No, that's for mtn. I still want the E5573-606 which is compatible with Glo. MTN issues E5573-320, which isn't compatible with GLO. If i get the E5573s-606 today, i will buy it. I might check a few other places for it today.
if u can meet me in jabi I'll take you to the guy that sells them.

So, i bought two mtn MiFis yesterday. I didn't get to use them yesterday, but this morning when i tried to check the data balance on both of them, i saw only 10gb. To be precise, 10240mb.

I plan on taking them to their office this morning, and demand that they add the remaining 10gb. Did you experience this?
u finally got the modem. Does it support glo 4G ?

Lol no time for arguments. Which network & device is your 4G driver?
PhonesRe: Glo 4G LTE - First Speedtest & Review by ColeworldMD(op): 6:03am On Oct 24, 2016
dustmalik:
Yes. Right now, the band being officially used by MTN is band 7, and your device doesn't support that, hence why MTN 4G isn't working on your device. Maybe when they resolve their litigation issue, NCC might give them the go ahead to deploy band 20. One of the reasons MTN acquired Visafone was because of the 800mhz spectrum.
makes sense. Looking forward to that. Any news on airtel 4G?
PhonesRe: Glo 4G LTE - First Speedtest & Review by ColeworldMD(op): 8:46pm On Oct 23, 2016
dustmalik:
Your variant doesn't support band 7(2600). Here are the bands it supports

LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 8(900), 13(700), 17(700), 19(800), 20(800), 25(1900) - A1533 GSM, A1533 CDMA

MTN system got that one wrong. Maybe it assumed, since it's an iPhone 5s, it should work, without considering the various variants of it.
but MTN supports 2 bands so I guess that's why. Plus someone here said the second band is currently not deployed

A1533 but I sent 4G to 131 & MTN said I'm eligible.

For MTN If your sim was bought within 1 year ago it is 4G already... For Etisalat no upgrade all their sim were Usim from inception.... Glo you need an LTE sim..

Now to devices... You must have 4G also it must support the network"s provider band...
its just funny that their customer support reps are ill informed about the nitty gritty details

Though MTN acquired the 800Mhz spectrum, it is not authorized to use it yet because of the litigation. Currently MTN uses only band 7..
im sure iPhone 5s supports band 7. I just don't know why it's such a big deal to connect

Well done chief Gazzuzz.
What does the psi of the A/c system mean & In what scenario does one need to measure the psi of the A/c system?
I recently refilled my refrigerant, my mech just emptied 2 cans of snow refrigerant. Is that good enough? Is snow a good brand? What will happen if it's under/over charged.
The car is winter chilled tho.

PhonesRe: Glo 4G LTE - First Speedtest & Review by ColeworldMD(op): 8:15pm On Oct 22, 2016

ColeworldMD, the problem with MTN LTE is that it's deployed in most places using band 7 (2600), and band 7 doesn't travel far and has low in-building penetration. It's mostly in Lagos where Visaphone-MTN LTE was tested that you would find the presence of band 20(800). Band 20, on the other hand, travels far and penetrates walls better. But even at that, I've been quite impressed with MTN LTE, even though the reception is nothing to write home about in my location.

Now Glo, on the other hand, uses band 28(700), which travels even farther and has way better in-building penetration, albeit uncommon in most LTE Devices.

By the way, do you have a Huawei E5573s-606 for sale, or you know anyone who wants to sell theirs, or anywhere i can get it for a reasonable price?
totally agree with you! I guess that's why I get reception even though I was told there's no 4G in my area.
Oh no I don't have any for sale but you check  OLX but make sure u trade face to face wink

Glo is trying these days, I was having problems with their 3g at particular place in delta for over a year and this month I call their customer care and complained to them, they promised to get back to me. A week later I received a sms informing that the issue has been resolved and actually I now have a stable network inside the house unlike before
yeahh we need to support them those other networks are just here to rip off Nigerians

Location - Gwarimpa & to think that I was told that their 4G LTE is not yet available in gwarimpa.

Review - I was frustrated that I couldn't get 3G on my ever reliable Etisalat with the most stable network, so I ported to MTN 4G LTE & same thing happened. The most annoying is that MTN Has a 4G mast a stone throw from my house but still. I was left with only one choice Glo 4G LTE. So woke up early in the morning & went to their office in wuse 2. They sold the sim for N1100 which really pissed me off but I paid for it anyway. Popped the sim in my white Spectranet mifi cuz I had seen earlier that it supports their band. The network was epileptic even in their office & the lady said it's because my device doesn't support it, I tried schooling her but she was bent on being dumb so I left her. I quickly rushed back home, eager to put an end to my Internet dilemma. And yes the gamble paid off even tho the lady told me that they don't have 4G LTE in gwarimpa yet. Although their service isn't very stable I'm amazed at their coverage range it's second to non! And this is over 100% improvements on the 3G & 2G. I'm definitely sticking to glo for now. Since not a lot of devices will support it I guess there's less chance of congestion. In my opinion this is glo paying back her customers for the loyalty. (N2,500 for 10Gb with good network & wide coverage is the best offer at the moment)

Twice I watched videos without buffering shocked
If u can your hands on a device that supports glo 4G LTE you should definitely try it.
For once in my life I'm impressed with Glo

Oh and for those of you that think Etisalat is expensive, MTN is twice as expensive (topic for another day) I'm waiting for 90 days so I can port back to Etisalat!

Disclaimer - I'm not affiliated with Glo, just looking out for the best 4G network available.

Cc: honsule dragnet
pls move this to front page. MTN & Airtel are just ripping off Nigerians in this hard times. Let's support glo since they're more customer oriented.

I have come across something like this.

The driver in question never purchased the more expensive oil. He collected the money for expensive oil, purchased cheaper oil, and still claimed that he purchased another gallon of oil. He ended making N10,000 from his Oga. They do it all the time. Some even tell you that your fuel pump spoilt on the way but they found someone who fixed it and that they had to pay him.

I have 3 questions.

Did you witness the smoking ? No
Can you confirm if he even purchased Milemaster oil ? Yes
If he did purchase Milemaster can you confirm that he poured it into your car ? No

My advice is for you to purchase it again. Pour it in yourself and if your car does not smoke then you know your driver pulled a fast one on you. That's what I'm gonna do

I have used it, still use it, and will continue to use it. I am yet to experience any issues. Be they smoking or oil shortage. Thanks bro. I really appreciate

I am based in lagos. I buy MileMaster from their Yaba Office or any of their dealers ( see www.solutionsplusltd.com/where-to-buy/ )

Not sure why ur steering is stiff though. For honda I would advise you use their power steering fluid. Perhaps your tyres don't have sufficient air pressure.
Thanks for ur assistance. I really appreciate. I told my driver to buy Milemaster 5w-20 from solutionsplus branch in Yaba, Lagos. But he said the car smoked on gettn to Abuja & had to change the oil to total 20w-50. any reason for this?
