Meanwhile I've been meaning to ask this question about starting of trip.

I notice most riders usually ask 'have you started the trip'? like few minutes into the trip.

If I don't start the trip, how do I get paid, how do I navigate to your destination etc, these are the questions that goes on in my mind when they ask me that question.

Abi some drivers they do sake by not starting the trip? Because as for me, the moment you open my car door I'm starting the trip.

Had similar issue with my steering rack. Would top fluid and before your know it the tank is empty.

Contrary to what you think, it can be repaired. My mech took mine to ladipo where it was fixed and since then I have not had any issues.

God bless you for this bro. Some passengers are something else.Imagine some even telling not to start trip until you have moved for some distance. The one that even vex me pass na the type that will enter ur car and next thing is oga is your AC working? The rudest of them are the young oloshos.

I had similar issue. I repaired mine and till date I haven't topped even a drop of oil... The thing dey kamkpe...

But here is the breakdown.
I did first repair, it leaked and my money wasted. I then repaired it again at another place. This guy is a professional. The guy finish work. I wish he was the first person I met....

So in conclusion, u might not be lucky. So just replace it. But mind you, don't buy the one that has been worked on before o.

I actually didn't get from the bank becos of the long process involved and also their criteria and delay. I got the third party Pax S90 POS for just 35k qnd no percentage is going to the bank. I have been using it for about 6 months now and i just ordered some quantities to start selling as a distributor cos i had it's profitable. So if u ever want a third party POS that doesn't stresses you in getting one at an affordable price, the you can patronize me and also bring others when you start enjoying it.

Another quick tip. If you lock your keys inside your corolla 06/07 you can easily unlock your car by opening the trunk from underneath the car.

It happened to me yesterday night, i had to go on YouTube to find help. There is a drain hole right under the driver's foot mat that is near the trunk release. You need to open it by removing the rubber cover first.

At first i tried to push the rug up with a screw driver unfortunately it wasn't long and strong enough, so i went inside to get a hammer then used the wooden part to push the rug up and the trunk popped up. from the trunk i unlock the seat and open the back door.

I picked a rider this morning around 6am from Chevy View Estate on Chevron drive. He was going to Eko Hotel, mid way through the trip he asked if I stay around, I said Yes.

He wants me to pick him every morning at 6am from his house and 5pm at his office which is beside Eko hotel.

He wants to pay 2500 per day but payment will be monthly which is 50,000.

I am still considering the offer as I don't want to be committed to anybody, I hardly work during the evening rush hour.

Ketu sha, who has not been a victim of that calamity? Mine was avoidable, but its in my early start up days when riders can pressurise me into chicken... Picked this man at lekki phase 1 going to the airport, the way he yelled at his maid self send a quick shiver into me. He got into the car and ask me to speed up, I was doing 120 on 3MB, yet he wasn't satisfy with the speed, he keep checking the map and gave up when he saw traffic ard gbagada, so he ask me to take charge and in tune to pls my new Oga, I decided to use the Maryland turn to ojota, only to turn at the 1st ikorodu rd I sighted ard motorways that lead to Ketu, to make it worst I end up finding my self on the last lane where deh use to pack market stuffs at ketu road. The man jejely drop without saying a word I didn't even bother asking him for money, then it was all about star for me and not getting block for such calamity, deep within I was just praying he doesn't report me.

Madame Radauto, it is waste of time explaining customers service to these drivers. Most of them can't work in a customer service industry in the USA...

On these matter me and you can relate .. Due to the fact not only on education level, not saying uber drivers are not educated. but been exposed internationally .. Since some unfortunately has never travel out of the shore of Nigeria .. It will be very hard for them to relate to you....

Las las we’d a good conversation while on a short trip, trip ended on a N600 cash babe say she won run tf, immediately another request enter my phone babe said it is gone, guy man move on only to find out money didn’t hit account at the COW, I called babe she said she too didn’t receive debit alert. O ya na, babe send me my money na matter turn “I’m busy, in a meeting”. Nna menh, you need to see the WhatsApp messages I compose to babe. 3days later babe requested for my account number, sent my money and then blocked me on WhatsApp. What’s my bizness with that? I might end up beating a rider one day . Let me share my experience yesterday.

So I picked this lady and her friend yesterday night inside Bakare Estate, when I accepted her request I called her to tell her I was outside because I was parked just where she booked from, asked her where her destination is but she ended the call, I sensed trouble. I waited 5 minutes to call her again to come out and also confirm destination as I have no intention of going out of Island or go anywhere near Ikate at that time.

When she came with her friend they entered the car and I asked once again where is your destination before I start trip, she said why am I asking her that, shebi I'm supposed to take her to anywhere she's going.

I told her its past 8pm, there are some areas I dont go to at this time, then said okay I'm going to Banana Island. So I started the trip and I saw that we are just 20mins away from destination, in my mind I said this girl must be joking.

We passed through freedom way to link Admiralty way, just around Davida Mall, map said you have arrived, I looked back and told her we've arrived. Na there arguement start.

She said "does this place look like Banana Island to you".. haa to slap you right now just they hungry me. I told her her babe this is the destination you have in your order, and here we are, if truly you are going to Banana Island you would have put the correct location, so you can update the trip or I end this one and you order for another ride.

She said I'm not been professional, because I told her I thought she's been sarcastic when she said she's going to banana Island and all I could see is Admiralty way.

This is someone who was feeling reluctant to tell me her destination and you expect me to tell you map is showing Admiralty way? Not my business.

Told her to update, and she couldn't do that just because she doesn't know how to but was forming posh and speaking grammar, I just engaged her properly, clear am say if she's not updating to her preferred destination I'm ending the trip, this time we are already getting close to Ikoyi Link bridge, she now said she's not going to pay me that I would have to go to Bolt office to collect my money.
I just parked, look to the back and said babe do I look like a joke to you? If I end this trip here and you fail to pay me, I am driving you down to the nearest police station.

All the while her friend didn't utter a word, when she heard police station, she said calm down, can you update the trip from your end, I said yes, she said pls do. I updated and proceeded to Banana Island.

So I noticed that she's never been there before, a guy invited her and she's going with her friend and babe was lieing to her boyfriend that she just closed from work and going home.
