As Schools Will Be Resuming On Monday 18th, Here Are 10 Preventive Measures For Your Children. 1. Have the covidversation with them... The Covid Conversation. Sit them down this weekend and properly educate them about the virus. Don't tell them the wrong information o. Wait, I hope you're properly informed yourself? 2. Introduce them to face shield, nose mask and handsanitizers. Encourage them that they don't have to live in fear, they only have to move with caution 3. Tell them not to mix up their masks, they shouldn't borrow, exchange or share their mask with anyone. 4. They can't directly put their mouth on someone's water bottle. Tell them they can't share spoons, forks, or anything that will be passed into the mouth. 5.Tell them you know it's difficult but they have to wear their mask most of the time especially in the bus and during break, they can take it off at intervals tho, lols... before thing suffocate them. 6. Tell them not to put their pen & pencils in their mouth. They should not eat their eraser, it's not biscuit 7. Please provide multiples of their writing materials so they don't have to borrow from their friends. Also ensure they have them in multiples every morning before they leave home for school. 8. They should have their bath with soap & sponge as soon as they get back from school. 9. They should wash their uniforms everyday as soon as they return from school. No more wearing for 3days straight before washing. Make sure they have a minimum of two uniforms. 10. Give them VitaminC every morning before they leave and every night before they sleep. You can also add any other immune booster you know. 11. Observe them daily and Check their temperature daily too. Don't be too busy for them, na you born them, not the school. 12. Trust in the God you serve. For us Christians, we can take Holy Communion daily or as observed in your respective denomination. Other religions are welcome to take whatever aseje they believe in. Don't be blinded, this covid is real and safety of your kids is first your responsibility before the school. Tomorrow or next week, I may post my findings for the schools too. Politicians Don't Fight Themselves... They are using you because you don't have sense ! When politicians fight online - you won't see their children come online to cast shits at their parents opponents, it is the masses that will carry this matter on their head and start warring amongst themselves in the name of being fokken loyalist. Damn, I saw someone peddling one story about Ambode and trying to play on our emotions to see Ambode as a victim. Ambode is a Player, yes he played the wrong cards, which makes him a bad player. But what you shouldn't accept is the narrative that Ambode is a victim. He is a player and he is still in the game. Ribadu Daughter recently Married Atiku son. Osinbajo Daughter married Shagayas Son. Dangote Daughter married Former IG of police son... etc You were not invited to any of these events. Interestingly, supposed enemies in different political parties attended said events, they wined, dined and made merry together. The most annoying thing is you lots do this shit for nothing, they don't pay you, they don't rate you and even if they pay you, they dash you peanuts. Are you not tired I dunno why you would be wasting data to defend a politician who is obviously messing up and barely even knows you. So my question is - when will you start having sense and stop making enemies of people who are struggling like you and join mouth to call dirt dirty ? When will you stop helping these people fight their battles and leave them to face the music they ordered for ?? Awolowo predictions is here... The children of the poor you refused to train will not give you peace. The Oppressed vs The Oppressors. The chained vs The chain masters. Choose your side, but before you choose, take a look at the Image attached... and make sure the side you choose is not the side that will transfer those chains to your children. Choose the side that will break the chain! Omo Nígeria, O to gé! ( Kindly help me share... We need to start sensitizing ourselves on what we really want) Meg Tired but Relentless Nigerian

Some of you may not agree with Runtown on this but he is right... Even if you want to leave, last night was the wrongest time to spread a joke out of it. You think this whole shit is funny? Well it's not! Just because you're alive and intact doesn't mean you should forget quickly that real people actually died untimely in this struggle. Jimoh was not even protesting, but a stray bullet hit that kid right where he stood It so sad to see lots of you litter your feeds with funny memes, turned the whole thing to a joke just because you feel Buhari didn't deliver the right speech. Be sober and reflect please. I repeatedly participated in the protest almost on a daily basis and In the last few days before the Lekki gunshots... I saw stuffs change from peaceful to panic mode so fast then peaceful again. I got injured on my two knees in the process but suppose i had died on any of those days, this is how you people would have laughed off my sacrifice - do you know how painful that feels? Well, i didn't die, we still dey... The dead will not die in vain. While i appreciate our sense of humor and your quest for a greener pasture , I believe yesterday was the wrongest time to spread jokes of leaving. Don't be selfish! Some homes are mourning. Some homes are in pain. Some businesses have suffered. My friends mum shop was looted too and that woman is currently in coma shock.. all her business, gone ! Observe sobriety out of respect to our struggles... For the records, this shit ain't over. Respect people's loss and quietly run your exit package.

This Post Is For DigiPreneurs Who Sell Actual Products. Your IG Page Is Your Digital Shop, But Most of You Don't Display your wares clearly. So This Is what You Should Start Doing To Your Instagram Page. Populate your IG feed with pictures of what you sell more than other random posts. Copy FB posts & ads algorithm. For every five posts you see on your FB timeline, the sixth is always a sponsored ad - most of you dunno this, but you can confirm for yourself. Follow their pattern and do the same for your feed too. Post 5 pictures of your actual products. The 6th can be any other random posts. Do this. So that when customers land on your page, they see more of what to buy more than what to read. Meg #contentwmeg

Here are 5 reasons why you need to often post your personal pictures online, especially when you're not a public figure. 1 - to guard against identity theft When you regularly post yourself online, you make it difficult for dubious people to scam with your image and get away with it, and that is because chances of people who would recognize you and know you can't associate yourself in such deal is very high. 2 - gives your brand a human persona Especially if you're a startup and you want to make money online, posting your pictures at intervals will ease your prospects faster than if you have no pictures of you at all. Infact, studies have shown that most people would rather buy from sellers they can identify their face than random pages with zero human pictures. Don't just post your product or service, post yourself too... at least twice a week. 3 - makes you more relatable To be honest, most people find it easier to communicate with digital sellers who have their pictures on their page, yes they like the results, they want your service, but customers want to relate with the person behind the service, not some automated bot 4 - it makes it easier for people to remember what you do. There are hundreds of people I've met on social media, they are not celebrities but I know what they do just because they humanized their service. Even when they aren't talking about what they sell, once I see their picture, i immediately remember what they do. That's how powerful posting your picture often is. Posting only on your birthday will not help you get that aha moment. 5 - it makes you popular, kinda Well, fame might not be your goal but you need to be popular, people must know you and one of the cheapest way to do that is by posting your pictures. I've met people on the street who greet me and tell me they follow my posts on Facebook. I doubt that would have been possible If I don't post my pictures often. Your picture is a powerful tool and should be properly maximized. If you want to become a money making digipreneur, you must fully explore showing your face often. Stop hiding it, post it often. Stop posting it once a month, post it often. It's not pride dear, you're etching yourself in people's memory.... You need to keep reminding us of what you look like and keep connecting it to what you do. People will connect your image to what you offer faster than they connect any other thing to what you sell. Post it so much that dubious people find it difficult to steal your image because you lowkey have people who recognize you. Post it so much that people immediately remember who you are and what you do whenever they stumble upon your picture. Meg Content Maven & Coach

Dear Nairalanders, come and see what i experienced o. Because of this kèké ban, i figured it will be nice to use my Ajo money to invest in a mini bus for commercial purpose, even if govt decides to ban that one, at least i can turn it into private use. So i checked online, followed one of the links to Nairaland. I got Amagold Care contact from the comment section of this link https://www.nairaland.com/4953485/clean-tokunbo-suzuki-mini-buses#74653175. I reached out to the whatsapp num and the screenshot is how the person on the other end attended to me. Please is this how to run business? I chatted before 5pm o, at least work closes by 6pm, see the response by midnight... What kind of insult is this?

A POST ON THE TWO OFFICIAL JAMB WEB DOMAINS ... Most Admission Seekers, Their Parents and even some Educators don't know that JAMB has two different web address and each serves different purposes. So I made this simple thread to quickly walk you through the two of them. Don't say I didn't preach this gospel to you The two domains are www.jamb.gov.ng and www.jamb.org.ng ______________ www.jamb.gov.ng is the official web address for all thingsJAMB. This is their online presence, this is where you get details about JAMB as a parastatal under the Ministry of Education. This is a very simple web design with the basic tabs that highlights general information they public should know - the different tabs have their drop downs, you just click and read. They sometimes upload other information about their activities, but most of their updates and press releases have to be sourced from mainstream news media. JAMB should seriously consider hiring me as their in-house blogger, they need an active official blog feed where latest news and information is always uploaded for public awareness. ______________ www.jamb.org.ng is the second official web address for All things Admission - either as a UTME applicant, DE applicant or a Foreign student. This is the portal you go to for your Utme Registration & Post UTME options . This is where you can print your result slip, print admission letter, check admission status, and the likes. It is very user-friendly, designed in a way that even a zero techy person should be able to navigate, as long as you can read and write. So, there you have it people, now you now know. Feel free to share this thread, let's spread the good news together Miss Meg EduBlogger & Tertiary Education Expert

How to Get Your NIN For 2020 JambUtme Applicants (From Age 16yrs & above) Step 1 Go to any cybercafe, tell them you want to fill the National Identity Form. They will take you through the entire pre-enrolment process for an affordable fee. Make sure they submit it online , then they will print out your own copy for you. Price is usually btw N700 - N1000. Step 2 Take your pre-filled copy to any NIMC enrollment center around you. An enrolment official will attend to you and take you through the entire process. I will do a thread on the centers by states in my next post. There are 43 of them scattered all over Lagos state Step 3 After completing the enrolment, you will be given a transaction ID slip, and then given a day to come get your NIN. Usually within 5 working days. *** Additional Information *** - The NIMC guys are available from Mon to Fri, 8am to 4pm. - If you are still a minor ( you don't have any official national documents) make sure you go with at least your birth certificate - If you are a Pentagon ( as in you are already making money but you just feel like getting a degree) you can go with any valid national ID or your BVN. - Your focus should be on getting your NIN, not the national ID card. - Enrollment is free, pre-enrolment is not free. - Pray that they should have network or that their server should not be down. What are you waiting for? Go and do the needful. Meg Ricketts EduBlogger & Tertiary Education Expert |
