Take the lecturing job. I started out with a lecturing job but decided to quit when I got a banking job. Some elders advised me against taking the job but I did not heed.I told myself that I would work for 2 years, save up and leave.

It is now eight years and I am still here. My friends and classmates already have their PhDs. Career progression is slow and the hustle is real. I have finally taken the decision to leave at the end of this month. Lecturing here I come. Money is not everything.

and from what little i know, adelaide is regional area, quiet place, she lives in south adelaide. she source for "close to'' naija foods from indian shops. naija hairdresser bit far from where she lives, housing cheaper than central business district areas. going with kids? you pay for their school fees. u can bring along your international driving license. casual jobs not that common. nigerian churches are there too i.e redeem, deeperlife etc. association nigerian in south australia too, take along thick clothings.no plantain. big seedless oranges, organic foods plenty, cheaper than non organic. any other details u could get them from her.

Got my 574 visa yesterday....applied 15 May from the UK. Heading to Newcastle, NSW. Anyone heading there or currently based around that axis should holla.
