Please able mamas in the house, I just want to know if it's normal to have body / joint pains at 34 weeks+. I've been managing the pains since yesterday but it seems to be getting worse. My fingers feel weak, I was given immunisation injection on my arm yesterday but I don't know if I can attribute the pain to that or it's just coincidental. I already took panadol to ease the pain. Should I be worried or wait it out?

Well, to be precise, full names, location, phone number and e-mail addresses of the group members are to be stored in a database to be used for identity tracking, information dissemination amongst others as required by the facilitators but presently, its not a necessity as the form's link has been replaced.

The Mission is to create an online moms' support group that will further translate into a mom's club where moms can meet one on one or in groups with their kids and discuss plus have fun. These clubs will be all over the country but at major cities depending on the number of participants from such cities or states.

The proposed interaction is solely via WhatsApp and the link has been posted on the first page.

This is the first launch of the msmNG platform and the group is expected to grow rapidly being the first online support group for moms in Nigeria. Doctors, marriage counselors, health and fitness experts, nutritionist, Pediatricians, etc are on hand to give free and real-time counselling and support to everyone in the group.

Mamas in the building that feed expressed breast milk to their LOs. ...how many mL do you feed at a go and what is the time interval ?
My baby is 10months old today...I have been feeding him with 120ml every 2-3 hours..except he sleeps longer than 3hours but once he wakes I feed him. Recently, I started making it 130ml . But I don't seem to be comfortable with his poo frequency. It is too frequent except at night (he doesn't poo throughout the night for more than a week now)...like every 2-3hours too and very loose...My mind occasionally thinks diarhea but then no fever or weakness. Google says overfeeding can cause loose poo but does not categorically mention what quantity is too much.
What quantity do you feed your babies and how many diapers do you change?

good day mamas,am 29 weeks but I fell pain in my vagina (its rubbed with pepper),I feel pain when i clean after urinating(if I touch it),my urine looks conc (I drink water like a whale) and my feet's are swollen.
Pls chook mouth for my matter abeg should I be worried,did urine and stool culture 2 weeks back but no drug was given ad regards the test result.
