The court is sitting in the home State of the judgment creditor and GTB is expecting to see positive result? Even though the Court is right.

The case regarding the garnishee proceedings has no merit has its an abuse of court process and ought to have been struck out. No lower court can rule over a judgment of a superior court.

Open University has come to stay whether you like it or not, whoever it is u know that is not doing well academically in NOUN is because he/she is unserious, there are plenty of incentives for students in that school so much that its hard to fail.

Say that again bro!!!

I've seen fellow coursemates and students reschedule some exams to next semester because they feel they are not ready to write it and the school don't have any problem with that, and it doesn't in anyway affect their results.

Everything is very flexible, if u can't write an exam in 200level no problem, u can write it in 400level but you have to make sure u finish all your courses before you will be allowed to graduate. Isn't that wonderful? What more does the Nigerian student want??

My boss's driver cannot make a correct sentence; he cannot operate a computer or any Information Communication technology gadget successfully, yet he is in final year at NOUN, where is studies Information Communication/Systems Technology and calls himself an Engineer. It's really pathetic.
