I will try to be brief as much as possible.

So last two months I was invited for an interview in a new school that is about to begin by septamber, apparently a branch of one of the top missionary secondary schools in Nigeria. We were 22 in number that appeared for interview on that fateful day. The interview was for TWO subject teacher positions. I was interviewed for one of the subjects.

We all wrote a written test for one hour. At the end, according to them; Six persons emerged highest scorers. I was among the six persons. I.e, Three persons for EACH of the two subjects.

We were then subjected to an oral interview and micro teaching which lasted for about 20mins for each person. Well, I was the first. answered most of the questions that were thrown at me. I left feeling very satisfied. Just like you would write an exam and leave the hall feeling very good because you know you wrote well, that was how I felt that day.

Well, after the interview we exchanged contacts and I and the other guys have been communicating ever since. Till now no news from the HR team that interviewed us. And it's 2months already.

Well, the HR number was in the mail he sent to me for interview, So today I decided to call the HR. I was shocked to hear that the position we were interviewed for has been filled.

I am wondering? What really happened? Why didn't they pick from amongst the six of us Just why? I'm just being curious!

Teaching is a very unique profession that anyone cannot just jump into,you might have done well in the written test, but there are other qualities they might be looking for that you may not have, like, good and neat appearance, good use of the English language, spellings among others.

Well, let me not bore you guys.i will go straight to the point.

I met this girl,and we became friends,then lovers.

She likes my looks and we both share time,massages and motivational talk together.

I though I could just be friends with her,just random friend until we became so close that she practically confess she love me.

I have lived for decades and i have had several friends .... I have had friends with very annoying manners but with an amazing heart of gold.

I have met ladies who are demonically stubborn but are loyal to the core, ladies who told me they can't date me but had stood by me come rain or shine...

Appreciate everybody and be nice to them because there is something good and valuable in everyone we come across no matter how terrible we may think they are, even that tout you avoid so much might be the one that will save you from hoodlums tomorrow.

Good evening NLders.
So I got this job a week ago, when I first went to the company, everyone was advising me to be careful because the workers aren't nice to each others, even the manager and the security was advising me lolz.

I wasn't interested in those advice because i can easily make friends and apologieing when i have done wrong is something i could do to soften someones heart, so i know i am good and got things under control, also there is something I wished to gain from the company, the pay isn't even friendly, though I dont have problem with it, my target was set already and I know what I am going for but the antagonistic relationship between the staffs is on a whole different level, somehow I have been able to make friends with almost all the staffs and has tried my best to bring the workers closer by advicing them and told them how much I like a friendly atmosphere, I found out they are not actually bad but they are very careful due to past experiences.

The manager on the other hand is a sadist and very rude, he gets angry when two staffs are having fun, laughing or being friendly, he feels when staffs are friendly, they will end up gossiping him so he rather not see them happy. He called me recently and asked me to tell him things about the staffs, I noticed he wanted me to gossip about them and know their every moves, but that isn't what I will want to do, therefore whatever he asked him, I just tell him "I have no idea". Knowing that he couldn't use me as double agent, his hatred for me just grow to a level I couldn't even accommodate, he shouts at me for no reason, I get really upset, and noticed he is actually the person that has set this hatred between the staffs, I wanted to give him a piece of my own uncultured mouth because there are things I couldn't take but he is actually around my fathers age and I dont wish to drop my father at home and insult another persons father, i have been here for just six days and i am already tired, I am waiting for month end, after my salary, I'll just resign.

Only few weeks on the job,you are already tired, because the organization didn't met your expectations.

Just a few days ago a friend of mines uncle passed away long story short he found out his uncle left him a few assets, some landed properties , a few betting shops in the north and a guest house. It was a really crazy day my guy couldn't stop screaming he was overwhelmed by the joy because a close family lawyer gave us a total valuation of the assets and it was massive I mean eight digits.

I have pastored church. When they say church growth , they mean numerical growth and you know numerical growth is synonymous to financial growth .it's when when you have more members that you have more money even though they are not genuinely saved .

The reason they sack the pastor is because enough money is not being generated ... They will not tell you directly . They will say church growth . But the truth is that the reason is money . If their not enough money , how will they pay the pastor?

If you have really pastored a church as you claimed,with which reasources did you run the affairs of the church,did you use your personal reasources or the one thrown by God from heaven.
Growth of a church is all encompassing,it affects,all the stakeholders, pastor's, members and the larger society.

Read the letter well, it didnt say money, but church growth. May be members have been leaving or the church hasn't been growing which means, they don't go out for evangelism and do kingdom advancement prayers.
