Once in my life, I had said I'll be d last to carry a child out of wedlock but when it happens, I couldn't help the situation. OP,before u part with another money,get a lawyer and make sure the so-called land actually exist and there won't be anyone hiccups along the line.
What does your aunt do?If she is earning a salary,visit her with one or two family members and agree on the amt she wud be paying u each month.If you can get that done,then make it official and legal,involve a lawyer to forward it to her company that way the company reimburses u directly each month.

've been greatly betrayed by a lady called Aunty (not blood related).

I was assisted by her when I was a kid (precisely in Sec. Sch.) by then d was no phone, we lost contact. I happened to meet her bro. which I collected her phone no. and contacted her. When I travelled to Abuja I had wanted to pay her a visit but she was too busy to see me, I knew things were not too well with her. For her been nice to me I got her Acct. no. and sent her 10k to manage.

It was thru. this process she later told me there's a land which the Church she's attending wants to sell for only members. I showed interest to purchased 2 plots, I sent in the 1st installment 400k she paid and sent receipt but the bal. which I sent, she failed to sent receipt, I knew there was a fouls play, I had to asked my gf to confirmed if it was paid which she went to d Church and of a truth she didn't pay it (220k). The land total was 490k which I later realised. She told me other paper work, commission etc. etc.

My concern now is dat she has not balanced for the land in order for me to get it. I am bent on her paying me my money or d land. I have tellers on all the moni I sent to her with the Church doc. on d part payment I made on d land.

Where is the exact place I can go to in Abuja for the case to be handled?

Hi Dear, I will advise u based on my personally experienced I had with a guy for eight good years. Any man u spent much on and he doesn't even for a day buy u gift no matter how little. U ought to be very careful.

Who knows he might 've been spending his own on another lady and just pretend to love and keep u because of ur financial status. How long will u continue with this, he may dump u later or marry u. The way u lay ur bed so u'll lay on it.

Don't hurt urself or empty ur account to please him. Do u know if he has a beta job he will still value u?

I feel this topic is not suppose to be in this section but  I do get matured advise from here. 

I have an Auntie (not blood related) but  was staying close to us when I was in Secondary Sch. (past 15yrs ago).  She do help me sometimes with Sch. fees even while my parent do pay and I use dat opportunity to open an account at a tender age.  Though stays with my parent but I was constantly in her house.  We lost contact because by then there was no phones. 

I happened to meet her younger bro. 5yrs ago and got her phone no.  From there we started to communicate.  She was in Abuja while I am in PH.  I went to Abuja to visit a friend 6mths ago and decided to pay her a visit, but to my greatest surprised she was just too busy according to her (a kind of running away from me).  I sense all wasn't well I sent her a text while in bus to return to PH dat no matter how things where with her, she would've let me see her.  I ask of her acct. no. and sent her 10k just to appreciate her kindness towards me.

The next steps she called me dat there's a land their church is selling if I am interested and I said "YES".  It was at 250k I had to go for 2 plots.  She told me of her commission of 80k which I paid because I didn't want her to tamper with my moni but she still did.  When I sent the 1st installment 455k she paid 360k, took her 80k and gave me stories on 15k for form, building plan etc.  I had to sent the balance of N165 (she said 35k is for
CoO) but she failed to remit the payment.

I got worried because the first I got the receipt while this one I got stories.  I sent a friend to the church who confirms the last payment was not made.

The worst part is she told me a lie she was ill and was in her village.  She refuses to pick my calls.  HOW DO I HANDLED THIS SITUATION, Dec. is d deadline or else my moni is gone.  The church secretary ask her and she said "I HAD SENT D MONI SINCE"

I was called from welfare AGAIN to come for the pay again since Sch. resumes Sept. My questions are:

1. Since we were unable to agree on the feeding can I tell dem to write the agreement for the School fees only while I cater for the feeding?
2. Will he've any records there dat he had wanted to pay but I refused?
3. Can he warrant d son of asking why we went to d extent of welfare?
4. On my part, 've decided to keep all what happen as secret from the son, am I right? I wouldn't want him to hate his father, blood is thicker than water.

God is the best judge and will definitely pay Nadum for everything he has done. He has forgotten dat he has children.
