That full-time worker will struggle a lot to even have £100 in savings after taxes depending on where they live. Such person would need to get a better paying job or work crazy hours to make ends meet.

With this WHO Red list in place, will this affect getting jobs directly from care homes. By direct, I mean not via recruitment agencies. I have a care home that's willing to give me sponsorship and I know the owner personally but he's having doubts about this red list thing and sayin nigeria has been banned from applying for Health care jobs in the UK, from Nigeria. Please advice.

Look for other alternatives, those getting COS are they not from redlist country.. Some of them, don't want you to come o... That's the truth, the fact that they keep makng it look like they really cared for ur coming is disgustin g. May you get help where u least expected.... You'll have to go through the entire visa application process before you start panicking. But just in case it doesn't pop up, you can start their visa process under dependant visa using your CoS... That should link their applications to yours.

Each dependant will have a separate visa application. You will have to go through the same process of applying for visa for EACH of your depandants as you did for yourself. The only thing is that you will use the same CoS that you used for each of them. Check this link for more information:

Hello Collins4u1, job eligibility for HACW visa is not restricted to the shortage occupations list alone. Once your job/role ONS code is on the list of jobs eligible for either HACW visa or SW visa, you can apply for it. The only challenge might be whether the salary your employer is willing to offer you for your job meets the minimum salary threshold criterion. Cheers.

Interview 15march, picture of my IP requested on April 22, cos issued on 7th, so I won't know when it was processed, since it wasn't discussed

You'd have to talk to your employers because CoS normally goes through the Home Office so if it's something that would cause a problem, they need to rectify it
