Hello champs, pls I need your humble advice and submission. I am 40yrs, never worked but have several internships and field work while in school and after school went into volunteering with NGOs. Graduated 2019 with a B.Sc in social work. My Masters of Social work application process has just been concluded with Salem state University in Massachusetts for the FALL 2022 resumption With Graduate assistantship to go with it.
My fear is how do I generate a strong home tie when I go for interview at the US embassy. Though, I am currently doing some volunteer job with an NGO in the area of advocacy and helping illegal migrants develop new skills that at the end enhances their social well-being. Though, i have been referred for two jobs(tho no documents to prove this)by a prominent family member of mine, 1 is at the ministry of social welfare development and women affairs, and the 2nd offer is the Social work department of University of Benin Teaching Hospital with title of a senior staff. One of my eldest brother is sponsoring my masters program.
Pls, house what are my chances huh

Just to correct a misconception, your CGPA was not reduced like you are thinking, they are both weighted on different scales, I don't know if that makes any sense to you. the first one is 3.01/5.0 and the other one is 2.96/4.0. Again, the dept or sch reaching out to you if you are interested in an assistantship is usually a good sign. All the best!

Hello champs, please I need a good advice here. I am graduate with B.Sc in Social work, I am going to do a Masters of Social Work in Salem state University in US. And my Elder brother is the one funding and sponsoring me with over 20 million naira in the Account. I am into some legit hustle that isn't documented. But I do a volunteer job as a caregiver for a foundation. Pls I need to know my chances of obtaining the F1 Visa to go for my masters. And I also need advise to a very good home ties package. Hello house, had my first degree in BSc in Social work from UNIBEN with cgpa of 3.01 after WES evaluation my cgpa decrease to 2.96. I have just concluded my Masters of social work application to Salem state University in Massachusetts, after sending them my transcript, did my transcripts evaluation with WES which later decrease my cgpa to 2.96 and was asked to write GRE and scored 275/340. I am currently waiting for a decision for my admission. But an email was sent to asking me if I am interested for graduate assistantship employment, Which I gladly applied. However, I am waiting for a decision regarding my admission. I hope I get it the admission.

Hi peeps, I am 39 years of age, am single and Have a bachelor's degree in social work with a 2:2 GPA, about to apply for a canadian admission masters program in Social psychology. I have not worked once in my life. My Elder brother who owns a medical equipment company both in Germany and here in nigeria is sponsoring educational to Canada. The narrative to eradicate cult killings from Edo State needs to be change, with the state govt putting the necessary policies in place. A propose bill of a very long jail term or death sentence to cultist involved in killing their fellow man won't be a bad idea. And the government should try and rehabilitate youth by engaging them in meaningful vocations in order to redirect their visions to succeed positively. Cultism is evil. Its high time youth desist from from it. I pray our youth have a change of heart in Jesus Name.

Of course cultism destroys destinies. Its indeed a big no for me. Its high time intelligent youth should devote their time into something useful that will catapult them to the zenith.
The killings and maiming amongst cult groups should send a message to aspiring cultist never to join.
I pray the Lord Almighty God touches the minds of the youths of this generation to shun cultism completely.

I'll share just very few.

I was waiting upon the Lord and as I was praying I saw the heavens open and fire coming down to engulf me like a mighty hedge and I became impenetrable.

I prayed and waited more I saw fire again from heaven envelope my mouth and my mouth was full of fire.

I prayed and waited and that's when I saw a greater shock. I saw my tongue transform into a very sharp sword with 2 edges. I got so confused and didn't know the meaning, till the Spirit led me to the book of revelation.
God told me as from today anyone you bless is blessed, and anyone you curse is cursed.

The will of God is to transform everyone to Christ's image.

My brother, its always good to look well before u leap. Never get marry a woman out of pity. Never get too emotion. God created the marriage institution, and am sure God has program your wife to be else where. You had better cut off intimate relationship from the girl, and disregard whatever the girl's mum is telling u.
