These political gladiators will continue to hold sway in Nigeria politics so long as our youths are constantly being deluded by the ethnic and religious cards been played in the country.
Once a qualified person comes out ( even if he is smarter than Obama) We will start evaluating if he an Afonja or IPod or Boki haram.
We are exactly at the spot the elite needed us to be in order to exploit our gullibility.
So those guys there will still bring out a candidate and nothing will happen. |

People like lie Mohammed should not be seen anywhere around the government. He is simply a huge disappointment in that ministry. Why won't the government create an enabling environment to attract these people.
And to think that our youths are divided on this issue is sickening. Supporting the very people that have eaten ur future away akin to committing suicide.
Using our taxpayers money to train their kids abroad, but fail to develop the educational sector. Jetting off to treat themselves of minor illnesses while our health sector is in comatose.

Am sorry to say that Buhari knows nothing about governance. His IQ level is so low that he might even find it extremely difficult interpret a simple statistical data of demand and supply talk more of more complex issues in our micro and macro economy. The reason is obvious. How stupid are we to entrust the affairs of a delapitating country with complex economic problems into the hands of a secondary school leaver * That's if he even has a certificate* and expect him to succeed.
Sometimes I wonder how his VC and other learned members of the Executives will have to explain some technical terms for him like he is a 5 year old.
The basic truth is that you can't give what u don't have. |

Adminisher: Education is a liberator. That is why I am surprised that you think Nigeria is a 21st century country. That is number one.
Number 2 is that there is no single politician in Nigeria who is capable of running a 21st century country.
Let me also now shock you with more truth. Even in the developed world the only people capable of running 21st countries have been Barak Obama, Justin Trudeau, Angela Merkel and the President of China.
Now let me ask you, do you like Obama? I am asking in the context that Trump, Putin, Erdogan, Zuma, etc c are not 21st century leaders. Infact the American populace rejected 21st century leadership. Europe is about to reject 21st century leadership. In Africa only the leaders of Zambia, Rwanda, Kenya (to an extent), Ethiopia and maybe Morocco show 21st century leadership. Kagame of Rwanda is very good and Kenya's and Morocco's are 50-50
A lot of people are intellectual confused in Nigeria. All Nigerian politicians are dull, corrupt, unintelligent people. Buhari at least has integrity and an ideology. A stong ideology .
Finally, being educated means having the discipline to see truth and say it. 21st century is about freedom of views, independent institutions, self expression. Buhari has permitted a Senate that his party has majority to oppose his appointee s, he has permitted EFCC to go against DSS, he has actively ignored three factions within his own.party. He has given broad and sweeping authority to a VP whois a xtian
Please let us face hard facts. The truth is truth The man is as 21st century as they come and within the limits of how much a Nigerian with the decay in society can be 21st century. Only he won't abide CORRUPTION and if you try to divide Nigeria he will dig your grave. This whole right up makes no sense to me pls. |

I have a Toyota RAV4 2006 model. I am wondering when it's right to change the shocks. I have driven the car for over 2years now without changing the shocks, especially the front ones. I know it's not good to start throwing spare parts at a car like that without reason .
However I feel 2 years is enough time to drive a shock on Nigerian road. |

micmaurice: As much as Nigerian Police force is guilty as charged, it's also a shame that Nigerian Youths have intentionally brought it upon herself. The rate of Internet fraudstars (Yahooboys) in the affected states(Edo and Delta) is alarming. The Police force despite thier unprofessionalism has been trying to curb this menance. Sorry to say, but every insane policeman on the street would blame you for the following reasons. 1. Carrying a laptop and claiming you went for a wedding. It doesn't sound right. 2. A car Charter with all boys.(even army 4 stop U).
Sorry for your experience, innocent youths go through this everyday, we have no one to cry to, cos no one really cares. We pray daily that our paths don't cross.
That apart hope you had a nice stay in delta. Hope you Delta was fun pre-police brutality I feel terribly bad for you. How could you spill this type of trash. It's either you are a police man or u have a policeman as a relative. So it's now an offense to move arround with Laptop or what? The police has the right to suspect someone with a Laptop and demand for the person to open it. But not to confiscate it while demanding for 80k for the release. Am not even talking about the molestation that follows it. Maybe you didn't read the post. |

IamaNigerianGuy: Objectively speaking, Wike cannot prove the money belongs to Amaechi and Rivers unless Amaechi himself makes this admission.
But if it is true that the NIA claimed ownership they can easily prove it.
Who owns the apartment may be irrelevant. NIA can rent accommodation from wherever.
If however, the NIA owns the money, what sort of operations were they running that require 43 million USD at a go?
Nothing in this saga adds up I can assure you that even Amechi can disclaim ownership of the money even if he stashed it there. |
Politics › Re: My Take On The Proposed Anambra Airport Project"dead On Arrival" by conyema12(m): 5:45pm On Apr 14, 2017 |
ruggedized1: The airport is at the center of Anambra, connecting the major cities of the state. It is 15mins to Onitsha, 25mins to Awka and 45mins to Nnewi. The contribution of Anambra is the land, 3 dualcarriage access ways, enabling environment and other paper works etc. The main funding is coming from the private sector. The land for the project at Umueri is massive that it can even contain 10 runways but at the moment they are beginning with 2 runways. Thanks for the response, I hope a time is coming when We would no longer have to fly to Lagos or Abuja just to travel. I hope the Anti Ibos in the Federal level doesn't kill the functionality with their usual policies. |
Politics › Re: My Take On The Proposed Anambra Airport Project"dead On Arrival" by conyema12(m): 5:36pm On Apr 14, 2017 |
There is some sense in what the OP is saying. I hope there will be a huge plan to link this proposed Airport with modern roads or even railways to urban cities of Anambra. Cos people won't just fly like witches to access the airport. I wished they have chosen a more centralized area that will link OSHA. nnewi, Awka.
Some might say it's a PPP, but then the govt being an integral part of the partnership should contribute their 5% with better advice on the best site for such a huge project. |

dignity33: I still repeat that something is wrong about the whole thing, I haven't seen where corruption are being fought the way Nigeria do. How can EFCC always discovered Money without naming who owns the money and persecute them only what they do is confiscate the money and leave Nigeria to be guessing on who the owners of the money are, to me that is stupidity because EFCC knows who the owner of the money are but because they are covering something that is why they don't want to name the Owner's is either they steal from the money or the person is a member of APC or is a media Propaganda using by Government. Or It could be that nobody actually owns the money. I mean money can always be borrowed from CBN, planted in the said house and retrieved like they ve done, all in a bid to tell us they are fighting corruption. |

How is this difficult to decipher. From the analysis, GTBANK took control of the house when Muazu could not pay his loan. Why won't EFCC get to GTBANK to reveal who the real owner of the flat is. Is it rocket science These fools should stop deceiving themselves. |
