Why not explore the option of getting into the years diploma program in practical nursing to get your licensing first? Most people that goes for masters in nursing in Canada are already nursing practitioners with licenses and registered with their respective provinces with valid status maintained with their various professional bodies.

Most universities I've seen, have a requirement that I must have license to practice in Canada which obviously dont have.
