peeps4u: with your six digit salary, even if it just 100k, you might never want to go to Lagos again.
You will have your peace mind, sanity, no early morning outing to beat traffic, your kids will not need to be on the road by 6am to go to school.
Ilesha, Ife, Osogbo, with 6 digit salary, you will enjoy your life in any of these places. You should find 2-3 bed room flat for 150k in ilesha.
Just be financially disciplined. Good luck.
I'm from Modakeke (very close to Ife), but I can say one or 2 things about ilesa. Thanks a whole lot bro. Been seeing 2 beds around 120k-150k, I appreciate |

EPIJOE: Ilesha is a nice place to stay cheap foodstuffs , low life, u would save very well if you discipline yourself, good electricity,
But u have to be extremely prayerful.
It's a challenging town spiritually, despite 90% xtians.
I'm a native of the place, but I don't stay there, too full of spiritualist, .
Just be prayerful and u would survive the town. Thank you for the advice. What do you mean by its a challenging town spiritually? I actually don't intend mingling with anyone. Just strictly my work and back home to my family. |

I think if you're a teacher in a private school earning below 50k. You should plan on relocating to Gambia.
My brother in-law, 29years of age read physics and started teaching after service since there was no job. Someone suggested he relocated to Gambia to get a teaching job, he now earns 100k naija money, he teaches in one of these international schools. Took him less than 2 weeks to even get the job. |

lakesidepapa: Decent Two bedrooms flat should be around 75k to 150k, depends on your choice. Cost of living in Ilesha should be lower than that of Lagos for sure, transport, foods and other essential commodities should be lower than that of Lagos., Ilesha can be compare with Ibadan in terms of standard of living and price of commodities. There is a good electricity supply in the town but it depends on the location. Ilesha is very peaceful, you will love it there.
BTW,I am from Ilesa but I live in IB, My Mom is from Erin Oke. Whao. These are some good advices. And you're from my home town also. My dad is from Erin oke too. Pls email me adewuyi.adekunle@gmail.com |

Business To Business › Making Good And Consistent Returns In Haulage Business by Cooladex(op): 9:10am On Mar 18, 2021*. Modified: 1:40pm On Jun 07, 2021 |
We did our researches and found out that a whole lot of people are quite interested in the haulage business but do not have the idea, knowlegde and expertise on how to go about the business. So we have this together for intending investors.
THE MARKET
Haulage service is quite interesting and the also it has a wide market, hence the demand for the service is always per second, these high demand has made us streamlined our services to just large manufacturing companies.
Our haulage company is a duly registered company with CAC and also duly registered with one of the best brewing company in Nigeria, hence, we are one of the few registered companies authorised to move there products from there factory to there rented warehouses all over the country, however we are open to other agencies, companies that requires our services for a fee.
However we have been in business for a couple of years.
As a business opportunity, anyone willing to invest with ease would have to acquire either of the following. (1) 20 feet truck, preferable curtain sided body trucks or flat bed trucks. (Pictures will be attached for recognition)
(2) 40 feet truck, preferable curtain sided body trucks or flat bed trucks. (Pictures will be attached for recognition)
THE INCOME
There is a high rate of returns on your investment because the patronage is constant. Rates of return is also based on turn around time of the truck because of some already known constrains such as mechanical fault, unexpected traffic congestion on the road, unruly behaviour of some drivers etc, there could be little hiccups once a while, but with proper management, haulage business is a high yielding business.
However, you profit always depends on how many trips your truck does in a month.
1) a 20 feet truck usually does trip within the range of 10- 15 trips in a month, and this will guarantee a return of 600k-700k in a month without no stories.
2) a 40 feet truck does within 7-10 trips in a month, this will guarantee a return of 600k- 800k in a month without no stories. I am assuring you that this income is very realistic as we have our own personal trucks, and we have the right hands to do the job, you are in for a good ROI(return on investment) over the years, and we have efficient hands to ensure survival and profitability. A lot of people have continued to invest in this business over the years.
Every business has its problems, weaknesses and limitations and I will highlight few more. 1. Bad drivers 2. Don't be in a rush to make money and get bad truck.
THE ANTIDOTE: Get a good truck with good engine, You have 98% edge over bad drivers and also, the truck would be tracked to monitor all his movements from start to finish, and also drivers should stereotyped to the fullest.
However, for every truck placed under our organisation, there will be a 5% deduction as management fee.
Again, we are a registered company and our office is situated in Ilesa, Osun State.
If you want more enquiries on haulage business or you're interested in investing, You can reach us on any of the following.

I've developed a kind of phobia for interstate travels since the birth of my son so I turn down any trip that will take me outside town no matter how much the rider wants to pay. Hopefully, I overcome this fear soon enough and start cashing out on the numerous offers I get. Lol. You need to get rid of that phobia and make money for that guy o. Pampers no be free. InfinityEstates:

Your gist just dey make me laugh. Just forget that one, e don go be that.
Last week, I picked up a girl at Milverton Estate, she was going to pick up her mum at GIG. On our way there was a little bit of traffic and the mum was already getting impatient. Meanwhile this was supposed to be a return trip. This girl and her mum had a back and forth on the phone, the girl was shouting at her mum that she's coming and all that.
Las las she got angry and told me to make a u-turn at VGC. Apparently the mum had booked a ride to take her home. On our the mum called and told her to wait so she asked me to stop. We were around Eleganza by then. The mum came and the girl said she was going to join her mum's ride so I should end the trip. Trip ended at N1,400.
"Oga please o, I'm only with 1K. I even came out with it to buy card. I was supposed to transfer to you but bla bla bla... Please take the 1K when I get home, I'll transfer 5H to you. Please text your account number to me."
Me I was already angry as I would have to go through traffic again. I collected 1K and she left.
When I got home I texted her my account number. The next morning I called her since I didn't get anything. She didn't pick. I called her several times later she didn't pick. She later picked when I called with another number and when she finally knew who I was, she was like, "Oga, I WILL SEND YOU YOUR N400. My network has been bad since yesterday".
It was not what she said but how she said it. She said it with this condescending tone like Is it because of common N400 that you're disturbing me?
I just ended the call and that was the end of it.
#thethingswetolerate I don't fall victim to all these scammers again o. Learnt d hard way Took one trip today from ogudu to akoka, getting to akoka, trip was 1800. Babe: Whats ur acc no? I called it and few secs, she said done. I said let me see the successful message, she said she has closed it and that we should wait for debit alert. 5mins alert no enter. I sharply opened my bank app and saw nothing was there. I told her and she said let me try it again( for my mind I was wondering why she would try again of she actually did it.) , the second time she said network was bad. Babe: oga pls will u drop ur ac no let me try it later. I just declined and said I have another ac. Gave her my wife's account and watched as she did it successfully. I have vowed nva to loose a dime to any of this pple. |

Did sometin stupid on Thursday, don't know why but I guess I'm just cool like that. Got a trip from mainland to Balogun market, rider asked me to make some few stops and I made her understand she will add sometin to it, which she oblige. 2nd stop was for her to buy food, she ask for 500, I reluctantly gave her due to its the second time I'm picking her on Indriver. 3rd stop she needs to get some medication and ask me to give her all d money she saw while giving her 500, i looked her with straight eyes, she said don't worry, you will get it back, broda wey mum, I gave her. On approaching destination, she said if I can wait to take her to chevron, looking at the way everything is dull these days, I gave it a second tot, ask her to b honest with me on how long she intend to stat in d market, she said 40 min max, just to pick and leave. Fair enough, I can take 40 mins rest and by 11am I'll know I've done like 65000... this girl spent the whole day in the market, tears almost roll down my cheeks, called her, she won't pick or pick and plead for 10 mins more till after 3pm. Different tots were just playing in my head, if I should go with her bags and stuffs in the car, but I settled for squeezin her to drain. Here she came with ways of trying to make me smile "My husband! My husband!! U don vex", truly I was so swell with bone face, I just crack a smile and subtly tell her sha know say ur money nah 15k, she said nah 10k I budget ooo with your 4k... I looked at her like, you dey carry me play ni, 9am to 3pm and now I'll get to ur place around 4, abeg stop that kind play, wetin b 6k? while in my mind I've built 10k as forgiving fare, but still pushing initial gra gra on 15k plus my 4k to make it 19k. She was just saying she has never entered a cab of 15k in her life not even 10k, she will never try such in her life, told her you don enter this one. We got to chevron, time to pay, oga wetin u talk? Make we no drag this matter too long, just give me 12k plus my 4k making 16k, on a normal day, nah 20k I deh collect for this kind waka, she oblige and plead that she only have 8k and she will balance 8k the next day, what can a man do? Took the money. On my way out, she plead, please I don't have data, can u help me with 500, I'll add it, what can a man do? I gave her. Afer some mins in far away Freedom way, a call entered, please I don't have money for food, can't even recharge my phone, help me with 2k, I'll send everything. I pulled over and think thro what can a man do? abi which kind trip I come carry today, but I felt it a small world, do good anyway, so I sent her 2k. Now she's owning 10500 and thro out yesterday she just kept it as promise and try to make me see she's broke, somehow I can relate and didn't sweat her, I didn't even call her today, just saw 10k alert from her. Now I'm thinking how to collect my balance of 500 naira from her
Davit I need ur help ooo... don't leave a brother in time like this, make I drop her number? You were lucky she paid. For my mind I go don count as lost. |

This are the kind of days I pray for.
Set out this morning as early as 5am to take an offline client to Local airport fro my side (Ilupeju), trip was less than 14mins. Guy gave me 3k. I blew down to Gra as it was still very early to chill smwhere when a trip entered, destination was berger buststop. I got to the hotel and notified the guy. He came out after like 10mins with 2 luggages,I started trip and confirmed destination again. The man said berger bus stop but if I can take him to ibadan he won't mind( For my mind, I say wetin be my job again). We begin negotiate price. This man agreed 30k based on Yankee returnee and I am to just drop him off at tollgate ibadan, where they will be waiting to pick him up. But the devilish siblings in ibadan insisted 30k was too much and told him to price me down. We agreed on 25k. I dropped him off at ibadan and got back to lagos at exactly 10am.
Started d days hustle and is still netted 7k b4 3pm. Home now resting..... |

kanuisagoat: You just have to be more careful bro. I have been driving for years before I started driving on ehailing and in my first two months, I had two near accidents that I've never had in previous years of driving. One that shook me was a woman I hit while I was reversing to pick a rider.
Last time I saw her from my right side mirror, she was standing on the walkway and the next time I saw her, she was on the floor behind my vehicle, I had hit her. According to eye witnesses, she didn't see me reverse and just crossed the road. Thank God it was just bruises and nothing serious.
I quickly realised driving on ehailing is different from what I've been driving since. You have to pay more attention, be more careful and never take your eyes completely off the road.
May we not spend money we are hustling to sustain our families on court cases that will not bring back the dead. My first month on this job. I picked a rider around Fela shrine going to Magodo, like 10minutes into the drive I realised I did not start trip. I was just trying to swipe 'start trip' before I realised I had bashed d corrola Infront of me while that one went to collide with an incoming vehicle. The third guy pardoned me but I fixed the corrola, even painted it. The front of my car was a total disaster. This thing takes less than 2 secs. |
