Hello Conyema, have you had any headway now. Just to say that if your wife has a Nigerian passport she needs a valid visa to even enter the plane to Canada. Your two kids can travel for sure, but with a mum who has a valid visa. So I wouldn't even buy a plane ticket without a valid Canadian visa on my passport and I have two Canadian kids too. This is why you have some mums who are giving birth in Nigeria even though their older kids were born in US or Canada. I think this is what your question is about.

My wife applied for Canada visa around July this year . She had our first 2 kids there and currently on the 3rd pregnancy, unfortunately the visa needs to be renewed as it has expired. We ve been having challenges due to COVID issues.
Is there a way she can use our kids (Canadian citizens) as her reason for exemption to travel as she doesn’t have a resident sibling in Canada at the moment
