udumosam23:U don't have break my door or use a master key before you get charged for breaking and entering.any unlawful and unauthorized entry is considered as breaking and entering. As for the Sex part : any kind of act not to be done at all e.g fighting, shouting, playing extreme loud music can be considered as constituting public nuisance even if it's done in ur own personal house in addition if that act is a legal act yet done in a place unfit for such act it can also be charged as constituting public nuisance. A Poland couple was charged for having Sex in their own apartment ooooo while the door was open. You need to see the law suit parents of other apartment filed against them..from constituting public nuisance to teenage and underage abuse...etc and u know developed countries don't joke with their children... despite dey had a very good lawyer they paid a fine of 7000 euros or go to jail.which they eventually paid |
Justiyke4u:You are taking it the other way round. It's the couple that has to get a good lawyer to help dem prove that they were not there for petty robbery or even kidnapping and then trying to quickly pose that they came for a Sex romp wen they got caught.... if doesn't drop the case they could go to jail. It's like running after a lady naked and she charges u for attempted rape...and u said she has to prove that u actually wanted to rape her. Nobody cares about what's in your mind wheda u r just playing naked running around. It's evidence that is presented in court. And the evidence here is "unauthorized persons were found in a house inhabited by pple". If it's a fully empty building, then it might be possible they could easily say they ddnt go there to rob but it's just one room that's vacant meaning there are other occupants with valuables and properties still staying in the other rooms |
Justiyke4u:It will still be considered as breaking and entering. Cos he and the wife had not authorisation being in the house. they aren't tenants in that area. The owner could lie he kept something there the person came to steal |
theSpark:Olomore estate.. not too far from the speakers house |
ITbomb:My friends sometimes accuses me of being too text bookish cos I don't recognize sarcasm most times. Are u beign sarcastic right now cos last month PHCN was around for inspection in some houses with tenants. The occupants of those houses told us they came to check if any part of their connections have been by passed into the main source of power coming from the poles. |
jkendy:That's a three count charge if u don't know: 1)breaking and entring: if found guilty it's 2years imprisonment 2)attempted robbery(though not armed): 6 months in jail 3)Constituting nuisance and upsetting public peace(the public Sex part): 1month in jail or fine |
SalamRushdie:Very funny... I was just wondering if it all over Nigeria |
ITbomb:Ur advice is pretty extreme considering I don't have where to run to. But u might be right with the transformer exploding...is that possible??.but they have light in developed countries without explosion. I guess they probably don't use crude transformers like us |
Eledan:I used to think that too, but the entire estate uses a prepaid meter. We don't get visits from PHCN for disconnection as a result of late bill payment |
It's not a joke, I would really appreciate if mods don't move my thread to joke section. I just wanted to be sure this isn't happening only in abeokuta. Phcn has not taken our light since Friday evening. I'm seriously taking it as bad sign cos when the light is finally taken we might not see it for the next 1month. Call it poverty or being used to generator utilisation most of the time. But the country has been so bad for a while and I've been so used to the bad side of everything. I've not seen unshaken electricity for 3whole days since I was born. And please don't say this government is working.. they wrecked the nation to this present state...they don't need any applaud for 3days uninterrupted power. |
princeonx:You want to say u r not aware she's Seun's girlfriend before she went and marry Mr churchill. There was a time Seun hired one Mod specifically for tonto dikeh....i think the guy has been rehired |
thuggCheetah:I taught I was the only one seeing the hand. The guys is still obviously alive when that bloodyy pic was taken... I don't seem to understand what's happening with pple anymore.. we now rush to pull out phones to capture a possible fatal moment when the first thing to be done is to try and save a fellow human life.... I was at the bank on friday, a lady obviously not too well collapsed probably due to the long queue, the stuupidd iddiot beside her just moved back and allowed the lady hit the ground and the next thing he pulled his phone... I was so irritated after d resuscitation of the lady. Gosh! I gave that guy a piece of my mind he felt terrible he walked out without concluding d transaction he came for. |
Oga buy urself a lhasa....where u wan see a GSD with black and white coat

If u don't have someone abroad to first stay with and assist with securing a job... dnt just take a stroll to a country you don't know or have a single friend or relative..i mean who does that ![]() if u have a job here fetching u salary even if it's small.. . Add that 800k here in naija it will get somewhere. Check on nairaland for used cars BTW 300k to 500k...purchase and resell with 50 to 70k gain... there is recession but pple are still spending the little they have on one enjoyment or another. if u are passionate about dogs...u'll be surprised how much some pple make from rearing and selling puppies... Do u know how many N30,000 phone 800k will purchase... u can become a phone dealer. Pple don't have money in this country but big andriod phones that don't cost much is like a must for them. I stay close to a phone store. Gosh! I wonder if there is any recession...Nigerians can like to bye gadget...especially student. 800k can change someone's life forever oooooo...u might not become a millionaire overnight with it. But u'll definitely be fine Don't get me wrong travelling abroad is great....it could lead to new experience that will open new doors but anyway, anytime a bird in one's hand is better than many in the bush u haven't even caught.....and in reality 800k is really bigger than a bird in hand. |
The bi.tch has obviosly not heard about the phrase "ladies first"... I guess her father never really displayed gentleman gestures towards her mother. new generation ladies..the only gentleman gesture they understand and appreciate is a credit alert and a surprise package of fancy stuff like shoes, bags & expensive phones |
There's always a perfect plan and policy in place to take money from us... why can there just of a perfect plan as well to give back to us inform of stable electricity, good road, water..etc... this is not a government ....this is a parasite... and parasites usually kills the host.... But don't worry government cos the parasites will eventually die when the host dies. #theres really no government when there's no pple to rule. |
This time, its neither the afonjas nor the Igbos........we all know our brothers who specialize in this jurisdiction of offence... They like to catch/kidnap them young ... what am not actually sure of is this ........ is it usually against those children's will 100%. Cos i find it very hard to believe that they will just walk up into one street and grab one random 13-15 year old. I'm starting to think some form of enticement e.g promise of clothes ,shoes, cars and even big houses would have been going on in the course of the month maybe when the girl takes a stroll in the evening or on her way to or from school. She might have even received one or two free gift from these child-marriage hungry religious extremist before they finally swoop in and whisk the teenager away for a very sharp sharp Nikai |
I'm not a car expert...but I have a few personal experience..i had a 1998 camry once......that behave exactly like what u described....mechanic checked it and recommended a change in the engine..so I bought another engine and the car was like tokunbo...very cool..so I guess the power of the engine wasn't all that good so it puts too much pressure on the engine whenever AC is on. Case number 2 I also used a 2004 accord same issue happened...well it wasn't the engine that was old this time but all the engine seats were completely damage..so I Changed 4 engine seats..al vibrations stopped and the car was back to normal |
DidiLove1:I don hear u .... if una get wetin una wan talk again...una go dey use grammar dabaru the whole matter. me shaa know say u say u talk say "no dog is born violent" for ur statement ..na dat statement I no agree with...if u feel dats being stereotype or a display of lack of understanding.....na u sabi |
babyfaceafrica:Wat is dis one saying...na three Fs we dey talk....u r still a good student naaa ordinary 3fs in four 4years....we r talking bad academic records that a student will fail 4 to five courses in a semester uve not seen CGPA of 1.9 before??...that the student will have carry over courses to sit for every semester accumulated from previous level |
babyfaceafrica:U must be one of those efficos that never have a carryover problem all tru their days is school. The number one, the OP said he's in year 3. Number 2, Once you have too many carry overs in year 1,2 and 3 that when u even want to try and sit for all of them in part 4...the number of courses u can register in a semester has been exceeded..hence u need to push some till the following semester which is obviously a new session.. you know that's an automatic carry over even before u enter part 4 Public schools ain't like private u can easily do summer class to cover ur carryover courses. |
I understand that ur political dreams in ur school is very important to you. But I don't see a reason why this topic should hit front page twice. It's not a national news naaaa...its an information about and just for one campus |
countsparrow:Some dogs have violent and aggressive nature take it or leave it and science has proven that traits such as intelligence, aggressiveness and violence are transferable from parents to progeny...I agree that training has a lot of role to play |
DidiLove1:This oga doesn't know much about dogs..e dey say ...no dog is born violent...then uve obviously not heard or seen pitbulls, Caucasian shepherds, even rots |
Jeromejnr:No amount of prayer will help some. Many of dem will remain that way otherwise the prophecies will become unfulfilled. |
So someone actually went to the market...bought a car....registered it..and after 30days decides the ride isn't worth keeping..okay... I believe... Continue!! |
I have arrived..president NCAN live from the head quaters...56 Iweka Rd, Onitcha this is our speciality, no one can take this from us ..afonjas ur turn is just round the coner...I smell ritual and Internet fraud somewhere already
|
100naira:Lol.. how can you combine a statement of fallacy and a 1/1000th probability of an event occurring...gosh!!!.u are quite fascinating.... Sorry if I offend your Idols... I ddnt mean to insult..they just wow me |
Mikylopez:If a human being is not born an iimbecile or mentally impaired in some kind of way.....a normal human being at over 20years old is expected to have a particular level of intelligent quotient. U don't even need to be anything close to a genius to arrange that crap they gave them. Just look twice and arrange...what if they now gave them rubik's cube...they will spend the whole day.. u are now talking about another department where they are seen as gods....mayb in the other room ...which is what most of dem seem good at any ways |
Jesus is Lord!!!!!!?
