If you had read with open mind and inbetween the lines, you would have seen where i said, " Ghana enjoys constant power supply to a greater extent" not in absolute sense. |
yanabasee:You are outstanding, given your deep analytical skill. |
He knows the job inside out. A minister can only be corrupt when the boss is corrupt first. Because corruption thrives on accusation and counter accusation. Cross blackmail if you like. |
The fluctuations in the level of power generation in Nigeria can no longer be justified by the activities of gas pipeline vandals. We have the resources for continuous improved generation, distribution and transmission, coupled with the resource to secure them. All we lack is sincerity of purpose. The blue print to getting it right is everywhere and accessible, if we did not have one already. Ghana enjoys constant power supply to a greater extent. What was it they had done to get it right? If not sincerity on the part of her government that knows where to draw the line of embezzlement of public fund and thwart the establishment of social infrastructure just to enrich themselves. Here in Nigeria, corruption is pervasive. There is no go area, even in security of human life. SMH |
I pray for there to be a ripple effect of Saraki's corruption saga on all our corrupt politicians such that will make the quest to stamp out corruption in Nigeria quick. As for me, Nigeria is one party state divided along two groups. One known as PDP and the other APC. 99% of them share corruption as common ideology. The 1%, goes to the person of PMB. All APC'S corrupt members are equally fighting against PMB's corruption crusade but on covert platform. PMB may you never be overwhelmed by the 99% IJN amen. |
Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh will recall Chelsea’s John Obi Mikel to his side when they take on Cameroon and Congo in October’s friendly matches in Belgium. The 41-year-old will also recall on-loan West Ham winger Victor Moses as well as Watford striker Odion Ighalo to his team, according to reports. It seems the coach has been impressed by their showing at club since the start of season and is looking to strengthen his team ahead of the two internationals. Monaco’s Elderson Echiejile will also get a look in but captain and goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama is not likely to be recalled. Four players from the domestic league will make the trip to be part of the friendly, the report also stated. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/09/oliseh-recalls-mikel-moses/ |
Four persons were yesterday arrested by Jigawa State command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, for committing sodomy with a 16-year-old boy, Umar Sani, in Taura Local Government Area. According to the boy, the suspects who reside in the same local government, defiled him at different locations within their community and threatened to kill him if he tells anybody. Umar, who personally lodged a complaint with the state command of NSCDC, said he decided to report the matter because he could no longer stand the abuse from the quartet. The boy informed the command that the four men had been abusing him sexually for over 2 years at different locations, and lamented that he could not even tell his parents because of fear. The state Commandant of the NSCDC, Dr. Muhammed Gidado, said the report of the young boy was verified when he was taken to a hospital for medical examination, adding that the result proved that he had been abused sexually. Similarly, he said the suspects, Auwalu Idris, 41; Nazifi Abba, 25; Abdullahi Rabiu, 28; and Abu Zaid Yusu, 18, were arrested by NSCDC officers. He said after hours of interrogation, the suspects admitted committing the crime, pleading that it was the work of the devil. Gidado disclosed that the command had already taken the four suspects to a Magistrate’s Court in Kiyawa Local Government Area for prosecution. He condemned the act in strong terms, saying such evil acts had no place in Jigawa State, and warned that anyone who indulged in such acts would be made to face the wrath of the law. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/09/four-arrested-for-sodomy-in-jigawa/ |
To be candid, corruption in Nigeria is overwhelming. I understand the puzzle facing PMB to solve. It is an herculean task. Politicians have been looting our common wealth since the arrival of colonial masters and all we can do is; sit on this forum and defend them on tribal lines and wallow in poverty. SMH |
Empty statement. Mtchewwwwww. |
WHOcarex:Sorry. Something came up and I submitted the post any how to catch with that here. I have modified it. Lol. |
Since she do not know where to draw the line between business and relationships, issue a query to her and stop getting familiar with her any further, since she is the kind that abuse privileges. Too much familiarity breeds contempt. If she failed to sit up, fire her. She is not yet married to your brother after all Growing business these days is an herculean task and you cannot afford to have her worsen things for you. |
They will soon come to tell us, it was an accidental discharge or another ear irritating excuse. NPF have been recruiting psychos from day one. Wonder if psychological derailment was a condition you must satisfy to qualify for recruitment. |
Honestly, i can identify with that of November 23 - December 22. |
All these litigations in River state make no sense anymore to me. I see cancellation of the election and Wike properly beaten Peterside without controversy in a recontest. |
He noted that none of the suspected Boko Haram elements that spoke with the CCC asked for any form of monetary inducement or compensation as a pre-condition for laying down their arms. “In fact, many of them said that they were simply tired of fighting and being fugitives in a war that they were deceived into joining,” he said. The President said one of the conditions given by the terrorists was to release one of its members who was developing Improvised Explosives Devices. My take: With due respect to Mr. President, this is a sheer campaign for Boko haram. He sounded more like a BH sympathizer. The sect alleged to be tired of fighting are the one making the release of their bomb makers a condition for the release of chibok girls. What a contradiction? This is the height of insincerity on the part of federal government and deceit on the part of BH. |
what was the report insinuating by the the military not finding quoran on BH's camp and their inability to read quoran? They are islamic extremists simple. The rational moslems do abound too. |
989900:You said it all. |
Please my fellow Nairalanders, i have been thrown off balance by some critiques who insist that PMB did not declare all his asset. That he is hidden a lot. From my little knowledge of the rationale behind our clamour for asset declaration by this leadership, it is to ensure accountability and assessment of this leadership pre and post this administration. Given the fact that all benefits and remuneration that accrue to the president and his vice are verifiable, pre asset declaration gives insight to their worth before assuming office while post asset declaration equally gives insight to their worth at the end of their administration. Hence any acquisition of asset outrageous will only signal embezzlement and calls for probe. However, some critiques say he did not declare all. And my question is: WHY WOULD PMB UNDER DECLARE HIS ASSET. Am curious to learn. |
The safety of your asset (money) in any bank in Nigeria is not a function of the class of people and institutions that bank with it, but a function of CBN/NDIC's regulations, supervision and monitoring. All banks in Nigeria are safe until proven otherwise by the regulatory bodies. |

Let it not be the kind of food they serve on NYSC camp o! States' government should enforce discipline in teachers to live up to their bidding. Human capital development is a cognitive process and getting the foundation right is key. I suggest that our primary schools should be provided with all required logistics to very well kick start the capacity building of our children. |
They are on their own, until they start shoot out. Over feeding things. |
Football is highly psychological. That is why motivation is key in football. The dude always plays with all his heart and as the captain, he sought to protect the interest of his team by pointing the inappropriateness of a match venue as perceived by most members of his team, and he was treated like a fool. I could even do worse than given an excuse that is personal. You never can tell. |
I will entrench fiscal federalism within an hour, if I had the sole power. |
We want trials that will generate revenue to government coffers, not those that we drain it further. A charge against illegal possession of arms by former NSA, discovered in less than a week he left office, is not of material interest to ordinary Nigerians. #PMBGOFORMONEY |
Me2You225:Was that an international flight? |
If the electorates really wanted every successor to probe his immediate predecessor, we should always vote the opposition party into power after the expiration of each tenure or second tenure. That way, we can be certain that there will be no compromises that always emanate when the successor and predecessor are from the same party. PDP sixteen year reign is a case study. |
Ramos16:your communication skill is ridiclous dear. try harder. next time i will ignore you. |
these men of the underworld are bent on complicating the fight against corruption by PMB. they constantly present his own for him to execute. Leadership in nigeria could be the most difficult. |
nnamdiokere45:Thanks for squeezing out clarity from the thread Doc. Without any abrasion either on the penile shaft or any other part of the skin, you are save with condom provided that you consistently and effectively used it. |
Women! women! women! how many times did I call you? Na wah! if u like preach tire e no de enter their body. They are just bent on pulling you down. Is quite unfortunate what we are into in this era of sex sex sex. It is pervasive. |
