I have been experiencing some illegal deduction of my airtime lately. They just wiped #50 out of #100 that I have reserved for nightplan. I am just too weak sef to type . And I called those foolish customer care, they were telling me money will be refunded within 18hrs. Please why did u remove it at first.
This same thing happened yesterday on my airtel other line but I thought I used the airtime by mistake tho I didn't call anyone.
Please anyone who has experienced or his experiencing this, I need help from this thieves

We have plenty cases already with people spreading the virus already but yet with a relatively stable mortality rate as normal. Thia tells u this virus isn't as virulent to us living in Africa as it is those it is killing. All the same, we hope for the best
