The current TB rates are not a reflection of our economy. Its just an abracadabra econometrics of the CBN.

I keep refilling my AC freon every 2 months after compressor and condenser replacement. Is this normal?

Present investment future look gloomy, remember Emefiele has been druming it to whoever cares to listen that tough days are ahead. Hasn't reached the bottom yet, so rebound not coming any time soon.
This really calls for concern. With some idle fund, tenants are already paying up, 13th month salary will soon enter, one really need to look elsewhere for opportunities. And I've had enough commitment already with digital agric, never been lucky with stock (guess not my thing). Time to plan a vacation with my family rather than succumb to paltery 9%. Then wait till all my tb matured and switch to bond, then will be using the interest for digital agric, MMF and school fees. Perhaps one can also look the way of helping some idle but enterprising youth. Had some discussion but they all want salary job.
HI bro can you throw more light on Digital Agric

CrimeKsmart:
Abeg who knows this one?

Everybody won use Tinubu get fame grin grin.

Weather Tinubu will be used and dumbed or not, all I know is power will come back to the south come 2023 and with the game on ground now, SW is likely to have it.
Unfortunately... Atiku will contest again and th northern APC will rally behind him indirectly to make sure the power stays in the north. If you think either ibo or Yoruba will ascend that seat without support from each other think very hard

The north will continue to run things till the south get sense , cos demography is stacked in their favor

Tell me one single minister that performed better than him in term of generation, transmission and distribution of power, even those that swallowed $16B didn’t achieve what he achieved.

The problem with most of you guys is hate has beclouded your sense of logical reasoning and you think and act more with your assshole than with your brain
Please stop celebrating mediocrity joor... Fashola failed woefully. He had four good years and achieved nothing....
Don't let ethinic sentiment becloud your logical reasoning

PoliticsRe: Ruga Ultimatum: We Will Hold Northern Governors Responsible – Ohanaeze by conyema12(m): 10:23am On Jul 05, 2019
Benekruku:
If I want to be fair and go by the recommendations of those that antagonised my humble and honourable self when I was in support of RUGA,

I will clearly state that the Ultimatum is well deserved. Many quoted me on Nairaland saying "RUGA should be done up North ONLY". Fine! And now they are also telling you to go trade in your region. Anybody that needs your product would come and buy in your region.

I think its fair with all honesty. If a Fulani or Hausa man is limited to trade in certain parts of the country, then I think other tribes should be limited to trading in there own region too.

I feel does that came for head when I was supporting RUGA can now find a better resolution to the impending doom that stares at us at present.

The English people call it "Tit for Tat"
Warri people call it "Do me, I do you"
Men call it "An eye for an eye"
If you need land for your livestock farming.. Go and acquire it financially from your host, just as the igbos up north do.. They weren't given the lands and shops free by the Govt.

Good evening all. Pls how is the visa on arrival usually processed. We logged into the Nigeria lmmigration website to apply for a visa on arrival for our new born, it turns out it’s actually a business visa. The information seems vague as they are demanding for introduction letter, addresses of local and foreign companies etc.
am wondering if am in the right portal.

Cool. nothing to worry as the ur bills will be taken feom that 5k..if some remains, u will be refunded..I guess they are doing this now feom experience

Thanks. We got back to the family doctor and she opened up another appointment for our previous gyn .
They also informed us the 5k deposit is also mandatory. They will give us the breakdown booklet in 2 days time.

I guess we have to use the one our gyn recommends cos it'd closer to our airbnb reservation.
Thanks
God will Continue to bless you and your family

Hi good day everyone c/o hotstepper
I pray God grant visa to all the intending mothers in the house in Jesus name.

Please my wife got a referral to gyn by our family doctor in Calgary.
The gyn is demanding for a 5000canadian dollars for pre and post care deposit in bank draft . That the balance will be refunded after birth and post patum care.
This pattern seems strange to me. During our first child delivery there in Calgary, we were only making payments on demand.

I am wondering if anyone has experienced the same kind of payment during child delivery. Will the refunds be made as they claim?

Thanks

First and foremost avoid driving the car till u fix the source of missfire, to avoid damaging ur cat converter. Lots of issues can cause the misfire, starting frm as little as a bad spark plug to as much as a bad ignition coil. A proper diagnosis wld pin point the culprit.
Thanks. Will be fixing the car tomorrow
