Ibime: Messi has scored 82 goals for club and country this season whilst Torres has scored 8.and i am sure messi has missed 200 chances... if i have had xavi, iniesta, villa, cesc, di maria, tevez, higuain, aguero, etc as team mates, i would score 100 goals. it's a shade better than having misfits n okrika products like lampard, sturridge, lukaku, essien, etc as team-mates. a club like chelsea who are ready to play negative and win by the odd goal should not be compared to barcelona. officer ibime, you have been found out again....as a pillock! ![]() |
dayokanu: I see Croatia upsetting Italyi see sneijder raping germany. |
chic2pimp: Watch out for Pirlo vs Modric in the next game.that would be a cracker....sneijder vs ozil should be pure sex too! hodgson does not want ball-players in his team. he did not take any of the rolls royce players but he kept faith with all the "hoof-it if you can" players. when he was at liverpool, he stopped giving daniel agger games as well cos agger is another ball-playing defender who is not afraid to gallop forward with the ball. |
chic2pimp: Defintely did.....Was aspecting that result after the Russia debacle. Chiellini definitely helped.de rossi was impressive. i have been clamouring for that dude since hargreaves lost his knees but it seems those roma players love rome to the hilt. the italian's back 3 were good value for money. Cassano was great. Not expecting Balo to start the next game. Di Natalie has probably earned himself a starting spot.my eyes nearly popped out when pirlo ghosted past busquets. i am sure busi wasn't expecting that...he musta thought pirlo was looking for a pass but pirlo just galloped past him and sent a delightful pass to di natale.... di natale being a born goalscorer shifted his body so he can kick with his right foot and aim the bottom corner. you would be surprised at the number of strikers who woulda shot with their left and aim for the near post. young strikers should learn from that! Still would be shocked if Spain don't top this group.but they should stop this insanity of turning football into lego. strikerless formation in a competition as this? i hope they don't try such again. llorente or torres from the start would have served them well. when torres came on....the italians were touching cloth at times! |
dayokanu: He wasted 2 very good chances that robbed his team of the winhis goal got chelsea to the final. his hold up play got chelsea their only corner in munich! horrific for club? no! if he was, why did he make the squad wearing the number 9 shirt? don't worry...he would soon face germany in the knock-out stage. i smell another de javu. torres skinning phillip lahm to score a goal. be afraid... ![]() |
chic2pimp: ^^^Agree with the above postitaly punched above their weight....they were very good! defensively, de rossi was a beast! he even did better than hummels considering the quality of opposition. the strikers were also good. very direct apart from the stupid mario balotelli. di natale, cassano and the orchestrator himself, andrea pirlo were simply outstanding! spain got back into dominating when torres came on and he should have added to the scoreline but both teams didn't deserve to lose at all! |
medjai: Those were difficult chances. Much easier chances were missed in the game. Buffoon did an amazing job to come out and stop him because he knows Torres loves to round the keeper. The 2nd chance was even harder. Very few strikers would score that. Yeah, he could have passed to Navas instead of trying to lob the keeper but he deserves credit because he created the opening, playing a 1-2 with Xavi. Spain were much better after he came on. His movement greatly troubled Italy's backline. They could hardly cope with his movement.exactly what i thought...but trust the charlatans to start snapping. every striker in the world has bungled a 1-v-1 chance with the goalie. torres wanted to round buffon...buffon being an excellent goalie with long arms n long legs just tackled him and won the ball. the 2nd chance was difficult. if he had passed to navas, the same people talking here would say torres lost his confidence. he tried to chip the goalie but he was off-target. how many times did messi go 1-v-1 with cech last month at the bridge? breaking news: di matteo signs 1 year contract with chelsea! |
dayokanu: First chance, He had a run at the keeper and instead of taking the chance at once, he attempted whatever silly move and Buffon didnt even work for it, just tackled him easily and a huge chance was wasted.so torres not converting 2 chances makes him a dud? you are a tool....at least he got into scoring positions to take those chances but was stopped by a very good italian defence. he's ready to go!
Luka Modric looking dreamy at the moment. I wont be upset if SAF goes for him.
according to ibime, modric isn't worth saw-dust! ![]() modric has always been a quality player...he's better than spurs! he must want champions league football...and united are the only club he would want in the division. let's pay this dude £40m |
dayokanu: Ok so for him to score, Buffon shouldnt have tackled him maybe Buffon should vacate the goalpost so Torres can shineidiotic question! torres applied the same method when he took it past victor valdez @ nou camp...instead of giving buffon his credits for throwing his leg at the tackle, you are blaming torres for the miss. And the second chance their should widen the goalpost so Torres can score, since the current dimensions were adopted to specifically frustrate Torresthere were 2 markers in front of him...shooting it straight wouldn't have worked....it would have been blocked so he attempted the chip from 20 yards...hardly a big chance! |
dayokanu: Mr coogar, what do you say about Fernandud Torres now?what about him? he got 2 chances....one was a good tackle from gigi buffon as torres attempted to take the ball round him like he did valdez... and the 2nd one was a bit over the bar after turning his marker inside out. spain became better when torres came on...although the game had opened up by then. torres should start in their next game. |
what a pass from xavi! |
sergio busquets is just too good! spain should clone him. his reluctance to lose possession should be made a handout for all aspiring kids in the world! |
dyabman: This is unbelievable , that guy no sabi , na Guardiola or barca dey help am , i promise you he will lose comfortably!. .del bosque no sabi? there's no manager in the world better than him! |
dyabman: Yes Holland lost but did anyone saw Sneijder yesterday?? that guy is a combination of Iniesta and Xavi , only him created 10 key passes in a game record in european competitiondel bosque surprised us all... ------back 5------ ---busi--alonso--- silva-xavi-iniesta ----fabregas---- fabregas as a lone striker. exactly, where his wayward passes won't hurt the team. as predicted, busi, alonso, xavi, iniesta all started. |
Like I said most abortions do not take place before 3 months. Abortions happen even up to 7 months, and if the child is born alive, which there are several people that have survived an abortion and speak against it, the child is sometimes left to die.
i never said abortions don't happen until the 8th month. i said most of them happen in the first trimester. 88-92% of all abortions happen before the first trimester. 88-92% would qualify as most https://www.guttmacher.org/graphics/factsheets/2011/01/10/IB-induced-abortion-c2.gif The injection you speak of is a saline solution. Saline solutions can still kill a child after 3 months and it is most definitely used to kill the child after three months. After the saline solution has taken effect, the baby's body is torn apart and pulled out of the mother's womb.before birth, the baby uses his mother's immunity, his mother's lungs, etc to survive. after birth, the baby is entirely on it's own. that's the difference. What would you say to people who survived abortionsa person must possess brain and can do everything distinctively human: feel, love, think, know, choose, desire, commit, relate, aspire, know itself, know God, know its past, know its future, know its environment, or communicate with anyone. Actually a person when the sex is not known can be called an 'it' inside or outside of the womb.you're hardly saying anything here... So a baby girl in the womb has all the equipment to be a mother and yet she isn't a personnot a person till it's born! I absolutely love this particular quote of yours here "there's no place on this planet where murder is legal so people really needwe are not talking about the neanderthal era here....we are talking about 2012! there's no place on this planet where murder is legal. the operative word: is i am talking of the present not when aztecs and mayans were decapitating slaves. |
Well Sneijder just played one of the best passes you'll see in this tournament.
the best pass in 2012....when i saw this on tv, i actually jizzed my pants. check his application, the weight, the angle and he actually used the outside of his boot. defence splitting too! how i wish the recipient of this pass was van nistelrooy! ritchboy: Euro 2008 doesn't count as Aragones' Spain wasn't as possession obsessed as Del Bosque's. Go and watch it again in 3D!that's because of the surprise element in spain. what were their chances of winning the competition before it started? who actually rated spain? their 2006 world cup campaign was a disaster. nobody gave them any chance at euro 2008 so teams came out to play them..... by 2010, the whole world knew what spain could serve. barcelona had won the champions league in 2009 via tiki taka, they were beating teams up and down the planet winning about 6 competitions in a row. guardiola had invented a new way of beating football clubs. by then, spain had moved from being underdogs to fifa's number one team. the whole world was scared of spain! Sure it did, did you not see the amount of times they were playing casual 5-yard "make e no spoil for my hand" passes and ignoring other options?how's it different from what they played when they eliminated arsenal in the previous seasons? it was the same 5-yard "make e no spoil for my hand" passes and it destroyed arsenal 2 seasons in a row! one of those results was a 4-0 victory @ nou camp with messi bagging a hatrick. tiki-taka will not win 100% of the time but it's surer to win more games than any other tactical play and spain/barcelona are happy to accept the 9-10 % loss the system brings. Stop talking nonsense my friend, Cesc was Barca's best player over two legs. He missed(air-shot) ONE chance at SB and had a brilliant mini-chip-shot heading straight for the bottom corner cleared off the line fantastically(no fault of his). Which glorious chances are you talking about? If Sanchez/Messi had converted the chances/penalty he created the story coulda been different.you're a tool! cesc was the worst outfield player for barcelona. he's their worst waster of chances, made the fewest passes in the attacking 3rd, cesc posted the worst passing stats in the attacking 3rd. Is your claim not laughable?what's laughable in the stats provided? You mean you actually feel "vindicated"? This is serious!yes, he does.... he's a defensive midfielder...he makes safe passes and he rarely started for barcelona. keita comes on when the game musta been won and barcelona just want to coast to victory and retain possession. if denilson can retain possession better than cesc, why can't keita do the same? cesc is a liability when it comes to retaining possession! And Seydou Keita is the king of your own brand of tiki-taka?he's a barcelona player. if he didn't fit into the plan, pep guardiola would have weeded him off. every barca player is a technician - masters at finding time and space to thread passes. Iniesta playing wide has half-defeated the purpose. Spains best formation =stupid formation. alonso and busquets must start...this is tournament football. spain would use the double pivot....holland had de jong and van bommel.... germany had schweini and khedira even though they coulda played any of kroos and goetze instead of khedira. in tournament football, 2 holders must sit! spain would certainly play alonso and busquets your football intelligence is zero at this level expecting spain to put xavi in the holding position. i don't blame you though...analysing club football is different from studying and seeing a pattern in national teams. vincente del bosque started alonso and busquets in all the world cup games and won. i fail to see how he would change his tactics just to feel funky. spain would take 1-0 wins in every game to win this tournament again if the situation arises. You mean they cloned Cesc to fill 11 positions on the field simultaneously? Why not Sanchez or even a previous squad-member?well - giving the ball away like he does, it wasn't gonna do the team any good. the only game cesc would start bar injury is the 3rd group game, provided spain win their first 2 group games. cesc is the least talented midfielder in that spanish team. xavi and iniesta must play.....busquets and alonso must also play. the other 2 roles is a toss up between one of pedro/cesc/mata/silva/navas/etc and any one of llorente/torres/negredo |
Most abortions do not take place before 3 months, as some women do not find out how far along they are until they actually are at the 3 month mark. It is very possible that while a woman is pregnant she sees her menses, during implantation a woman can bleed giving the impression of menstruation, but it infact is pregnancy.
most abortions actually take place before 3 months...that's when a simple injection, some pills or d & c are effective. after the 3rd month, the woman would go through induction abortion where must deliver the baby prematurely. But let me address your statement that before 3 months it isn't a baby. What you're implying is that babies do not come from an egg and a sperm as biology has said, and that life does not begin at the moment of conception as science has proven it does. But it instead begins at some magical moment when a fairy descends on the woman's womb when she is 3 months pregnant with a chair? baboon? monkey? goat? Please do tell what is it before 3 months? And how does it get to be 3 months?whoever said life doesn't begin @ conception, of course it does. micro-organisms also have lives so you are hardly making any point here. what we are defining is personhood....a baby before birth is not a person. even your english language qualifies the baby then as it. not a he nor a she. i am arguing the fact that some people actually think abortion = murder, no it isn't abortion is what it's called...and it's abortion! perfectly legal in some countries. there's no place on this planet where murder is legal so people really need to get some perspective before spitting hokum! |
ritchboy: Focusing too much on not giving the ball away is what ruined Barca against Chelsea. Managers have become more adept at playing possession teams. In fact i have a strong feeling Spain will be one of the biggest flops at the Euros with their nonsense formation.except that it didn't ruin spain in their last 2 major competitions. what ruined barcelona against chelsea wasn't about reluctance to give it away. cesc fabregas ruined barcelona, his brainfarts in front of goal missing gilt-edge chances was well documented in spite of chelsea's ultradefensive tactics, barcelona stillbreached their defence several times @ the bridge with cesc missing glorious chances. spain cannot flop...barcelona missed villa's marksmanship in front of goal. in this tournament, spain would have llorente and nando torres who wouldn't be as wasteful as cesc fabregas in front of goal. pep guardiola is also different from vincente del bosque...i know you like to big up cesc fabregas but it's glaring spain/barcelona don't need him to win trophies. the moment he joined barcelona, barca failed to win the la liga/champions league. Joe Allen is also the sixth most accurate passer of the ball in Europe where stats are concerned. I will also show you stats that put the likes of Denilson in similar standing. Abeg, go and show your stats to six year olds.what a stupid way of flipping an argument. i said cesc fabregas cannot retain possession and he's the player most likely to give the ball away in their midfield and you laughed at my claim. i then brought out stats that vindicated my claim and you quickly turned it into joe allen's credentials. we are talking about keeping possession - the ethos of tiki-taka and you are talking about fabregas.... a player that is not disciplined enough positionally and would often attempt risky/hollywood passes the only area of the pitch cesc can fit is in the forward area, where his giving the ball away won't hurt the team so much. in a nutshell, cesc is like gerrard..too impatient to fit the tiki taka philosophy! in the midfield....xavi, busquets, iniesta and alonso must start. i can put your life on it. ![]() The difference is Cesc's 86.9% in X amount of games will result in 200 key passes and 50 assists while Xavi's 92.7% won't get anywhere near. Let's not get started with the goals. . .except that cesc's 86.9% possession + 200 key passes + 50 assists led barcelona to their worst season since 2008. i don't know what cesc has to do to win a league title but he seems to bring his bad luck everywhere he plays. |
dayokanu: I have given you 3 instance where Persie was served the ball in the box and missed what more do you want midfielders to dothe chances are not gilt-edged! |
dayokanu: The Dutch were only negative vs Spainhow many has messi in the last 3 different tournaments? how many has ronaldo? in your nazi-wisdom, gomez and klose are better than messi/ronaldo? the service today was a bit poor. having 2 defensive midfielders(de jong and van bommel) was difficult enough in terms of creativity...having a plank like robben who's extremely self-seeking pushed the borders of insanity. at arsenal....van persie has song(who provided enough tasty assists), arteta(creativity), walcott/gervinho(creativity) and rosicky(creativity). only 2 dutch players had van persie's interest in their minds today... sneijder and affelay! it was that pathetic! |
dayokanu: Hummels MOTMlahm was poor too. ozil was excellent! muller pinged a couple of good crosses. hummels was a beast. he raped everything in front of him including his own team-mates. |
debosky: He is being haunted by the spirit of Almunia. . . .Manuel placed a hex on him as Arsenal released him.van persie actually did well but when you have a self-seeking dingbat like robben in your team then most strikers would have problems. there was a moment in the game when van persie was on the left channel with robben in possession... all robben had to do was thread the ball to van persie and he woulda been bearing down on the danish goal with only the keeper to beat. the unthinkable happened....brainfarts collided with robben and he made the most stinking decision ever by trying to do it all by himself. if i were van persie, i would deck him to the floor. |
chic2pimp: MATS HUMMELS!!!.........WHAT A PLAYER.by far the man of the match.... he won every aerial ball in that box...even the ones where he was behind the striker, he still stretched his neck to get some contact with the ball. portugal were too negative @ 0-0. they were happy with a draw. it was only when they conceded that they started playing to their potential...which was very late. |
nateevs: It is isolated because it is insufficient and inconsistent to have any reasonable success with.says who? clubs have won big competitions playing defensive. greece won it in euro2004 playing negative football.... inter won champs league in 2010 doing the same thing. chelsea fluked their way to win it barely a month ago... athletico bilbao were given a baptism of fire despite controlling large portions of the game. no big team won @ the britannia last season. stoke drew man utd, chelsea and man city they destroyed arsenal and tottenham...if ugly football doesn't work, stoke should have relegated since they joined the epl...but with the brand of football they serve, they won't relegate until tony pulis decides to call it a day. That said, I do not want to digress further from the focal point. The issue is about "winning midfield battles".i don't have a dog in this fight with you and ritchboy. what i am arguing is you saying teams who are reactive don't win at all. of course, they do win. to beat barcelona in particular, you must win ugly. |
chic2pimp: If England are able to keep their shape a la Denmark, they'll come from their game with a draw.do england have something to fear now? ![]() the presence of a centre-forward is the cutting edge. germany can variate their play - go direct, cross, pass it around....portugal cannot. they have no central figure in the middle of the box. ronaldo should move upfront, postiga is a mannequin! |
dayokanu: Why cant Loew sub in Schurrle or Reus for Poldi nowdayo.....what preventive measure can lahm deploy to stop the sodomy from luiz nani? gomezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz |
chic2pimp: From what I have seen Thus far, England have nothing to fear at all.when they lose to france, you would change your tunes. at least the teams before us are stringing 6-7 passes together. england won't string 2 passes together |
Havilah93: see mourinho pingingwhat is pinging? |
Miroslav klose: not his fault. No Robben/Ribery to feed him. Muller sucksraul meireles is a complete idiot. useless midfielder. completing a simple pass is too much for him. jeeez..... |
Havilah93: he mesmerized himlahm is nani's bitch everyday of the week. portugal don't have great central midfielders who can quickly isolate ronaldo and nani with the german full-backs, the passes from the central midfield should be diagonal not vertical. the germans are light on the flanks but heavy in the centre of the pitch. |
