kcng: The problem with Igbo's is they lack true leadership. They never speak with one voice. They are their own enemies. They think every other ethnic group in Nigeria is dumb, but history has proven they never think things through before taking action and when the Consequences come they begin to cry like toddlers and blame other ethnic groups. I have never seen a group of people who will never take responsibility for their actions. Always think they are 2 crafty. The bible says it's only a fool that thinks he is wiser than 10men put together or everybody else. Like yoruba people will say it is when you have no elders in your house that a baby's neck will go bent. I'm sorry to say I'm no bigot because I have igbo relatives but truth must be told. If you give igbo's Biafra? the next minute enugu will tell Anambra they're not igbo's and secession will begin. That eastern region will brake into 1000 parts with a lot of blood shed. God merging igbo's to Nigeria was an act of grace. If they secede they will suffer so much. All their trading goes on outside their region. What resources do they have in commercial quantity? They will just be a treat to african peace, because a hungry igbo man can be very dangerous. I love igbo's and want them to stay in Nigeria. They have nothing we take from them. The oil is tapped from niger delta. They better think things through before making a mistake. Any 1 who wants biafra hates igbo's because south sudan war will be a joke considering how disunited igbo's are. I say no to biafra out of love for igbo's I am not a fan of pupular Igbo thought but I think you are wrong here. Igbos do not need resources in the ground to thrive because for some time now it is the resources of the mind that has mattered over resources in the ground. Actually, it has always been so. That being said, they do have deposits of oil that are being drilled today. They contribute to the oil wealth of the country (at least 2 of the 5 Igbo states). But even if they do not have oil and they become Biafra, nothing stops the Igbo man from continuing with his business in Nigeria and all the other parts of the world in which they do business now. Successful Igbo men will still remain successful. That being said, since they seem not to like constructive criticism, perhaps if we, the rest of Nigeria, aid them in getting a country of their own, they will begin to see some of the things that we told them constructively as fellow Nigerians as they will be experiencing these things first hand. But I don't know if Igbos realise that they really do not want to go. Somewhere inside, they have come to love the feeling that they struggle against unfairness and injustice. They have come to love the public display of persecution complex, the constant state of perceived oppression and seemingly unfair treatment. Just a personal thought: No one should have the ability to treat you unfairly if they so choose. And if they do, the only thing to do is to immediately set about ensuring they don't have that power/ability anymore. Just whining about it is one of the weakest things to doSouth-south voice |

Foreign Affairs › Re: How Kenyan President Wisely Shut Down Obama On Gay Issue(video) by coolscott(m): 11:37am On Jul 26, 2015 |
skyfullofstars: Now, on the topic itself... I come from a country where gay people get married.
The issue is that my country doesn't take religion seriously, that's why I believe they support gay marriage. I think that if the vast majority of the people had firm convictions of what the Bible or Quran say, they would be against gay marriage, but they don't.
Let me explain the point of view from my continent... They believe that, for example, if a woman is a lesbian, there's no problem, since it's her own individual issue. She is free to date other women, and love them, as long as she is a good person, I should't mind her own sexuality. She can still be a responsable student/worker, a sweet person that manages the family very well, fun to be with, etc. She's a human being after all, the only difference is who she chooses to love. In all the other aspects she may be a better person than many heretosexual people.
Now, these gay people are not that religious either, so they have no idea what the Bible says. That's why they don't think twice and go ahead for what they feel.
I understand the points of view of African people... But it's a really hard topic. People who are gay simply feel that way, they don't choose it. So in the name of religion we should help them change their minds, but with love. They don't intend to hurt anybody. We should comprehend them and help them become straight again. Well, it is not hard at all for us. From time immemorial marriage has been between a man and a woman. If America has decided to make a meal of what we consider poo for itself, they can. What is insulting is trying to delve in our own domestic preferences. I am certain they know the poo of the content they have served themselves and that is why they are insecure about others who will not seat at their table. When you have you nice lobsters and shrimps on your table, you don't go making it a cause to make sure all the rest of the world eats your lobsters. The least you do to all who indicate they are not interested is shrug and say "They don't know what they are missing". The day I find any group of people clamouring over "you must must eat and enjoy my lobsters" I will run for it.
It happens to be we are not talking about lobsters here. We are talking about men poking themselves in other men |

FannySwindler: Obama is right. Just because people are Gay don't mean we treat them differently or take away their right.
Sentencing some to death or prison just because they are Gay is totally wrong.
They have rights to live their life the way they want and choose to.
Just like I have right to Swindle as Many Fannies as I want...even if people consider it wrong.
Should we then go on to say...Fornicators should be given the same punishments awaiting Gays?. Cos its also wrong to Fornicate. Or Is it Abortion?
God has allowed man the freedom to live his life the way he wants...he has not taken anyone's right even as he has the power to do so.
So why take away the rights of GAY People.
No difference between Fornicators, Gays, Abortionists in the sight of God.
Even Jesus never condemned people.
Stop condemning People...Correct the act.
Before someone labels me Gay... "Gay Alert". Am straight to the core and a Fanny Swindler.
Stop Judging . Nonesense. Homosexuals always had rights. They have a right to eat poo just as anyone has a right to stick themselves in a porcupine. It is not rights they seek. It is our public endorsement of the anormally that they on their own cannot come to peace with. They need the endorsement of the public to not feel so bad with the rot they have privately accepted. We eat foo foo. We don't send if the white man says it is awful. But when they say we are corrupt we clamour and make noises because inside, we know it is true and that corruption is bad. |

i think he claimed his dad is a Muslim and he is a christian, even traditional african culture and religion did not support gay/gayish or gayism.Instead of Obama,America,Europeans or G7,G20 or whatever they call their evil associations to help developing countries and countries in need, they are going round the world preaching a forced gay ideology on people who opposed it.
I think the reason why Obama went to kenya is solely gay propagation and why he can't ever come to Nigeria is because our masses and not our leaders will throw him raw eggs in the face if he should mention that, our leaders will nod to his preaching but will never carry it out but african youths no want Gay at least 90%.
I am waiting to see in a very short distance what will become of malia and shasha before drawing my conclusion even though i know down inside me that they will get married to men and not women.

I have lived in US and best countries in Europe and I can categorically tell you that Africans are more happier than your so called Western world citizens. How is your life better than those in Africa? I presumed cos your whole life revolves around debt- from student loan to mortgage for 35 after graduation. You finish paying the mortgage at age 70yrs and your children pick up the same useless and worthless life (vicious circle). All these things are paid for in Africa without borrowing money to send their children through University and of course their houses.
You all go to Africa to shout and scream about strange diseases and all that with your one sided media, please, could you permit me with my camera to go to your hospitals to show the whole world what you guys are silently enduring which are all sort of diseases that have never been heard in Africa continent.
If your life is truly better than people in Africa, how come your fellow Europeans are committing suicide at every passing seconds?

ok Nigerian Armed Forces are now battling with bokoharam and bokoharam in order way looking for a loop hole so that they'll invade north with foot soldiers and massacre.
Buhari has succeeded in provoking ND that to the extent of Ijaw youths issuing a warning to oil companies and pipe line vandalization is growing.
Biafran movement is growing and waxing stronger daily
so tell me what will be the fate of Nigeria if ND and biafra decided to attack once? some troops will be withdraw from North zone to fight biafra and ND thereby living north porous and you know the consequences.
Nigeria is sitting on a keg of gun power. Unfortunately for the poster, he believes that the ND is as dumb as the Biafra clamourites. Only the Ogonis have attacked the FG before and it was super dumb. They not only attacked the FG, but said anyone not following them was against them. The rest of RS did not agree with their logic of violence so they attacked the andonis on one side, attacked the okrikas on the other side, and on the third front, waged war on the FG. They really had it twisted. Igbos who are clamouring for war can pair up with these to fight but I don't believe Ogonis are willing to go through another conflict as memories of the horrors of the old conflict remain fresh with many of them |
