65,000 naira to 30,000 ex-militants amounts to 1,950,000,000 naira. That is 1.95 billion naira. So the government actually believes she has no way of tackling of militants but resort to being taken as hostage? I still don't understand this. If these guys are that powerful, maybe we should pay them to help us decimate boko haram & bring back our girls once & for all. Is this really investigative journalism ![]() |
lasisi69:he pushed in 2012 about 4 four years ago. IMO he did dat to raise capital for his current start up but he got caught up in the wrath of justice. 99 days for the thief.. Smh |
GAZZUZZ:God bless u bro. Deducting price of a.c system is the best option. |
GAZZUZZ:thanks for the enlightenment. Pls I want to buy one DC Honda Accord. The dealer told me the engine & compressor are fine but the pipes are leaking. Pls how big of an issue is fixing leaking pipes or AC in general & what is the cost? It's my first car & I don't want to buy a car that will bringing too many problems. Thanks Gazzuzz |
Lilimax:yeah, I agree with you. Upbringing is of paramount importance in how one's offsprings turn out. |
joliyp:OP you have prolly fallen in love with someone whom you don't have much in common with. Now you have realize ur differences & make compromises. Come out of ur comfort zones & agree to teach each other how to live in ur different worlds, & ultimately LOVELAND - P.S I love metaphors & people who can use them. If u thought about that urself u must be very smart. Meanwhile lemme go back to swimming with the pigeons & flying with the fishes. ![]() |
blaksoap:Same reason why some pastors start out broke but end up rich at the detriment of their innocent gullible followers who pay compulsory tithe hoping that will be their source of salvation from the Lord. No religion should take the blame for individual extremism & radicalism. What is the difference btw you & ISIS if you promote hate?
|
Lilimax:"There's no compulsion in religion" clearly written in the Qur'an. No religion should take the blame for individual extremism & radicalism. If u were born in Saudi Arabia odds are that u'd prolly end up a Muslim too. There's tons of evidence about pastors & reverend fathers taking advantage of girls. Please let's promote peace, unity & love instead of misguiding innocent gullible minds. Pope was in Africa recently & he visited a mosque & advocated for love for one another. Last time I checked he's ur leader & I'd advise u to ff his lead.

MrLP:sorry if we're sounding harsh but we have to look out for our fellow bro. Truth is bitter & we have to spill it to protect other bros from being hurt just like u're hurting now. It's okay for girls to be defensive but in ur case she was manipulating u they are different. She wasn't even willing to be ur friend. The same girl u claim is "childish" is the one sending u up & down. She's ur future gf not ur future kid sister that u have to look after. Please follow our advice it's heartbreaking to see a fellow bro being taken advantage of in the name of "love". In ur case it's called infatuation/crush the difference many are yet to understand. The only way to learn about these things is from mistakes. So keep trying but make sure u're learning the hard lessons. |
Rose2014:so what Same way u say everyone from the north is Hausa and everyone from west is Yoruba. That's the norm in Nigeria. It's not the same when you talk about creating ur own country. Do you know that Yaradua, Atiku & Buhari are all Fulani not Hausa. I bet you didn't know that either. Please let's speak with facts. Gone are those days when you have a "Truck Pusher" tell you stories about how Aso Rock is only made of rocks. Pls a little bit of googling won't hurt. Thank you. |
HzRF:maybe u're right & I'm yet to get a hold on the complete process. When I went to make payments at DPR. I logged into TSA website and made all my payments into it with my ATM card. I didn't have to give money to anyone else. Since u said there are exemptions then possibility of leakages will be high in those organizations. |
OP either you're ugly, rich & extremely patient or u're just well.. A GOOF! Rule no. 1 thou shall not profess their love too early until the opposite sex admits to the same or shows positive signs of interest. OP u're obviously a learner, these are experiences u should have gained in skool. I was once in ur shoes & I know exactly what u feel, unfortunately not all of us are born with such charms & charisma. I mean u didn't even insult her, rather only stating the obvious. I think she saw u as immature & easy so she took advantage of u. Now she feels like she's tired of u besides since she's working she doesn't really need ur money. My advice is to let go, if she had any atom of like for u she will come back and if she does try to be friends first before escalating from there. And never forget rule number one. The fact is it's difficult to convince ppl to like or love u what u can do is hope there like u a little and then build on that. Nonetheless if I had the type of ur patience bro I would rule the world talk less of girls. |
wordcat:Yeah I don't know why Son in law isn't there. Since it's on the same in the lineage as daughter. That would be the next best answer. |
HzRF:what are you saying Who told you NNPC is not part of TSA. I recently made payment at DPR into TSA which is under NNPC. The essence is that all monies coming into the organization goes straight to TSA unlike before that such payments could have been diverted to private pockets & then come up with some fake account. It's going to be a lot tougher now. What Buhari is suggesting is that all monies being payed to the govt. should be into TSA after which is it shared based on budgets and also deemed legitimate by all the arms of govt. so in essence the "checks & balances" that he dogara is worried about is still in place. Unless they have ulterior motives. |
Fraih:either you're the mother or the mother is ur wife. So there's a male scene rio possibility. |
nnachukz:I was really optimistic about her but it's now obvious that the task is beyond her. To think that Russia was using benchmark of $60/b when oil prices were about $100/b and Nigeria is using $38/b when it was about $47/b and on the decline. Cluelessness at it's peak. And why do we have problems with wages when there has been significant increase in the budget from 4trn to 6trn What does Nigerian govt takes it's citizens for The senators have bogus allowances and salaries while all these is going on & the governors complaining barely have any projects on their agenda. Smh |
Kachisbarbie:Love Doctor ![]() |
Afam4eva:when u guys keep beefing and insulting everybody else. Who are ur allies in Nigeria? Even ur neighbors SS u guys still beef them. What are the achievements of ur governors, senators and leaders as a whole with the "little" allocations so far? Buhari came in cuz we sick of the previous admin as a whole which the SE rejected over their dead bodies, which means they were satisfied with the previous admin. And now u're coming on NL to rant. Matter of fact the only people that enjoy Nigeria are those with good governors. I'm talking about (Enugu: Nnamdi Chime, Akwai Ibom: Akpabio, Kano: Kwankwaso, Gombe: Dankwambo, Lagos: fashola, Calabar: Donald Duke) please if ur governors are not working don't come here blaming FG. For ur info governors have immunity while in office, that means the FG has no control over what they do with their resources. It's the responsibility of the masses & house of assembly to impeach them if they're not performing. Nigeria is quite bleeped as it is, it's irritating hearing only same set of ppl ranting constantly. Let's give the new government a chance Please!!! ![]() |
kings5000:u mean sharpener ![]() |
People won't verify info before they start ranting. This was not written by obj. If you go to his Twitter handle it was stated clearly that all posts by obj are signed #OBJ & this isn't. Nonetheless, I concur! Constructive journalism please! |
Bollinger:its absolutely ridiculous. The same thing happens with our MDAs. I recently passed by the 'Federal Character Commission' building and ur guess is as good as mine. It was in a dilapidated state. Dust, spoilt ACs and the building looked abandoned. All this is going on while people wonder why there agitation for Biafra by IPOB even though Nigeria is a country of over 300 languages and 6 geopolitical zones. I had doubts in Buhari previously but after yesterday's PMC, even though he has has his downside, you'll agree with me that he's the best thing that has happened to Nigeria in recent years. This guy literally allows himself to be checked by the Judiciary & Legislative. When was the last time the Nigerian state had a govt whereby there are checks and balances by the different arms of govt? Smh |
Teddeebear:please what is the work of the ministers? ![]() |
MsNas:Silly is the new norms ![]() |
FisifunKododada:Admittedly there's no such thing as a perfect culture or tribe but the problem with the Ibo people is GREED this is the simple reason they find themselves isolated & they have no one to call allies or friends in Nigeria. They beef with the Hausas & Yorubas, everybody. It's for this simple reason of lack of allies they've misunderstood everything for MARGINALIZATION. Politics is a game of numbers, a lesson they are yet to learn. If they were smart they should have made an alliance with Buhari since they could smell that GEJ was gonna loose. Another question is, how come their Governors are not in support of the Biafra? I know for sure if their leaders wanted referendum today, it will happen or war will happen. Lastly, what have the past & present leaders achieved? Are these not the same people that will govern them if Biafra is actualized? Or will they continue crying for marginalization against their own again? Please POVERTY is a general problem in Nigeria & they should stop whining as if they are the only ones suffering. Who has the government of Nigeria helped? If not only those in power & their immediate families. Most of the people agitating for Biafra were not even alive then or were too young to know what was happening. Prolly on some "I want to revenge what they did to our fathers" #TruthIsBitter #HardTalk #NoManIsAnIsland. |
Alikote:That's great! I'm looking forward to it too but I don't have capital at the moment. I hope you can mentor me in the future. Hehe |
Alikote:hello Alikote I think this is a good idea. Have started yet? |
freshness2020:RSVP - so it is not Rice & Stew Very Plenty |
nabbo247:I live in Abuja, any suggestions? What's the mileage? |

I doesn't matter. Biafra will never happen. Igbos are not ready for another war and Nigeria is not willing to let anybody go. It is interesting that when GEJ saturated every corner of his government with Igbos, we never saw ONE SINGLE march by IPOB. As soon as Buhari was elected they held a massive march in Aba. This is WHY most Nigerians, who can used their brains, see this current Biafra agitation as mere bad belly against Buhari. ITS 100% political - and hence we don't take them seriously. Wait until 2019 and present your candidate. Until then, Shut the fvck up - Ndi ara.
