the only thing this keshi's team lacks is a world class striker that can finish. keshi missed a trick going to this competition without a top tier striker........ |
jadelyn007: I still don't get how a married man will b addicted to social netwrkin if his wife isn't d borin typeyou didn't have to expose me this way. i thought i told you my activity here would stop after our catfight last night. yikes, i am grossly disappointed!!! |
elampiro: Anderson and Cleverly drew West Brom 1-1 until Evans and Jones came again as they did against City. Then they continued the winning streak.anderson and cleverley were on the pitch when united got the winner against city & west brom at the start of 11/12 season. cleverley wasn't on the pitch when west brom scored 3 goals to change the tie from 4-2 to 5-5. common sense is not common, after all! Barca's game was a friendly of inconsequential importance. Stop deceiving yourself about Anderson and Cleverly with a short fluke.it's a game that had to be won, guardiola does not play to draw or lose. it's a must-win game for both managers!!!! 82,000 fans do not pay to watch a game of inconsequential importance! |
elampiro: 100% in how many games? What about the 5-5 draw against West Bom, don't tell me of nay nonesense discounting of goals due to substitution. History books are not recorded that way. Moreover, they had the help of Smalling, Jones and Evans. To show they were not the real factor, the streak continued when the left.this is stupidity at it's best..... against west brom, the score was 4-2 wen cleverley left with 30 mins to play. giggs/scholes collaborated to lose the midfield and conceded 3 goals and cleverley must take the fall for that? ![]() The real guys of 2011/12 season are:valencia is not a partnership! 2. Rooney------ 2nd best. He is always one of the best. That's where he is a unique.rooney is not a partnership - he was on the pitch when united lost to wigan, man city and drew everton. he had no answer to the loss of points at a crucial period in the season. 3. Scholes----- He single handedly redefined our midfield. He knew how to give a telling pass to Valencia and with Rooney they created havoc and went on a wonderful streak of 8 matches.scholes(midfielder), valencia(winger), rooney(striker) - use your common sense! no partnership exists between players operating in different department on the pitch. i have only heard of defence, midfield and strike partnership. when you start linking players inter-departmentally then you cannot be taken serious! What Anderson and Cleverly were part of is a child's play to what happened later in the season, and what has always happen in United from time to time. We also had a winning streak this last season. so keep the hype.anderson/cleverley beat barcelona, man city, spurs and arsenal! these are the toughest united fixtures of any given season. if they can annihilate teams like these ones, beating bottom sides wouldn't have been difficult(fitness permitting)!!! |
elampiro: Did they aslo pick injuries in the City match? It was actually Carrick who was struggling with fitness that period.city game - match fitness brom game - injuries. elampiro: What this is telling you is that 2011 wasn't the first time combination of players went on a streak. It also tells why SAF jettisoned Ando and Cleverly pairing the next season.only anderson/cleverley have 100% and that's my point from day one. |
elampiro: So Vidic had injury against City and played only 45 minutes? He had injury against West Brom and played till 2nd half? Then Ferdinand had injury against City and played only first half too, then he was also recalled against West Brom and played up to when we needed goals? Then they made magical recovery and went to the bench in some games.there's a difference between match fitness and getting injured in a game. rio/vidic were not match-fit and they picked injuries during the west brom game according to fergie's initial assessment.... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/8701545/Manchester-United-manager-Sir-Alex-Ferguson-defends-David-de-Gea-after-rocky-start-to-Premier-League-life.html |
elampiro: How do you mean they had only played 45 minutes before then? The were also involved in preseason, played against City in the Charity Cup.how many minutes did they play against city? 45 mins each! fergie said after the west brom game.... "Rio has a hamstring injury. He will be out for six weeks,"so are you going to admit now that you have been lying all along that rio/vidic went off because fergie wanted to push up the field? |
nonsense statistics.... scholes alone is not a partnership, why are you exhibiting the daftness of a snail? in those games scholes featured, he must have played with several combinations in the midfield. scholes/carrick, scholes/giggs, scholes/fletcher, scholes/fergie..... how then do you work out which partnership works the most from that various sets? it's one thing to be wrong and raise ones hands, it's another thing to be stretching the borders of daftness with your argument! fact remains anderson/cleverley offers the best win % at old trafford.... |
elampiro: You are showing us passes made in our 1st 3rd. If they were helping to win the match would SAF have substitute them when we were trailing or needed to win?rio/vidic weren't fit...... they had only played 45 mins before the game against west brom. they had to be managed to bring them up to speed. substituting them was always going to happen in that game and the manager's hands were forced when they both limped off! Secondly, this is what statistics has done to your match analysis. There is a big difference between statistics and actual live match where you assess players contribution to game and pattern under tension.daft statement! statistics are facts compiled by opta....that chart shows where passes are made and received and it's not different to what evans and jones did after rio/vidic got subbed! the players who contributed to the winner were anderson/cleverley, the wingers and the strikers. |
elampiro: Jones played for just 15 minutes and most of his passes were done in the middle even some across the centre line into opponent's area, yet they were accurate. He didn't seat back like traditional defenders do. I can guess he drove the ball all the way there. No wonder we got the victory against City and West Brom when they came in, particularly Jones. He truly has both qualities of John Terry and Toure.so how's jones different to what rio did before he was subbed or are you dyslexic? why are you still lying after you have been found out? rio occupied the same zone evans/jones did. the younger players did nothing extraordinary! Don't you understand what it mean for defence to play high? Playing high supports midfield and attack the more, only agile energetic defenders with ability to chase, recover and tackle do that. Ferdinand and Vidic play deep and wait to stop strikers. They can't chase and tackle from the 2nd part of the field. They wait in their own 1st (area) while hoping midfielders track back to assist them. This pattern is far less risky but less adventurous, it gives the midfielders too mcuh work to do because a big space is left between the back and forward.stop lying! you are a pathological liar - if you have any iota of decorum left in you, you would log out instead of defending your idiotic theory that rio/vidic don't play high up the pitch.....
|
elampiro: I don't need to explain further. Your charts have done it all.that's the point..... you don't need to explain any further because there's nothing to explain. you have been found out as a liar. I would post anderson and cleverley's impact in the game to destroy the argument!!! Did you see that percentage pass? Did you see where Jones made his passes from? They did not seat with the goalkeeper.defenders always have a high percentage of pass completion. their passes are mostly in an unmarked area. what's there to party about? anderson made 96% pass completion in the midfield with cleverley not lagging behind! Also your chart doesn't tell how many yards covered before the passes were released. This chart just showed why SAF had the feelings Jones can grow into a Yaya Toure when properly groomed in the midfield. I am not an advocate of that though.who cares about the run made before the pass - my chart has shown jones/evans barely crossed the halfway line and they did not decide the outcome of the match - QED!!! and i added rio's stats to prove to you he did exactly what jones/evans did before he was subbed! all the defenders occupied the same zone so lying to us jones/evans did something special to win us the game has been exposef! you won't find these resources on your facebook forum!
|
elampiro: What is our argument? You said Anderson and Cleverly pairing was the reason we had a superlative start to 2011/12 season. But I am pointing to you main factor which is the use of young defenders. I also have told you that despite both Evans and Cleverly coming to rescue the situations against City and West Brom, they won the next four matches when the same defence line was used. It was Evans, Jones, Smalling and Evra that played the major role in defence. Outside this substitution, which other role did Berba play in the remaining 4 games other than to seat on the bench and watch.you are just talking nonsense.....absolute nonsense! you want to be made example of as a quack and i shall do justice to that cos that's your wish.... So it was a combination of young players at the back and in the middle. Then Rooney didn't have to work much by tracking backwards, he was just pumping in goals yanful yanfulthe players at the back had no bearing in the outcome of the game. they played no part in the attack at all, stop lying! jones/evans hardly made a pass in the attacking 3rd. below is the contribution of the sub defenders, their passes barely crossed the halfway line so i ask, where is the pushing up you kept lying about?
|
elampiro: Coogar, I am thru with you on this. Did I ever say a defender scored? I said Anderson and Cleverly were there and it was 1-1 until SAF brought Jones and Evans in the second half. Pay attention to details.what a fool! he highlighted jones and evans in the defence and conveniently missed the fact that berbatov came on even before jones did. Also two Jone, Evans and Cleverly in the shield Manchester Unitedso if cleverley came on at half time to wrestle the midfield away from city, why then are you giving the credits to defenders. did the defenders play in the midfield? lololol. Go and check the match between West Brom and Man United. It was 1-1 until the defenders came in late and we won. We were even on the receiving end and under immense pressure until the defenders came in.you are a liar.... united were in supreme control of that game until de gea's mistake. we scored so early with anderson and cleverley out passing their markers! west brom scored against the run of play and their only threat to goal was putting immense pressure on de gea from set-pieces. the ref allowed them to keep fouling de gea. Also it was Fabio who played and not Evra, so Evra didn't have a 100% as you claim.another daft remark! evra played 4, won 4. 4/4 is 100% |
elampiro: Today is Sunday so I repent of insulting people.how many penalties and free kicks did he score in those first 5 games? his hatrick against arsenal was from set pieces, 2 free kicks and one pen! 2. Evra missed out completely against West Brom, it was Fabio who played. So verify before posting wrong information.we are talking about last game of the season that ended 5-5, you slowpoke! fabio was at QPR! 3. The winning factor in the West Brom game was the late introduction of Jones and Evans which allowed the defence line to play high thereby taking the pressure off the goalkeeper and helping the pressure in a forward play. The goal came at 80th minute after the subs.shut up your mouth, united won because ashley young put the ball in the net via deflection. none of which had the DNA of rio and vidic. berbatov was already on the pitch by then as well. west brom wouldn't have even scored if de gea didn't make a massive error! 4. In the 5 games, Anderson and Cleverly played only 3 together. Cleverly went out the fourth game at 24th minute and we scored four more after he left to end 5-0. The next game Fletcher played in his place and we won. The 6th game Rooney was rested and Berba brought his sluggish legs to draw the game.daft analysis! had rooney played 90 mins against stoke, we wouldn't have won. the turning point in that game was woodgate's bad tackle on chicharito that sent hernandez straight to the hospital in the 10th minute. woodgate should have been sent off with a pen for united, the referee chickened out and waved play on. owen came on and the attack suffered drastically! 5. You are yet to tell us the 8 matches both paired together. My summary is (a) It was the defence that played the major role to the wins. (B) Give Rooney power and agile playing defenders and midfield players, he will deliver 45 goals plus.you expect me to do your job for you? hire a dog if you need an assistant to tell you which games they have both played together. Most times it is unnecessary waste of time to argue with you when you reason a charity match is more important than league deciding matches. I am sure if you were a coach, you would take a friendly derby more seriously than a UCL final just 'cos it's a derby.a manchester derby against man city since mancini came on board bears more significance than a champions league final! there's no friendliness in a derby against city - not after they beat fergie's team in the FA cup semis....it's been war since then. If Ando and Clerverly are so good in pairing why are you calling for purchase of mifielders to support Kagawa? You want Thiago to come. Why?easiest question ever..... this is because they have fitness issues - they are too prone to niggling injuries. their ability is not in question but how many games one can get from them! You alleged I am a house boy abi?only a houseboy can reason like you do...... |
elampiro: It was 4-2, moreover a match is played for 90 minutes and not 60 minutes.in other words, it's cleverley's fault the team conceded 3 goals after he left the pitch? daftness at it's quality! Using you and Coogar's logic, Cleverly and Anderson pairing was producing a draw till Vidic and Ferdinand were removed for Evans and Jones in the 75th minute, this enabled swifter moving of the ball forward and United scored the winner at 80th minute.which match is this doofus talking about? which match was cleverley/anderson producing a draw before they were helped by defenders to score a winner? if you take a lie detector test, the machine would blow! Exactly same way in the Community Shield against City, SAF pulled out Ferdinand and Vidic and brought in Jones and Evans and United scored three. If defence doesn't help get goals why would a coach removed two defenders when he was trailing? He did it twice. One would have expected he pulled out Rooney or Welbeck and introduce Chicharito or Berbatov, but football needs to be read in whole and not in part. After these two matches Jones, Evra, Smalling and Evans started all subsequent matches in defence, except one that Fabio played in place of Evra and it was all smooth sale till injuries affected the defenders and everything changed.shut up your mouth and stop lying! cleverley was a sub in the community shield - it was his influence and combination with anderson in the midfield that made us equalise and ultimately won us the game. the defenders were at the back doing what they were asked to do. fergie removed rio/vidic as they were both at fault for city's 2 goals in the first half(they were short of match fitness) liar liar, pants on fire!!! |
elampiro: You are the most retard dancing from one point to another. Lets have those 8 matches you claimed they started together for analysis. You will see those same defenders I mentioned featured in some of them, then Carrick in some and Rooney in virtually all. Our best midfield pairing that has won us glory currently is Carrick and Scholes/Cleverly. Before now it was Carrick and Scholes for many seasons.you are a fool of epic proportion! we are talking about midfield combination and he's bringing the fat scouser into the equation! is rooney a midfielder or has your thalamus been infected with ebola? For your information, The first five matches won in 2011/2012 season had Rooney scoring in all. He even hit hatrick against Bolton. Rooney played and won 5/5. Why did the winning not stop with Anderson and Cleverly three games? Mumu raise to power hundred. Then Berbatov came and spoilt the sixth match. Aside those ones, tell me the ones Anderson and Clverly played without the support of Carrick or Jones in the middle.this boy is a donkey.... rooney is not a partnership - the topic is about midfield partnership! i can as well say evra played in all those first 5 games that united won - that kind of argument tells me a billygoat must have intentionally urinated on your head as a toddler. If at all one. still 3 match fluke. Did you win the video game? I guess you added Rooney and the young defenders before you could beat your infant opponents with Anderson and Cleverly in the middle.and the gibbon continues his gibberish! you know lampbot has lost an argument when he switches to ebonics laced with the rambling of a photosensitive epileptic patient. Anderson and Cleverly shit of last season is just an overhype. 3 MATCHES!!!, The winning streak was 5, THEN IT CONTINUED AFTER SLOW POOISON BERBA DRAWberba - golden boot winner rooney - granny shaggër Tomorrow is Sunday, you can sleep on nairaland.yes, your oga would soon arrive! better go get your broom and sweep the forecourt before you get sacked. oloshious fellow! |
elampiro: You are are the one who is confused. Those three matches had some players who featured all at same time. No just Cleverly and Anderson. If you play Anderson and Cleverly with Ferdinand and Vidic in defence you wont get same result. Football is a whole team work. SAF played some guys who had energy and speed and it was working. Jones, Evra, Smalling, Evans, Rooney, Welbeck, Nani and Young were the most used. Rooney, Cleverly and Anderson played all matches. After the injury of Cleverly, the winning streak continued. If it was the partnership why didn't the winning streak stop. It continued when Fletcher took Cleverly's place until Berbatov came in and spoilt it, then the young deferders were all injured. Things fell apart until Scholes came to the rescue.your cognitive reasoning is flawed anderson/cleverley is the best midfield partnership we have. it's no longer a fluke, we are talking about 7-8 games they have started together and maintaining 100% win ratio! nobody ever said the other midfield combination won't pick up wins here or there but the anderson-cleverley is the best. use your common sense when arguing - why would the winning streak stop when the other midfield combo are also decent in their own rights? 100% win ratio is better than any combo you can come up with. cleverley and anderson reign supreme!!!! The winning continued after injury stopped the partnership. It was when the defenders started getting injured the streak stopped. So stop all these three match fluke.the winning continued and suffered massive losses after the injury to cleverley. however, united have not failed to win yet with anderson and cleverley starting together. the west brom 5-5 game you brought up clearly shows you are a retärd because united were coasting 4-2 when cleverley got subbed for #cough cough# ryan giggs at the hour mark! should the partnership be blamed for the 3 goals west brom scored after cleverley had left the field of play? can you now see the daftness in your argument every fücking time you open your mouth? this is an open and shut case! in the last 5 years, only two different midfield combinations have given us 100% win ratio.... 1) anderson + carrick + fletcher 2) anderson + cleverley this is the education you cannot get on your facebook forum, you stinking swine!!! |
dademola: @cooger; ando/cleverely kept carrick out?? for hw many games, if i may ask?? Again.. I want more clarity on dis % win ish. U talk about partnerships, isnt it?? Ok. Butner played 5games dis season, i think. Lets assume dt a particular player played 3 of dos games(i'm sure der was such a plyr. Kindly help me out wuth his name) on d left side of midfield, with butner behind him at LB.( a fullback and his winger team-mate can be sed to be a partnership). Frm wot u're saying, due to d partnership's win ratio, both playrs shud be starting for utd, and evra shud be on d bench abi??please read the article i posted, i hate going round in circles. every man and his dog know anderson/cleverley outscore opponents. yes, they are defensively naive but winning the league is about outscoring opponents! elampiro: I thought articles didn't mean a thing to you because they are written by individuals like you?articles that rely on stats make sense to me. it's only when an article is opinion-centric that i condemn it. statistics are facts, opinions are not. the article i posted talked about cleverson's 100% ratio and the author called it the perfect partnership! Nothing about their partnership, the defence agility aided and ease their job. Chikena. They didn't have the usual huge gulf in the midfield created by Vidic and Ferdinand partnership in playing deep. But wait, it was just three matches. Only three matches.read with your eyes open 3 games as at when this article was written plus the games they played together in the beginning of 11/12 season. Compared to Paul Scholes on his return. 17 league matches, 14 wins, two draws with Everton and Chelsea and only a lost to City at Ethihad. He was rested at Wigan and Newcastle and a certain Cleverly played, then we lost both.acute stupidity in display yet again... scholes is not a partnership! stop talking out of your arsë, scholes played against spurs at old trafford and we lost shamefully! Partnership in just three matches is not enough, Arsenal boys have done it several times but failed by December. Man United has started seasons with straight wins in first set of matches it is nothing strange.so tell us about this arsenal partnership that started the season in the past.....and correlate with perennial champions like man utd! your ailment must either br daftness or lunacy......or both! |
elampiro: I am through with you. Go and play video game with your son. Put Anderson and Cleverly in a three match fluke, ensure to aid them with Jones, Smalling, Evra and Evans else the midfield will become too bogus for your Cleverly and Anderson.stüpidity at it's sterling quality...... it's tedious arguing with a man that does not understand the meaning of partnership! Cleverly, Anderson, Carrick were all together when we trashed Fulham 2-1 in one of the matches you mentioned, so don't use Carrick as an excuse in the 5-5 draw.thrashed fulham 2-1? where? on your super nintendo? you are so silly. we are talking about the period from the community shield to the bolton game and this one is talking nonsense! Keep dreaming on Anderson and Cleverly three match fluke.mumu!!! Manchester United’s Perfect Partnershipelampiro, if this article fails to educate you about the partnership that exists between these 2 players then you should find a long rope and hang yourself! |
chrisley024: N Buffon parried d ball to...if that was de gea....... he's not good, he's not world class, he should be sent back to spain. |
elampiro: I am not going to write any long article as I had made my point already.the points are idiotic - you won't punch through a wet paper bag with those insipid points of yours' 1. Cleverly did not have a 100 percent win in 2011/12 season. He lost to Wigan, Bilbao and Ajax on his return.comprehending english is a big challenge to you. i said the midfield combination of anderson/cleverley in a 2-man midfield has 100% win ratio. is this daftness or what should i call this idiotic point of yours? 2. Scholes was the real deal in 2011/12 season. Played 17 league matches, won 14, drew 2 (Everton and Chelsea) lost only to City.another moronic & irrelevant point. this is scraping the barrel. we are discussing midfield combination that serves us well not the stats of an individual player. 3. Cleverly and Anderson started in the 5-5 draw against West Brown. So they dont have a 100 percent win the league in 2011/12.except that carrick started along with them and this was no 2-man midfield. you must not have been a bright student in school - the midfield combination of anderson/cleverley is the key! 2-man midfield not 3!!!! compare the games in the earlier part of 11/12 season we are talking about and tell us if there was an extra midfielder along cleverson! 4. Nani was on the bench many time even when he returned from injury and even didn't make the team list in some matches. I'm done with this argument.another daft logic! when rooney was on the bench against madrid, welbeck must be better than him. the question is simple. had nani started 30 games, how many goals/assists would he have generated? if he did not play many games - how is he poor? do players get rated poor for having injuries? you are so daft when you argue! dademola: nawa oo. Hw many games did cleverely and ando play, dt u so much believe in dem?? Again, dis %-win-ratio ish,if it ain't broke, don't fix it! there was a reason they kept carrick out of the team that period. they were winning games for us against top sides. if cleverley wasn't injured, fergie would have kept playing them to win us games. i wanna ask u; butner has a betta ratio dan evra, i think. Wot does it imply?? Man utd win more games wen butner plays, so butner shud be starting ahead of evra?? Pls shed more light on dis % win stuff, cos i dnt understandi don't bother about individuals - i bother about combination or partnership! i don't care about evra vs buttner stats. it's not a partnership. lets discuss rio/vidic vs smalling/evans or jones/smalling. the common factor in those 100% win ratio is the fact that only anderson/cleverley patrolled the midfield aided by 2 out and out wingers! an extra midfielder or playing one of anderson/cleverley out of position contaminates the partnership. they are the only pass-n-move midfielders we have and this is why we always win with them working in tandem. |
elampiro: You are a compound fool. You are only good for reading video games. Supporter of bench warmers and blaming the best coach in the world for your favourite players failure. Someone who started 7 games to you was good. You see what watching highlights and videos on youtube coupled with your obsession with statistics have done to you. You can only be good in arranging your benchwarmers in a video game against a nursery school pupil, that imaginary formation do not transpire to the dressing room at Old Trafford.you are a miserable sod! nani starting 7 games was due to his niggling injuries not because he's not good enough. how can you then say a player that didn't play too much part was poor? are you rectocranially inverted? chicharito was poor, nani was poor, young was poor, de gea was poor but.......rooney is king! if i earn 1 kobo for each time you have made stüpid remarks on this forum, i would be a trillionaire in pound sterling ! As I said before, there is no point engaging in endless argument with you because you obviously are preoccupied with arguing like a lawyer just to convince instead of arguing to pass an objective assessment and information. I guess it was in your video game that Ferdinand started against Totteham and Arsenal and Raphael played the early matches. Go and play Dortmund style in your video game against an infant. Put your benchwarmers to deliver the results.but i asked you to show me where i mentioned rafael/rio played against arsenal. you cannot find the evidence, you tomfool! lying through his teeth that vidic/rio slow us down when more often than not, de gea is the number one outlet, then the full backs before rio and vidic take proceedings. you must think this is your facebook forum - a haven of intellectually-sterile zombies you roll with. The matches Jones, Smalling, Evra and Evans have started have benefited and yielded more result to Manchester United that the few that Cleverly and Anderson started. Those guys play high and help to choke the midfieled. Whereas, when Vidic and Ferdinad play deep, they create a big gulf between the defence and attack such that the midfielders have too much space to work. It's a simple tactics in football. Ferdinand only has a balance and he doesnt have the force to push forward in open play as much as the Jones and Smalling. His recovery is very poor should he dare venture forward, smae with Vidic. Once beaten it's bye bye. Only what they have is experience to seat with the goalkeeper while Vidic uses his aerial prowess to knock off balls.you are a flaming triglodyte...... what can be better than 100% win of cleverson midfield. the midfield is the most important department of any team. the logic that rio/vidic creates gulf in the midfield is as stûpid as you! united play in a compact way, when play is high up the field, the defence move up with them. when the opponents break, rio and vidic backtrack instead of playing a highline trying to spring the offside trap! like i said, no one else can top your football illiteracy...... I won't bother going on an endless argument with you. You are indirectly claiming to be a better tactician than SAF, you claim to be a better financial manager than the finance team in Old Trafford. Inside naiaraland. Kudos!you won't bother because every point you built skyhigh has been pulled apart brick by brick. rio/vidic partnership is the best when they are in form - only a plonker like yourself would argue otherwise.... SAF is a good man manager, he's not tactically sound! any manager playing rafael/JS park in the centre of a midfield cannot be tactically astute. the finance team wants rooney out, SAF wants rooney out - he left him out of his squad deliberately in his farewell games! the writing is on the wall, adios rooney! when he leaves, you can follow him to sunderland, you homoerotic simpleton! |
elampiro: (a)Rio did not play against Arsenal and Totteham. Another lie. Rio did not even make the bench.you are a fool and you love making your own argument. rio played against west brom and against bolton. we scored before cleverley went off injured. i never at any time argued rio played against arsenal. We had Jones and Evans in the central, then Evra and Smalling at full back for the first league games. Raphael did not start the season, he missed the first few matches.i never said rafael played in those few games at the start of 11/12 season. i only mentioned their names to destroy your argument that vidic/rio are too slow to transit the ball from the back to the forward players. my argument is - even if that's the case, we have enough fullbacks who can quickly transit the ball plus de gea's excellent distribution! (c)So my assertion that the formation of playing all young men is correct.the assertion is stüpid! there are 3 different outlets we can use to get the ball forward without rio and vidic! rio/vidic do not slow us down to launch attacks. rio is far comfortable on the ball than smalling and jones! d)Stop disputing the obvious with your video game tactics. We are talking about reality and not fantasy.says the fool that only just realised we always win when anderson/cleverley form a midfield two in the middle. dailymail and bleacherreport cannot tell you such! (e)De Gea's ball distribution is miles behind Van Der Sar's. De Gea was even still nervous but the agility of Jones, Evans, Smalling and Evra covered him up and helped the midfield and attack with quick balls and play. In FA cup match against Fulham United won 4-1 this year, we had exactly same men (Evra, Jones, Smalling and Evans) at the back with Anderson and Carrick in the middle. Nnai, Rooney, Giggs and Nani were in forward and the ball flowed exactly same way. There was no any Cleverly.the most idiotic statement ever! VDS has distribution? VDS that sends any backpass out of touch has distribution? de gea and pepe reina(both spaniards) are the best distributors of the ball in this league for the past 8 seasons or so... then the rest of your horseshït is irrelevant to the topic of discussion. like i have said, anderson + cleverley in a midfield 2 of 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-1-1 gives us the best win percentage! we might concede a few than usual but the combination gives us so much offensively than throwing carrick into the mix! For you to have said Ferdinand played against Arsenal and Totteham, and Raphael at right full back just suggested I don't need to waste my time keep arguing endlessly with you. Keep watching your highlights and gathering statistics to make up a fantasy tactics in your mind on how Manchester United should play.you are a slowpoke! nowhere in my comment did i say rafael/rio played against arsenal. if comprehension is your problem, get brighter grammar and study hard! 2. What will Pique and Xavi be doing on the bench if it was a must win contests? There was no Messi also.every fool and his dog know guardiola's team wins every game. he stood throughout the math rallying his men on to get the equaliser and win the game. cleverley came on, nicked the ball of busquets, fed owen and we won the game! 3. Our come back against Everton at away was much more important than the City's game of charity status. Also the come back against Totteham at Old Trafford. Against Everton at Goodison Park, if we had lost Chelsea would have been in a pole position to catch us and win the league in again in rows. It was a big nervous match because it enabled United to move 5 points clear with just three games to the end and reduce the nervousness. Remember what Everton did to us two season ago. Goals from Oshea, Ronaldo inspired own goal, Rooney and Eagles.city's game at wembley is a manchester derby that effectively nullifies your idiotic samples you brought out of your anus. any sane man would tell you there's no friendliness in a derby match! Totteham match had the same nature, it was 5 left matches on April 25th 2009, and Liverpool had levelled us at the top of the league. After Liverpool had beaten us earlier at Old Trafford it would have been a nervous end at they levelled. Ronaldo scored first from a penalty in the second half, Rooney scored 2nd and 4th from open play, Ronaldo 3rd from open play and Berbatov 5th from open play. These come back that helped us to league victories were more important that a victory at a charity match.manchester derby bears more significance than all these matches. you can lose a league game and still win the title. so your examples are null and void! 3. You keep saying combination of Anderson and Cleverly gives 100 percent win, how many matches have they started together without Carrick or Jones or Fletcher as a third midfielder? Only three. Probably some certain Simpson have same record.the number of matches they have started together is irrelevant. the single most important fact is united have not failed once to win any game both players have played together in the midfield! 4. Liverpool scored three against Liverpool, possibly the only big team he did that against, yet Rooney was part of that success. I have told you Rooney has been the heart of every bit of our success since he arrived. Rooney has countless big match successes that Berbatov was a spectator from the bench. Lazy Berbatov drew us the Stoke match, broke our jinx of a winning streak, and made our players to over work on the day. After then it was injuries to all the back men and midfield players. If Rooney was there they wouldn't have so suffered.berbatov won the golden boot that season with his goals getting us the premier league while the club was wasting money to help rooney lose some weight in america. this was the same rooney without a goal in open play until new year of that season...... 5. I asked the question before, do an unknown social forum analyst know football better than the professional team at Old Trafford?they know far better than the decision makers at OT! keeping rooney is poison to the squad! i am sure his fellow professionals at OT must be tired of him. this was the same fat bastärd that wanted out in 2010 because he felt there's no quality in the team. the manager signed kagawa and RVP and the obese scouser wants to cop out......confused human being! The first paragraph here just made me know it is a waste of time to argue with you. You idea of football is just imaginary. It is as a result of too much reliance on highlights, statistics and videos. Watch live matches and follow the tension. When you argue, be objective and not just to be seen to be trying to gain upper hand. It is not a law court. What is real is real. What is actual is actual. Expectation, imaginaries and fantasies may never come to pass.you are a consummate retärd! the only united fans who sees arms when legs are shown to him. your idea of what a football squad should be only exists in a parallel universe. i doubt you even watch united until larry izamoje or AIT sports tells you who did well and who didn't.... according to you, nani was poor! after being told nani started only 7 league games, you closed your mouth. then chicharito was also poor until you were told his goal/min is the best in the league. you lack the intelligence to know the make up of a good player and with that being said, it's futile arguing with you......... i can write everything you know about football on a mustard seed! you know nothing...... |
dademola: @cooger; pls stop dis ando/cleverely hype. Like elampiro pointed our, hw many games did dey play 2geda?? R u now saying u'd hav left carrick on d bench, just to play d 2 of em, if u were a coach??why not? let carrick play in away games in continental europe where not conceding is an extra goal(because of the away goal rule). i would have let anderson and cleverley continue riding their train. the league is about winning - 3 points is key. i would take 100-99 scoreline in 38 league games than 38 clean sheets that include 10 goalless draws and 28 victories. |
your yoruba is atrocious! |
elampiro: You said defenders are not relevant to attack. Men, you never played football. A weak defence automatically means strikers get fewer balls because the opponents will be having a field day in your team's area. Same goes to a slow defence. Also, the midfield players would be helping such defence instead of helping the forwards. But when the defenders are agile, the marking starts from the middle, when Jones is beaten, Smalling chase backwards and before the attackers get to the eighteen even Jones would have recovered with his speed and energy. When the ball is recovered they push forward quickly like Lucio and Luis do. But sluggish defence seat with the goal keeper, instead of playing high they play deep becuase they cannot chase backwards incase they are beaten. This creates a big gap between the back and forward and the midfielders are outplayed by the opponents who have much space to operate. When you watch match try to understand the whole movement of the game and not just goals and video highlights. Jones and Smalling have a trade mark drive of the ball even into attacking positions and are quickly to recover when dispossed. The good thing of having all young pacing players is that your defending midfielders can help you to cover up when you as a defender push forward like Lucio does. From open play Terry, Luis are scoring. Pique sometimes do that drive for Barca. How many times do you see Vidic and Ferdinand push beyond our 1/3 but in contrast Jones and Smalling play high and drive into the final opponents area(final 3rd) too.this is biggest heap of bullshit i have read in a while. defenders helping attackers to do what? rio played in the games united won in the early part of 11/12, how come united were able to best spurs and arsenal by a huge score margin? then you went about driving the ball from the defence. we have rafael, evra in the defence. we have de gea's excellent distribution and rio is no slouch in bringing the ball out of the defence. common sense should tell you rio runs with the ball more than smalling/jones in the defence so your argument is null and void' 2. United beat Barca in USA and City in community shield. Barca's game was not a compectitive match. Moreso many of their first team players were missing. I saw Xavi on the bench that day and with memory I knew Messi was missing. United had always done well in preseason games even the ones Macheida, Fabio, Raphael, Welbeck were having their debuts. The City game was a come back from a two goals defeat, but we had come back from two and three goals defeat against Totteham, two against Everton and three against Chelsea. In the Totteham game, we eneded up scoring five goals in each at the end, Everton we scored four at the end and Chelsea eneded 3-3, so it's shouldn't be such a big deal because Cleverly and Anderson played. Had Ferdinand and Vidic not substituted with Jones and Smalling or Evans the match would have ended in favour of City. We would have conceded more goals and more of the play done in our 3rd. This is football tactics. In all of the big comebacks, only Rooney was part of it. It's is his DNA.guardiola's team don't play friendly games - they win every game they play so cut the bullshyte about it being a preseason game. the match attracted more crowd than a full-house emirates stadium and only a lunatic would suggest barca played to lose. then your comeback theory is another pile of nonsense. all the teams you mentioned cannot even compare to the city team we destroyed! tottenham? everton? chelsea? who compares comebacks in home games to a neutral ground like wembley. then you mentioned chelsea - how's 3-3 the same thing as a victory? a draw is now a win? 3. Then you said whether they won convincingly? How is 2-1 win against West Brom convincing? How is 3-2 win against Fulhan convincing? Carrick played the full match against Fulham. I though you said they lose when Carrick or Jones is played along them? Big lie.minus de gea's gaffes in those 2 games, united dominated the games. the scoreline did not even reflect what went on in those games. united pounded teams in those early games including 8-2 win against arsenal. 4. The period in focus is not the City game and Bolton game which were just three full league matches, but the early season games. Any thing can happen between an extremely short period and anyone takes glory. Just as Giggs can can take the glory of helping United to consolidate the lead at the top between Christmas and February this year.giggs take which glory? what did giggs do between christmas and early february? it's not only giggs, it's cantona. i have told you the combination of anderson/cleverley gives us 100% win when they play in the midfield and you are throwing conjectures that giggs can take glory.....giggs can go eat a dïck! 5. Rooney was a forward for United that period. Rooney played all the matches while Welbeck played over 80 percent. Chicha played one or two as sub while Berbatov was a spectator. The match he was to anchor on behalf of Rooney he drew. Then against Blackburn, He just couldn't be the cordinator he was meant to be. You have to retain possession intelligently to prevent opponents from using it. Chicharito played first half and we were losing already.what about the matches berbatov singlehandedly won when rooney was a spectator? did rooney not play against liverpool when berba got a hatrick? did rooney not play against blackpool when adam's cornerkicks worth £15m each were killing us? it's berbatov's brace and chicharito's goal that got us the 3 points. 6. United lost six one to City, yes there is something called once in a blue moon. Just like when Barca lost four nil even when the world best player was on the pitch. Mind you, it was a ten against eleven Manchester United played.fact remains rooney played and we lost 1-6 under rooney's watch at old trafford. rooney played and we lost. had berbatov started, we would have beaten city 4-0. 7. The real deal of last two season early success should be Wayne Rooney and not anyone else who played three matches and were also substituted. Even in the preseason he was there. Every bit of success of the Manchester club has Rooney in its heart. Those who know football know his worth and will pay him 300k to keep him. Why do Mourinho and Abramovic want him? Why does Arsenal want him and the new owners said they will pay him should he decide to join them. These are people of football, it's their business and its in their blood. Are social forum talks now more financially and football wiser than the men at Old Trafford? What is all these nonesense of Rooney is too expensive. No one tells anyone how to run his business to make profit. Anderson and Cleverly were only a three match fluke.rooney is a liability..... he should be sent as far away as possible from the squad. he's poison and he's no longer what he used to be. van persie won the golden boot in his debut season. berbatov won the boot after 2 seasons, ruud won it after one season.....mr. rooney's 9th season and he has nothing to show for it. i just hope moyes promotes chicharito - that's a striker that should be given the chance to thrive instead of relying on an overrated piece of featherweight like rooney. nobody wants rooney in united apart from his friends in the media. he's fat, mediocre and generally underperforms. the hype does not match his output! |
ileobatojo: I can assure you this technique would not have worked for me. There may be the occasional time when there would be something specific I wanted to buy and maybe I would do chores then but for the most part, if the worst thing that would happen is that I wouldn't get that extra money, trust me, I would not do chores majority of the time. I would prefer to give up the money to 'buy' my free time.that is not realistic except you are an only child. there's no way you won't get involved when your other siblings are actively working to get bonuses. so what do you do when they are buying cotton candies with their reward, you would beg them? besides, when do kids ever stop wanting more? What has working to earn your keep as an adult got to do with doing chores for change as a kid? You plan to start practicing this at an early age right? Now, if you're talking about at an age when one actually needs the money, that's a different thing. Apart from when going off to college, where lack of money would really be a problem, or if I have a specific thing to buy, like I said, for the most part, I would gladly 'spend' that money to 'buy' my freedom to laze around and read a book!you must be different..... there's no week in my childhood that i did not want a gadget or comic book. i was always after one item or the other. what would freedom buy me? laze around, read a book when there's money to be made? Note: I never said that was a bad method for everybody. There are many kids that this would 'work' for. However, I'm personally not a fan of consistently tying your house chores to getting an allowance. I have no problems with using the money system for when they go above and beyond, but not for things they are supposed to be doing. For instance, if they maintain straight A's they can get monetary rewards. In that instance, there are all the added benefits of your child learning how to work hard, study hard, put themselves in a good position for their future, and be among the best in their class. Now we're talking! But paying your child to take out the garbage? Not in my house. What principle is that child imbibing? If no one pays me, I won't clean my house?that's not the point..... the reward system means you don't have to constantly remind them on what to do or you having to deal with their drama and wailings! |
Andre Uweh: Chelsea fans, what do you think of E. Cavani, should Chelsea go ahead and buy him Now that Man City are no longer interested in him?.cavani? nothing special! mourinho wouldn't even like a big signing like him. the pressure to deliver at all cost would hinder him. i would rather get benteke and one solid defender. |
slimyem: Its not. I assure you.take me to that house, i want to see for myself! ileobatojo: It's brilliant parenting for greedy, money hungry kids like Coogar!stop fibbing.... that technique would work with every kid. kids love goodies. from toys to sumptuous meals in school to even comic books. extra money gotten from house chores would definitely appeal to kids. do you not work so hard to get paid at the end of the month? why not leave the work undone because you are not driven by money? ![]() |
elampiro: You are the one embarrassing yourself. I only used Carrick and co as an example. And you are saying defenders aren't relevant? Wow!defenders are not relevant. jones was a centre-half throughout that period bar the bolton game when he played as a right back. there's no way jones left his position as a centre-half to help united in the attack. stop lying to us. elampiro: All the hype about Cleverly and Anderson in early last season is ridiculous to me now after I discovered they only played three league matches together.except that the combo also beat city at wembley and they destroyed barcelona in the US. well done for your late discovery that they both played only 3 games and 24 mins against bolton, this is a man that was lying through his teeth that united played 3-man midfield before cleverley broke his foot that season. 1st Match was away to West Brom, then followed by Totteham, and Arsenal. The fourth match was against Bolton, Carrick came in for Clevrly at 24 min in 5-0 over Bolton.did united win those matches convincingly or not? that's the question you should ask yourself. we have 100% win record with anderson and cleverley in the midfield. they played together again last season against fulham at old trafford. united won 3-2. Cleverly did not play against Chelsea 5th match. It was fletcher who played. Anderson was substituted at 62mims with Carrick. Then it went on to a draw against Stoke and a two nil over Norwich.irrelevant to the discussion...... the period in focus was the between city game in wembley and bolton game. From when Man United beat City to when the win over Norwich, only Wayne Rooney was the player who played every minute of the matches, except one.of course, rooney was playing in the midfield that season, didn't he? rooney was playing as one of the 3-man midfield like you dishonestly claimed. Wayne Rooney missed away match to Stoke and that was the only one out of eight that United did not win. Guess what! Berbatov was the one who played for Rooney his first time of the season. He could not lift the team.berbatov could not lift the team? this is another evidence that this elampiro does not watch man utd. even rats know the circumstance at britannia on the day when chicharito was hacked off by stoke defender and owen had to come on to play in the striking role and berbatov playing in the hole. If Rooney had featured in that match against Blackburn Rover in Old Trafford, we would easily have won the title last season.rooney featured against city and united lost 1-6. where was rooney's magic when city was running riot at old trafford? where was rooney's magic when he featured against wigan and we lost to shaun maloney's goal? rooney this, rooney that - overrated piece of garbage!!! the only striker rooney outperforms in united in the last 3 seasons is welbeck and maybe owen. berbatov, chicharito and van persie were considerably better than rooney by a country mile. |
StarBoard: Really?https://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mc99xdfMqw1riahmqo1_400.gif |
ileobatojo: Eh, we're still saying the same thing. Who needs the inconvenience of doing your own job right? Why simply do your job when you can do it for "motivation"?loads of people need that motivation. humans are very different. a simple "well done, son" is enough for some kids whilst some need to have something to work towards. ask why banks give bonuses to employees after paying the normal salary. most schools here even give kids free iPods for punctuality as directed by the government. Kudos papa Coogar, father of the year!! I hail o!you better learn these skills from me and save yourself heart attack of having to chase kids to do chores they don't want to do just because you want them to. this is how one woman tasks her kids.... https://s3.media.squarespace.com/production/1839383/19169215/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/personalized-clips.jpg each kid is set a task every week. each jar contains money that is pre-determined as their allowance for the week. she adjusts that as needed when they don't complete all the chores. https://s3.media.squarespace.com/production/1839383/19169215/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/allowance-jars.jpg her children get the money when all their chores are completed by week's end. it's a great visual so they can see what they'll earn if they do all their chores. clear mason jars work great and she mounts them on a wall that the kids see every day as they enter the house. https://s3.media.squarespace.com/production/1839383/19169215/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/to-dodone.jpg call it what you wanna but this is brilliant parenting if i was a kid in this house, i would be doing all the tasks by myself without complaints. i doubt this mother would have to beat or scream the house down to get things done in the house! |

. I can tell you right now, that technique will not work with me. If the worst thing that would happen if I don't do chores is that I won't get some extra cash for the week, you can be sure there will be a lot of undone chores quite frequently.
