It’s been Hamzat turn as far back as 2014/2015. After Fashola tenure, Obafemi Hamzat being one of the most popular candidates had to step down for Ambode at the request of Tinubu. I vividly remember the primaries in Onikan.

Again in 2019, Hamzat had to step down for Sanwo-Olu again at the request of the party leadership.

Hamzat has been patient for over a decade. This is his turn now.
