arinzeejikonye: The idea of prince and princess hotels of orlu and okigwe that rochas couldn't achieve, can ihedioha pull them through? Why would a state govt build such a hotel there. Which patrons will live Owerri to go and lodge at a 5star hotel at orlu. There has to be something to attract people not just building a hotel INA rural area. It might end up a waste. That hotel would serve better if built close to oguta lake or abadaba lake |

Get a bottle of sniper. Locate a corrupt government officials house or anywhere u see him spending money throw a bomb towards him then the moment u are about to get caught drink the bottle of sniper.
Thats what they call help so others won't commit suicide as this govt people will seat up |

LegendHer0: Bro I have a question? Are Igbos in the SW more than the Igbos living in the SE in numbers?
If the answer is no, then I won’t believe what you are saying. Please try to carry out a social experiment on the Igbos online either on Nairaland or Facebook where you can verify their name. They tend to be too obsessed with the happenings of other tribes. They even exhibit the trait about the northerners too.
The Yorubas most time only talk about SE governor maybe if we want to retaliate and mock Abia state governor but you can’t see us involving ourself too much in SE politics. But the reverse is the case for most of the Igbos online. This ur motion defeats the whole idea about Nigeria. So if u are not from a state u have no business discussing its politics. To me this is a backward way of thinking |

Same thing happened to me, I used to be obsessed with a girl from the day I saw her on Facebook and met her in real life, in fact for years I was obsessed with her despite us seeing only once or twice. Until d day it nearly happened boobs that are big on Facebook are extremely saggy for a slim girl. I found out she wears ass pad, cause her ass is extremely FLAT. Its just bone. We were already kissing when I lost interest, next thing on my mind was d excuse I would use to run.
I regret all those years wasted, d worst Every time we met, I over spent on her, d girl sometimes when am high opens my banking app and transfers money to her account, but I no send. When a guy hasn't had sex with a girl there's this power the girl has I swear.
Right now I don't hate d girl but I am not attracted to her at allllllllllll Goodluck to the guys she keeps scamming |
Politics › Re: How Yorubas Made Lagos Former Capital To 7th Largest Economy In Africa by Coldie: 6:56pm On Dec 30, 2019 |
LegendHer0: Walahi an average Igbo man cares more about the Yorubas than his own family.
Most Yorubas can’t even name the five governors of the SE but the Igbos are obsessed with us such that they are the ones that vote mostly online with likes and shares in a season of voting in the SW.
During Oyetola and Nurudeen Jackson (Davido’s uncle) election, the Igbos were all over the place thumbprinting online with likes and shares for Nurudeen and you will think it is a contest of Anambra state election.
Tinubu is on the lips of every Igbo born and yet unborn and you will think maybe he is the one holding the SE states IGR in his bank account or he’s the one depriving them of good roads.
Check igbos online, they always benchmark their success to that of the Yorubas. The Yorubas don’t actually have any competitor coz our only competitor is our shadows. But the Igbo man is not happy of his success until he can compare it with that of the Yoruba man.
If not for the Igbos living in the SW, the Yorubas wouldn’t have known you exist. There are actually a lot of Yorubas that don’t even know about the minorities of the SS and the middle belt. To some, anything after Kwara is Hausa and after Benin is Igbo. Who get time for other tribes in Yoruba land? U guys got it all wrong though am hoping one day ur eyes will open to see d truth. Most igbos debating with u over Yoruba politics are Igbos based in the west, naturally it has to be like that since these people don't have much contact with the east apart from the east being there state of origin. Its just like a Yoruba man who grew up in Rivers state, u won't be surprised to see him engaging in discussions involving wike and rivers state. Is he doing it cause he envies rivers people or because thats were he has an idea of the politics based on it being his base |

Adefatima: Yoruba is not holding you We already know you hate us and we hate you just as much as you hate us
So go and establish yourself with Hausa We all know even after civil war you still tried it lol An average Igbo person no send Yoruba. You guys are the ones obsessing over the fact that u see igbos in your region. We Igbos don't give a fvck we just want to feed our families and live our lives na una dae carry our matter for head |

Adefatima: 2 bottles we don’t need igbos Let the partnership with Hausa continue What if we Igbos too decide to partner with the Hausa. Let us all be submissive to them. After all we ain't really loosing anything. Igbos and the north make good allies history has shown that, its just this Biafra and Ipob stuff that keeps spoiling it, one day we will get over it. If u want to make allies let it be based on fairness and equity not based on how to cheat another person |

Gandollaar: What's your fixation on Igbos?
Are they the only people in Lagos?
If you are sincere to yourself you'd agree that Igbo investments in SW would be the highest earner of IGR amongst all. Even your leaders have acknowledged this. Even upnorth, Igbos enterprising spirit is celebrated.
People migrate to where there interests are served. If you are an importer, there's no way you won't have a thing or two to do with Lagos.
Those who buy and sell articles of clothing for instance must have a thing or two to do with Aba and Onitsha. There are lots of Yorubas who travel to Aba and Onitsha frequently for business. Some are resident there.
FG did not leave with all what it brought to Lagos for Abuja. The remnant has been built upon and collectively expanded. Give the Yoruba's some accolades. They tried. Capital or not Lagos is strategically located, Imagine being the state with the gateway to Nigeria by land air sea all combined. Africa's largest market. Unlike the Niger Delta states who had everything at a platter if gold but threw both the baby and bath water away. Niger delta forcefully chased away IOC's from there region, after chasing them to Lagos they are here ranting up and down that the IOC's must sight there headquarters here. Look at what happened at Omoku, crisis drove away business, companies etc away, same thing happened at Ogoni now Etche. Give Lagos(+Yoruba land) to the Niger delta and give Niger Delta to the Yoruba's. 10years later crisis and insecurity would chase out investments. And they would start blaming from Tinubu to Igbo people to Hausa to America. Yoruba people una try abeg |
Politics › Re: How Yorubas Made Lagos Former Capital To 7th Largest Economy In Africa by Coldie: 6:14pm On Dec 30, 2019 |
Gandollaar: The result is what you have up there.
Lagos was a former capital developed on the spines of every Nigerian and with the blood of Nigeria Deltans. Not to talk of economic contributions from foreign investments.
With population explosion and economic boom, it expectedly had a spill over effect on neighbouring Ogun and Oyo states.
Nobody can change the narrative of Lagos. No one peoples can say they single-handedly made Lagos.
The owners of the land made their contributions by creating an enabling environment for activities to thrive and they have massively raked in zillions in naira through IGR because of it.
If not for inherent corruption in the blood of the black man, Lagos with it's IGR over decades, could have been an eldorado.
The making of strong men in place of strong institutions is the bane of the Nigerian society. Niger Deltans used there blood to Develop Lagos, but can't use that same blood to develop there Niger delta. That's outright display of FOOLISHNESS |

Sirjamo: Akwa Ibom, Rivers and Delta are the top three States with the most unemployed youths in Nigeria because their leaders have been useless, greedy and stingy, but their people would never hold them responsible for anything, they'd rather be insulting Buhari and Fulani Muslims everyday from morning to night. They insult everybody. At a point in time a rivers guy was blaming Igbo people for the woes in Rivers state. That's how u know the true definition of FAILURE when u start blaming everybody |
