I was about withdrawing my son dat just change School because of d teacher's behaviour. He's just 4yrs old, joined dem in Grade 1 but I was told he couldn't read and each time d teacher will say ur suppose to be in Nursery 2 instead of encouraging him dat he can make it.

At the end, I had to returned my son to Nursery 2. Most of dis teachers are not NCE holders or are not educationist.

Pls I saw a land which I want to buy, my brother has gone to check it and says it's OK physically. I now called the agent and asked him about the Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment he said "there's none, it's a community land and virgin that l'll be the first person to own it, so I shd come with a Surveyor to get it surveyed and I make the payment".

Is it advisable to buy this type of land?

How much will it cost to build a 3 bedroom bungalow from foundation to finishing. Can u just list d rough estimate here.

The kitchen will be small. The rooms will be 12 x 12. The parlour will ve dining. I'll need only two toilets. One in d master room while they other two will share one.
